Not a single service was even average. All were down graded.
Geyser was not working. Wifi stopped working from morning, took bath with cold water. At the time of checkout, no staff present on reception. Not deserves even Rs500 per night charge.

1 - Geyser was not working...Cold water se nhaana pda subah subah....then at the time of checkout i told them geyser was not working....they said aapko btaana chahiye tha humne niche se off kia hua tha.....jab check in ho chuka toh geyser niche se on kr dena chahiye....ab jab bhi nhaana ho unko btaana pde toh kya faayda
2 - Lighting in the room was not that good....I booked this hotel because my exam center was near to this hotel...but due to bad lighting in that room i find myself difficult in studying at late night.

Very friendly staff, ensures a comfortable stay, very cooperative. Hotel is very clean. The room facilities are minimal but staff is very helpful.
I got a room upgrade to King Superior on booking.com but I am not sure if I got that room at the hotel. It didn't have a kettle or a balcony.
