Very designed hotel and room and friendly staff. The café cross the street is great.
1/ Construction work with noise right next to our balcony from 8am. As it’s winter low season, hotel could give us another room to anticipate the noise. 2/ love Stark style but not sure like the ceiling mirror design above the bed in our room.

Atmosphere was great. incredibly comfortable. I was upgraded as it was my birthday! never hurts!
The restaurant wasn’t as good as the hotel.

location and hotel are very nice.
the service was not up to that hotel. the concierge was not helpful at all, with recommendations or even booking taxis. furthermore, all external services had a huge markup

Sublime hotel with beautiful interior design nested in Pyla sur mer. Extremely friendly and helpful staffs. Great facilities and fantastic pastries/food.
Adjoining rooms along the corridor were too close to each other.

We loved the area. The design of the hotel is a little quirky however it suited the area. The rooms would have been nicer had they been a little larger but the bed was comfortable.
The step as you walk into the room is a little dangerous especially since we have to wear masks.

Excellent staff, great hairdresser!! Lovely food. Nice and quiet. Bed comfortable but room rather small and cluttered with over design. Glad we stayed at the end of the season and not high season as feel it would very hectic!!

I arrived around 17:00 pm
I had just learned that my uncle in Toulouse had just died and that I will only stay one night instead of 2
I will leave the next day
I asked if a commercial gesture on the second night that I will not use could be considered
the answer was straightforward - no
when leaving to check out the reception asked me to pay 4.5 euros tax and 25 euros for parking ....
I find it shameful for an establishment of this standing ......
