Passable

The owner of the property Paul was pleasant on the phone and gave clear instructions on how to enter the property.

The uncomfortable mattress spoilt our stay. It was hard to sleep on, as it was so hard. It needs to be changed even if a topper was put over the mattress we could have slept better. The air dryer in the second bedroom did not work. The bath has a large chip in it. While sweeping the floor before leaving there were long hairs and a bobby pin so obviously it had not been cleaned properly before..

our group came down for a wedding and we checked into a different air bnb which we couldn’t stay in for mice reasons so we quickly booked this property. it was late but the owners of this property were on it and were responsive giving us everything we needed for a quick, late and unexpected arrival. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept very soundly, especially knowing we had no extra guests running around haha

5 people checked in but unfortunately there were only 4 towels. Shower in main bathroom in main bathroom squirts water from top of fixture and no extra toilet rolls.

Location was good

Queen bed mattress was too hard, could do with a thicker overlay. Needed to use the spare doona from wardrobe which was very worn, should be replaced

Location was nice. Peaceful and secluded. Nice to be so close to nature.

Really disappointed at the facilities as the main reason we chose this place was for the spa tub in the ensuite, only to get there and find out the jets don't work and it wasn't functioning. The false advertising, without letting us know prior to staying that the tub wasn't working, led to a poor experience unfortunately.

very disappointing for the price.

the spa did not work and after contacting the host that lives in the area he ignored my email to the next day and stated that he was busy and would fix the spa early next week. the communication with the host and the property had many appliances that did not work. It was a disappointment and i texted the owner this. I would not recommend this property in its current state to anyone. The owner knew when i booked that the spa was the reason for booking his property. Also if we used the other bathroom or bedroom we would be charged $50 and i would have liked to have known in advance that this property allowed dogs inside as i would not have booked due to allergies. I have texts and photos to confirm the communication to host and no resolution or compensation offered. Regards Donna Mcclelland

Location was fabulously relaxing. Host Paul was more than helpful and the house was very clean and tidy. So happy we could take our fur babies on holiday with us. Loved the Broke Wineries.

Very good

Owner was very pleasant and it was very simple to set up entry into the property. The place was larger than in the photos, plenty of room for 4 adults. Very clean and comfy.

Outdoor terrace could have been a tad tidier as the space was excellent.
