La casa se encuentra en el centro de Sa Pobla, puedes aparcar cerca. Calle peatonal. La casa estaba muy bien cuidada, con todo tipo de detalles para hacer la estancia excelente. Muy limpio todo. Repetiremos.

Very clean, quality fittings and facilities. Great communication with the owners, who made us feel nothing was too much trouble. A perfect little property for our weekend away, conveniently located in the heart of Sa Pobla, a short walk from both the main square and the train station. Would very much recommend if staying in this area.

Tolle Wohnung im Labyrinth von Sa Pobla

Sehr schöne stylische Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Betten haben sehr gute Qualität und die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und in sehr gutem Zustand. Guter Fernseher mit vielen deutschen Programmen und gutes WLAN. Nachteilig ist die etwas komplizierte Parksituation mit teils aufwendiger Suche und die engen Straßen in Sa Pobla, die die Orientierung manchmal schwer machen. Das Haus hat auch deshalb keine Sonneneinstrahlung und ist deshalb auch im Winter etwas schwerer warm zu kriegen. Vorteil ist, dass die Heizung nicht extra bezahlt werden muss. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben Anfang November 4 Nächte zu Dritt (2 Erwachsene + 1 Baby) in dem Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles wie beschrieben, der Kontakt mit Maribel sehr nett. Es war alles da was man braucht, inkl. sämtlicher Putzmittel wie Spülmittel, Mülltüten etc. Sehr aufmerksam fanden wir, dass wir eine kleine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln bekommen hatten: Obst, Kaffee, Milch, Keckse, Saft und Wasser. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar ein Babybett wurde auf Anfrage aufgestellt.

Wohnen in ruhiger Lage, trotzdem sind alle Ziele super erreichbar

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns wurde das Haus ausführlich gezeigt. Es ist modern und mit allem was man fürs tägliche Leben braucht ausgestattet und war absolut sauber. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Sa Pobla sehr genossen. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und den Ort abseits des touristischen Trubels geschätzt. Maribel hat uns nett mit regionalen Produkten empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir planen auf jeden Fall eine Wiederholung. :)

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Dorfmitte. Marktplatz und Restaurants in unmittelbarer nähe, trotzdem ruhig. Unterer Wohnbereich und ein Schlafzimmer mit Klima. Küche und Haushalt sind gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr schick renoviert worden. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

bewusst haben wir dieses Ferienhaus gemietet, um den mallorquinischen way of life erleben zu können. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus erfüllt alle Ansprüche und ist bestens ausgestatt; das, was in der Bescheibung aufgelistet wurde, wurde 1:1 erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Parken des Autos ca 200 m weiter im Bereich der Öfentlichen Schule ging in Ordnung. Zu jeder Tages- bzw. Nachtzeit, war Parkraum vorhanden. Einen Tipp hätten wir: Gut wäre, wenn in den Schränken im Schlafraum noch 2 bis 3 Bügel hängen würden. Nützlich wäre auch, wenn der Wäscheständer mit zwei klapparen Flügeln bestückt wäre und wenn das Bügelbrett eine Konstruktion hätte, wo auch Hosen gebügelt werden könnten. Zum Schluss : Im nächsten Jahr werden wir wieder anklopfen, um hier Urlaub zu machen. Hans-Jürgen Adler

Very nice and cozy apartment

The apartment is located in the north of Mallorca. It’s not far from different parts of the beach located in the north (Alcudia, platja de Muro ..). Its very tidy and clean. The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. Maribel also prepared some basic foods (milk, juice and some fruits). Supermarktes are also close to the apartment. There is some kind of small terrace next to the kitchen, where you can sit. Parking options 150-200m from the apartment. All in all we had a pleasant stay here.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The house has been tastefully renovated and was well equipped. Communication with the manager Maribel was good. The house is on a pleasant street no more than 2 minutes walk from the town square. There is no adjacent parking but on street parking was always available at the top of the road - again around a 2 minute walk. We would stay again.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht (Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Toaster, Smoothiemaker, DVD Player, Fernseher etc.) und ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Service der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Wir waren im Winter dort, deshalb war es stellenweise ein bisschen kalt, aber uns wurde mit mobilen Heizkörpern ausgeholfen. Das zweite Doppelbett ist nicht riesig, weshalb ich die Wohnung für 3 Personen empfehlen würde. Es ist aber auch möglich dort zu viert zu wohnen. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in historischer Innenstadtlage

Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Kindern waren im August 2018 zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Es liegt im Innenstadtbereich von Sa Pobla. Der Ort ist schachbrettartig angelegt, alle Straßen sind enge Einbahnstraßen. Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist mit dem Auto erreichbar, Parken kann man 150m entfernt an der Grundschule. Sa Pobla verfügt über alle wichtigen Supermärkte (Eroski, Hipermarkt, Lidl, kleine Tant-Emma-Läden versteckt um die Ecke), wir haben uns am Ende für den Mercadona entschieden. Wir haben uns für dieses Ferienhaus ausgewählt, weil wir jeden Tag Ausfüge unternommen haben (Castell d'Alaro, Torrent de Pareis bei Sa Calobra). Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist besser als beschrieben, es verfügt über zwei Klimaananlagen in EG und OG und eine Waschmaschine. Es ist sehr sauber und für vier Personen eingerichtet. In der Nähe sind die sehr schönen Strände Cala Molins in Cala San Vicenc, die Platja de Muro und der Naturbadestrand S'Arenal des Sa Canova in Son Serra de Marina innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat unseres Erachtens ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Kommunikation mit Maribel und Margalida lief über Englisch und eine Antwort kam immer sehr schnell. Maribel ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Ferienhaus voll und ganz empfehlen und würden hier wieder übernachten, wenn wir Mallorca besuchen.

Lovely stay

Stayed at the end of December 2017. The small house is well located if you want to sight see around the Island. The village itself is typically Spanish and is somewhere we like to visit rather than the touristy areas anyway. Maribel who owns the house was very nice and helpful and even put a DVD player in for us to watch films in the evening) as it did not have one originally). We throughly enjoyed our visit and would stay again if visiting Majorca. Muy bien!

Het huisje is compleet ingericht, schoon en alles oogt nieuw. Maribel is zeer goed bereikbaar en hulpvaardig. Als uitvalsbasis voor bergwandelingen of voor het strand zeer geschikt. Sa Pobla zelf heeft niet heel veel te bieden, de omgeving des te meer!

La casa es muy acogedora para una familia de 4 personas es ideal . Muy limpia , bien decorada. Maribel muy atenta, nos dejó algo de comida , bebida y limpieza para empezar el primer dia de estancia que es de agradecer. Sin duda muy recomendable.

Beautiful charming house

Very spacious house, excellent location for exploring the area, and all the facilities we could ask for. Marga was very kind enough to show us where to park and wait for us to arrive. The communication with Maribel was excellent. The House is very beautiful and well equipped. There are shops and supermarkets very close to the house. Parking in front of the hose is not possible but there is a street near to the school where we always found parking and is a short walk from the house. The village itself is charming but with a lot of elderly people. We didn't get much time to spend in the village itself. Places not to miss nearby: Alcudia which is one of the nearest beaches. plenty of parking very near to the beach. Drive up to Formentor lighthouse, not for the fainthearted driver. very narrow and winding road! But very beautiful place most recommended. Plenty of other beaches in the area car is recommended to explore this area. Thank you again Maribel and Margalida it was lovely to meet you'll. We enjoyed our holiday and would definitely return when we come back to Mallorca.

Прекрасный каменный домик. Очень чисто. Хорошо оснащен техникой, есть посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина. Дом находится в историческом центре. Недалеко главная площадь города, где находятся кафе и магазинчики. Очень внимательная хозяйка, она позаботилась о всем необходимом для путешественника. Кофе, чай, бутылочки вина после приезда. Это так приятно! На втором этаже дома 2 спальни. На первом гостинная и кухня. Мы арендовали автомобиль и добирались до пляжей Алькудии минут 15. Рекомендую.
