For people on a budget, the guesthouse is fine, and very good value for money.
There are a great many small things they could do to make the stay more comfortable. It’s just that the place feels dingy and a bit old. It’s time for a refresh, new coat of paint, and a deep deep clean. It’s fine for people on a budget but there are so many ways to make this place nicer and more comfortable, none of which would cost them much money.
