Very close to the beach;
Very close to the best restaurants Boiçucanga can offer;
Very clean;
Dona Neusa was very nice all the time giving tips and chatting;
Wi-fi is very poor (at least from room 14).
Parking lot is a little small for the amount of cars it receives so I was asked to move mine twice because of big cara from guests.
