The garden with the flowers and also the location to the tram and bus stops
Old house with okd windows, thin walls, so sometimes you heard noises from other guests

We loved this place! Lovely old house! It was beautiful, clean and the air was fresh. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The comfort of the guests was clearly taken care of and the house was decorated with love. Here you can really feel lovely peaceful calmness and good energy of this house ❤️
There was nothing to complain.
We didn't need kitchen or place to cooc. But I think its good to know that there isn’t (If you want, you can order breakfast in advance, but we didn't need it).

I really appreciated the responsiveness of the host, whenever I had a question she was always ready to assist me in the booking chat. Very nice and gentle treatment. Also, I was very grateful for letting me keep my belongings safe after my check out while I was exploring the city and waiting for my bus. it was easy and very kind. And of course I loved the beautiful garden around the house, bird singing constantly, the impression that I was visiting some close relative in a nice cottage house. My room was very cosy and clean and had all the facilities. I was happy to find free delicious tea as well.
I didn’t like the noise level although I understand that it’s an old wooden house. Would be nice to make some renovation to the shower area. I stayed in the attic room and it was quite cold, that made me uncomfortable. I was gently offered a blanket and a heating device but somehow the heating device didn’t work, so I felt cold at night.

The place is full of character. From the room, away from the city centre, sitting in the garden till the sun goes down. An excellent place to come home to after exploring Tallinn.

The guesthouse was well maintained. Bathroom and bedroom (in the attic) were very clean.
It is located next to the tram station which is 3 stops from the old town.
It is a unusual type of accommodation which I like, yet the place is very basic for the price I paid, especially outside the city center.
The room is not well isolated and it was very cold at night.
The only way to pay is through bank transfer.
I did not meet anyone from the guesthouse, you have to enter a passcode to enter the house.

old architekture, rooms, stairs, nice yard, free tea & coffee
new things (like angels “paiting” on the wall). The owner should preserve old and don’t put cheap antic imitations:)

The hostel is a very outdated and dusty house that seems it is going to fall down. The rooms were located in the 1st floor and they do not correspond to the pictures on Booking. The beds were not prepared but bed linens and towels were provided.
There toilet and shower is shared and they were not clean.
There was a knife close to the sink in the bathroom.
There was another young man living in the house.
The overall impression was of a creepy and not well maintained guest house.
