Good option in the area in terms of budget vs. value

Good position for out needs, nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms, yet not that spacey as expected.

Weird set up of the rooms, we’ve had a room for four people, with four twin beds and one bathroom with one sink and one toilet and two showers inside. So we couldn’t use both of them anyhow, unless you don’t want to share same bathroom with another adult at the same time. Breakfast could be more variable and change the options, it was exactly the same every day for eight days. The hotel is already old.

Funcionários extremamente atenciosos e gentis

Funcionários extremamente atenciosos e gentis. O quarto super limpo com roupa de cama excelente. O café da manhã estava muito bom. A localização é muito boa também.

Principalmente da boa vontade e discrição dos colaboradores.

Tentaram interditar a piscina, compreendo a necessidade da manutenção mas o escolhi para usufruir dela e escrevi sobre isso quando resservei. De qualquer forma fui bem atendida quando pedi que me permitissem usufruir conforme a reserva feita. Ah, o ar condicionado não refrescava o quarto inteiro...enfim...é isso. Grata

Gostei do atendimento e do café da manhã

O quarto era velho, pintura descascando e paredes sujas, piso solto. Não era parecido com o quarto da foto. Estava anunciado que o hotel inclui estacionamento, mas na9 disseram que o estacionamento é pago. Disseram que o hotel é pet friendly, mas cobraram uma taxa para entrarmos com o cachorro.

Supriu em tudo, mas não foi nada além do mínimo.

Bem no centro, mas um área aparentemente perigosa. Quarto grande e bem antigo, mas que necessita de manutenção.

Limpeza do quarto, falta de lugar para estacionar (ponto de ônibus em uma avenida movimentada na frente do hotel), acomodações antigas. A "banheira" não pode ser utilizada. Trata-se de uma estrutura com cara de banheira e que tem um aviso de que não pode ser usada como tal.

Muito bom!

As instalações são um pouco antigas mas, o hotel é bem limpinho e a equipe é muito atenciosa! O café da manhã é uma delícia e super completo! Tem uma senhora que atende no café da manhã que é uma fofura, muito especial, pena que não consigo lembrar o nome dela!! Parabéns a toda equipe!

Achei que o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de suco e pães por exemplo. O frigobar estava vazio, se quisesse algo teria que descer e ir comprar.

Excelente localização, quarto amplo, limpeza muito boa, funcionários simpáticos e receptivos. Gostei e recomendo.

Na parte do banho, acho interessante desfazer aquele estilo de banheira, deixar normal. Apenas essa observação.

Horrível, não recomendo.

A única coisa boa no hotel foi a limpeza. E também o atendimento da Dona Gigi que cuida do café da manhã, ela é uma pessoa excepcional, atenciosa. Todos os dias de manhã ela estava de bom humor e atenciosa com os clientes. Ela está de parabéns.

O colchão era de mola, horrível, eu deitava de um lado e minha esposa escorregava para mim. O atendimento da frente era horrível, as atendentes da noite pareciam estar ali trabalhando forçadamente. Se não gosta do trabalho o certo é procurar outro que as façam feliz e consigam trabalhar com amor. Pois isso reflete no atendimento ao cliente.

Não achei o cofre. Existia? Muito barulho da rua Isolamento acústico deficiente entre os apto Recepção muito acanhada Tratamento seco, pouco acolhedor na recepção, embora não chegasse a ser mal educado. Talvez falte treinamento e motivação nesse sentido Limpeza do banheiro: as torneiras do box estavam “ensebadas” Serviço de garagem deixa a desejar na orientação aos hóspedes. A roda traseira do carro caiu da calçada alta. Não fui à sauna, à piscina e à academia, portanto não posso avaliar. Os cabides para roupa podem ser de melhor qualidade e apresentação

Fomos muito bem atendidas por toda a equipe do hotel, desde o pessoal da recepção até o pessoal da limpeza. Fizeram de tudo para atender nossas necessidades, o nosso quarto estava sempre muito limpo e bem organizado e deu para notar como cuidavam para que o serviço fosse feito da melhor forma possível, não deixando de repor itens no café da manhã, mantendo a piscina limpa, e nos tratando com muita cordialidade. Foi realmente uma ótima experiência!

Hospedagem ótima!

O café da manhã é muito gostoso e os bolos variavam todos os dias. Frutas frescas, cereais crocantes, suco gelado, gelo disponível etc

O quarto é muito bom e o banheiro também. O chuveiro que poderia esquentar um pouquinho mais. Mas atendeu as minhas expectativas sim. Voltaria certamente. Muito bem localizado.

Stay away

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, not even many pillows solved the problem. You have to pay to have any visitors come up to your room, such as pizza delivery person or friends helping bring your luggage up to your room. They also do not offer Bell or baggage services just a few feet outside the hotel door. There was a male front desk attendant that was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I will never stay in this place again! For those of you looking for a hotel in Campinas downtown, shop further as there are plenty of other hotels around. Stay Away from this place!

Facilities were good if you needed to use them, but not impressed with the front desk service.

The breakfast was good value the waiting staff were lovey, smiling .

Pity no one at front desk could speak English, also didn’t get the room I paid for. Should have been a double deluxe as I upgraded from your site.(and paid more) They seemed to say I got a bigger triple, I stayed in that room and the guy said we will do something for you once I have spoken to the manager, never heard from the guy again, So overall disappointed with the front desk.

Counted minutes to get out!!

Nothing, very bad, old and dirty place! Most of the staff was kind and polite

The reception lady with personal question after listening to a private conversation. The room smelling moisture, we did tried 3 others and were all bad, even the security guy was disgusted. The AC is inside the room and we cannot sleep with the noise. The shower was dirty and there was no water. The toilets had a vent to another room and we hear everything. We could not stay inside the toilet because the smelling is horrible and humid. There is no locker. The bed is old and they do not change the bed sheets. The towels were smelling and disgusting. The breakfast had some old things. I stayed 3 days and eat once. The sink was blocked for 2 days and nobody come to fix after complaining on the reception. The cards got blocked and we cannot get to the room and we need to go to the reception to unlock. The wifi doesn’t work on the room.
