Resort amenities and activities. Helpfulness of staff.
Carpets in the room.

Excellent location, nice room, beautiful balcony view. Although I'm not typically a resort-style vacationer, logistics of a resort are a boon for a toddler parent. The staff were professional, efficient, helpful, respectful, and communicative.
The natural beaches nearest the hotel, although very safe for kids, are a bit underwhelming. There doesn't seem to be enough sunbeds for all guests. Also guests "reserve" sunbeds at the poolside by tossing their towel or other beach stuff early on, and then they leave (for breakfast etc.) and come back later so people who arrive to the pool with the intention to use it right then, rather than later, often don't get a spot. At dinner the tables of the buffet restaurant are not getting cleaned and reset with cutlery very fast, maybe because of shortage of serving staff.

The restaurant manager and the rooms manager were very effective and friendly in handling the complains.
The waiters should be able to speak English.

Lots of facilities, clean and tidy rooms, good buffet breakfast
The beds were very hard. The dinner buffet was a bit unorganised and when we arrived one night it was completely full and we had to wait for a table. There’s not even free water at dinner you have to buy all drinks at pretty inflated prices.

Beautiful location
The dining room was just like a Canteen, and the food was bad quality with very limited choice ...

Nice hotel and friendly staff.
Breakfast is excellent!
Rooms nice and tidy.
Little bit too expensive in my opinion.

a little to far from Old Town

Place is amazing, clean and lovely staff. Food was brilliant and breakfast well served. The guy at the bar "Crazy Nick" was the BEST of the place! Very kind and fun and made the best caipirinha I have had in Croatia! We will definitely go back!

A full service resort.

The hotel is in a quiet location and has two pools and a water front position with regular boat taxis to Korcula old town.
We booked a suite which was spacious and clean.
The reception and house keeping staff that we met were very friendly and helpful.
The outside areas of the hotel look tired.
in our suite the bedroom TV was located on the left wall on a wall bracket that did not move so the TV was unwatchable for us which was really disappointing having paid for a suite.
The duvet on the Kingsize bed was too small and we had to ask for a separate single duvet so that we both had duvet cover.
There were no dressing gowns provided
No tea and coffee facilities in the suite and in the restaurant only provided at breakfast time.
The food at breakfast and dinner was a buffet . for a four star hotel it was of a poor quality and food was cold.
Disappointing that not even jugs of tap water were available at meal times and you had to purchase all drinks within a half board meal basis.
There was no hot cooked egg options at breakfast apart from on one weekend day.

Great location (walking distance to old town or short boat taxi ride), facilities were good and the room was beatiful and clean.
The pool was a bit cold

Beautiful location - tucked away in a little cove overlooking the mountains Easy to get into the old town by foot, taxi, water taxi or buggy

Breakfast was really good, the swimming pool was great, a pity that the weather was cloudy/rainy so we couldn’t make much use of it. There was a supermarket just across the hotel so that was nice. also super close to the ferry. There is a taxi boat that takes you to the old town in 5 min for 20 HRK, or else it is a 30-min walk.
Bring your mosquito/bug repellent, we got plenty of bites! Note that the fridge is very small (not deep).

The views around the resort were so beautiful and access to the sea and water based activities was good. The old town wasn't far away which was nice for a change of scenery. The main pool was really nice and fun for the children. The children enjoyed the kid's club. The buffet breakfast and dinner were nice with a good choice of food each day. It was good to have a family room so the children could be separate to us at night.
The main pool area often smelt of sewage and even though we mentioned this to the staff, it still smelt on the following days. The cleanliness of the drains near the pool looked to be the problem. They were blocked and pretty gross. The sun loungers and chairs around the resort were not comfortable and a few we sat on were broken causing pinches to skin or to fall off completely. These should be checked and replaced regularly in my opinion. Somebody was sick near the restaurant one day. The sick was not cleaned up up to 5 days after. As well as the sick being on the floor, it was also on the handrail of which my child touched. The deep cleanliness of the place concerned me the most, especially with COVID being around still. The cost of food and drinks was SO high. Around £5 for an icecream!

The pool is really lovely, good food at breakfast and hotel is in a lovely setting.
Only 1 pillow which was very flat, no fresh juice at breakfast and the campsite is abit strange

We booked this last minute as in the day before so probably didn't get the best rate for the hotel room we booked. The family rooms are clean, plenty of wardrobe space, 2 bathrooms and a balcony which we didn't really use. It could have done with a washing line in bathroom to dry swim stuff. The breakfast was great plenty of choice for everyone but there was a lot of food waste which was a bit concerning.... hopefully the hotel has a policy to deal with that. The staff were very nice and friendly and all other areas of the hotel always clean. The food overall was good. The taxi boat into the Old Town is perfect and great value for money. We used it every evening to go in and out of the town. Korcula is lovely and Port 9 is the perfect location for a family holiday. The hire of kayak and paddle boards was good value and always available. The kids enjoyed the inflatable as well and all very well managed.
The staff at the beach bar/restaurant could have been more organised or at least their serving system. It could sometimes take a long time to get a drink and very often the drinks were just standing on the bar for too long before being served out.

Breakfast Buffet was awesome.
The pool area was awesome.
Taxi boats were awesome too.
Didn't like the bathroom it had a big bath tub that was so high that for older people not very good as we could hardly climb over to have a shower.

it’s nothing like the pictures.
Extremely small sandy beach if we can even call it that.
You feel like you’re in a big crowded camp.

The breakfast and dinner buffet exceeded my expectation and even as a vegetarian I was satisfied daily, as well as two fussy eaters for kids. The beds were comfortable (pillows a little too soft however, and no spares). The beach on site was utterly brilliant as was the boat taxi to the old town, oh and the salt water pools equally brilliant.
The gym could have had some weights as it wasn't very well equipped if you didn't want to use the bike, treadmill or cross trainer. The balcony was very small for a family room with only two chairs and a table so we couldn't sit and play cards of an evening all together.

Private beach area was lovely and away from the busyness of the pool. Taxi boat into Korcula old town was a great feature to have. All staff were friendly and hotel room was clean and functional.
The rooms were a little basic and the beds weren’t the most comfortable. The pool area gets very busy and loud so we opted for the beach most days.

The setting is superb. Service is excellent.
nothing!

The swimming pools and water sports facilities. good access by water taxi.
It’s very run down. Buildings need painting and gardens doing. All inclusive dinner buffet disappointing.

Breakfast and Dinner were good. Easy to go to Badija from the hotel
A bit on the expensive side.

Great location, good food, nice rooms, great for kids.
For families with kids dinner could start at 6pm and takeout lunch options would be appreciated for when baby is napping.

to small room, servis in bars

Quiet location in the woods. There is a Konoba, called lanterna, where food is excellent and good prices
Self service is a bit expensive for the quality of the food offered
6.0
Location in a nice bay, room very spacious and clean, great choice of breakfast, infinity pool, friendly staff
Doesn't feel like a real 4 star place (joint reception with a campsite, full of children, breakfast room super busy). Too expensive given the overall experience
5.0
Location very good, breakfast okay.
We booked a four star hotel. This is a misrepresentation. Aminess port 9 is not a four star hotel - it is a resort , principally a campsite. The rooms are scattered about the resort without the facilities you’d expect in a item. Reception, porters, secure luggage storageo departure etc. Our floor didn’t have alift
9.0
Location is superb, the whole organisation is good
Food - breakfast and dinner OK.
Clean outside, hotel and rooms.
Very kind staff.
Bar at the pool and additional restaurants on the beach.
Value for the money paid.
Need for "reservation" of deck chairs near to the pool at pool opening and rude behaviour of "clever" ones overtaking the others waiting in line.
