Location was excellent, views wonderful. Place was very clean and beds and bedding beautiful.
As there were 5 adults staying at the property there could've been a few more toiletries supplied but this was not a major issue at all.

The property was in a great location
We could walk to the bakery & supermarket. Accessing surrounding areas for exploration would also be easily achievable. We visited Stanley (1.5hrs drive) whilst in Penguin.
The house had a lovely "feel" to it upon entry, it is light & bright and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room for our family and the two bathrooms was an added bonus, as was the dishwasher.
Everything was clean, including the inside of cupboards & drawers which is pleasing to see, otherwise I feel like I need to wash everything before I can use it.
Everything we needed was thought of, including some consumables in the kitchen like foil and plastic wrap.
We only spent two nights as Penguin was our final stay before heading home. As mentioned, it is a good location and given the house has everything you need I would use it as a base and stay longer for a future stay.

Beautifully presented interior. Bedding was excellent. Views across to the bay. Easy walk to centre of town cafes etc.. Coffee machine and pods provided. Electric blankets.

The location was perfect, the house was warm and cosy, everything had been thought of for a perfect stay away from home. We didn't want to leave.
The beds were a little bit hard.

Fire, bathtub, location., thoughtful quality touches and provisions, vie if ocean, walk to shops, - all wonderful
Maybe swap couch to be around fire for autumn, winter .. closer view of water when enjoying lounge and fire .. we manoeuvred the armchairs so it was just right for us - we loved our time at Penguin Beach House..

Everything. It was beautifully decorated & very comfortable. Any communications with the owners were answered promptly even letting us know as soon as the house was available for an early checkin. An easy walk into town for morning coffee.
Loved our stay & have already recommended it to others.
Nothing. The only thing I would have liked that wasn’t there was a casserole dish & that could be overcome.
There is a train line in front of all the properties in Penguin but it doesn’t really impact too much.

Fabulous and spacious and just across the road from Bass Strait! Super clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to Penguin shops and restaurants.

The house is well equipped, lovely furnishings and great spaces. View is wonderful and close to the main drag. Comfortable, and relaxing interiors, with well thought out spaces outside also

The house had great log fire comfy beds coffee machine and lots of little touches that made our stay very comfortable . Had great outdoor area for our two little dogs and walking distance to beach and town ( cafes and restaurants) . Great location for exploring NW Tassie
