Outstanding boutique B&B accommodation that I would love to return to.

Breakfast was exceptional, beautifully prepared and presented. A large well equipped room with a balcony overlooking very well maintain beautiful gardens. A friendly informative welcome. Comfortable bed.

Would definitely come again!

Everything was perfect. Very friendly host, very quiet, nice garden and pool. I even saw a few kangaroos in the garden. Beach and hikes are in walking distance.

This property is comfortable clean and a great option for a short stay.

There was a great variety of breakfast options. The port and chocolates on arrival was a nice surprise and welcomed when we arrived home. Very peaceful and nice place to relax

The couple of days at Balconies Dolphincove were pleasant and quiet; a nice property.

When we arrived, Peter quickly resolved a parking issue and took us on a tour of the extensive garden area, then gave us a run-down on the unit and facilities, including local wild life we might encounter. The presentation of the open plan room was tasteful, with nice thoughtful inclusions. Breakfast options were nicely balanced and delivered on time, and the option to eat on the (smallish) deck was taken up.

perfect weekend getaway

loved the serenity and location and was so private and relaxing. The owners were fabulous and the breakfast was very nice too😁 and a nice touch to enjoy a free Port and chocolates and bottled water ❤️

only thing was it stayed bath robes so I didn’t bring one but that’s it really everything else just perfect.

The hosts were wonderful, always available for anything we needed. The garden is well cared for and full of Peter's beautiful sculptures that make it very special. Breakfast was excellent, and the room was spotless and full of nice touches

Beautiful garden and very quiet location.

Breakfast was tasty and nourishing . Very impressed with punctual delivery.

Limited living space and bed was a little small for us.

The perfect hideaway next to some first class beaches.

Paradise Found. Idyllic, quiet setting, if you want something away from the Merimbula motels. Gardens are secluded and immaculate as was the service and welcome. Housekeeping was first class, with nice touches like sherry, choccies, proper coffee and a hand delivered breakfast tray each morning.

It was the Aussie winter, so the bathroom could use a bit of heating. And I’m a Brit, so well used to chilly.

A wonderful stay, would recommend.

The whole room space and layout was excellent. Nice little balcony to view the garden and wildlife. Breakfast was superb and menu choices changed daily. Beautiful modern bathroom.

It was difficult entering one of the properties entrances. The property had 2 entrances from the main road. After a few days there, we realised that it was easier to pass the property and go around the round-about and enter the 2nd entrance so you could access the carpark. If you drive in the 1st entrance you can't maneuver your vehicle around the sharp left to get into the carpark. Very tight.

The breakfast each day was excellent, nice variety. The room was comfortable and the sunny little balcony was very relaxing. The pool was great too.

The soap containers were difficult to use.
