A sala de jogos podia ser mais cuidada, raquetes de ping pong danificadas e mesa de sinuca estava faltando bola para jogar. No meu quarto o vaso estava com vazamento constante e a cama tinha um "buraco" no meio.

O Café é excelente, o atendimento também, a infraestrutura, as piscinas, foi excelente.
O ar estava um o pouco ruim, talvez falte manutenção e ficava bem em cima da cama, mas uma questão de preferência.
A cama não foi totalmente confortável, mas consegui descansar.

Quartos com mobília e roupas de cama antigos, com cheiro de mofo, café modesto. Banheiro não tinha sabonete ou shampoo, apenas um sabonete liquido.

Quarto amplo, bem arejado. Bom atendimento e boa localização, podendo ir a pé até o centro de Canela.
Cama com colhão desconfortável, e a noite no salão de eventos do hotel teve um casamento e foi muito barulhento a madrugada toda com muito barulho.

the hotel staff were very polite. Breakfast was very good. do not drink coffee (this is very sweet cocoa)
hair on the floor, mold in the bathroom, broken doors, tilted bed (rolling at night, uncomfortable sleeping), dirty dishes (glasses) very cold at night the air conditioner doesn't work
Of course, free wifi is not available
disappointed with this hotel and staying in it, I consider it an unreasonably high price for these services
