Good relaxing stay for the Fall

The private beach and the availability of deckchairs there Breakfast The room The view The restaurant seating is awesome.

The waiters are not sufficiently professional. At some point we had to wait 20+ minutes between our wine list and the wine. At breakfast they messed up with my eggs order (OK), then reordered and that went wrong too (other customers got served for quite some time). At some point I walked away as they were blaming each other. At night, the waiter who obviously recognized me didn't apologize (when a client gives up he is probably quite dissatisfied so it would have been nice to ask how to make up or at least recognize the error and apologize for the mistake) All in all, I found the evening food quite repetitive and relatilvey quiickly boring (relative to other 5 star resorts we have been to)

Elegantes Hotel für gehobenere Ansprüche mit sehr zuvorkommenden Personal

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, großes Badezimmer. Alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden, Badetasche mit flip Flops, Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer und auch Hausschuhe. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Im Pool/ Strandbereich liegen Handtücher aus die man sich frei nehmen kann und wechseln darf so oft man möchte, wirklich ein toller Service. Das Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft das Abendessen mit großem kalten Buffet dann Nudelbar und Fleischecke, Salat sowie etwas für Kinder und jeden Tag wechselndes Nachtischbuffet. Man sucht alles aus und das Personal befördert es auf den Teller. Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Verbrachten unseren Flitterwochen dort und wurden sehr sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Herr von der Rezeption brauchte uns persönlich auf unser Zimmer während ein anderer Mitarbeiter unser Gepäck aus dem Auto holte. Ein Zimmer Upgrade bekamen wir obendrein, als sie uns Meerblick als Hochzeitsgeschenk machten. Eine nette Nachricht mit Gratulation samt Gebäck folgte am Abend als wir vom Essen zurück kamen. Vielen Dank nochmals!!! Wir waren zwar sehr viel mit dem Auto unterwegs und verbrachten daher nicht allzuviel Zeit in der Anlage aber wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Das eigentlich einzige was wir bemängeln würden ist die Bucht an der das Hotel liegt, bzw. viel mehr der Strand. Extrem viele Steine, sehr schwer zum Baden und anscheinend ( sicherlich abhängig von der Saison ) viele Quallen und der Anfang des Strandes voll mit den holzigen Algen die aus dem Meer angespült werden. Aber das sind ja nun Dinge wofür das Hotel nichts kann und dadurch dass Sardinien wie ein einziger Strand ist auch zu verschmerzen. Eine 2. Sache wäre vllt der Fitnessraum, für Sportler doch etwas mager ausgestattet obwohl durchaus noch genug Platz vorhanden wäre für mehr Gewichte und Geräte.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub mit großem Erholungseffekt!

Sehr sauberes, weitläufiges Hotel mit tollem kleinen Strand und einer hervorragenden Küche ergänzt von einer breit aufgestellten Weinkarte. Das gesamte Personal war uns gegenüber stets sehr freundlich, höflich und äußerst aufmerksam. Wellnessbereich ist sehr angenehm. Fitnessbereich für den Urlaub einwandfrei. Zudem werden von den Personaltrainern zahlreiche Fitnessstunden (an Land und im Pool) angeboten.

Gäste, welche sich arrogant und hochnäsig gegenüber dem Personal verhalten und sich untereinander über die „hohen Preise“ in den Restaurants beschwert haben. Wer sich dieses Hotel „leistet“, sollte sich nicht über die Preise von einer große Kugel Eis (2 Euro) beschweren. Am Campingplatz eines anderen Anbieters in Kroatien zahlt man im Sommer 2023 —> 3 Euro für eine Kugel Eis. Man kann nur hoffen, dass diese Gäste künftig hier nicht mehr hinfahren.

Luxurious stay but not very authentic

Lovely facilities. Luxurious. Yoga was nice and the food was great in comparison to many all-inclusive/half-board resorts.

The resort could be almost anywhere and you risk missing the Sardinian experience.

It was really great and relaxing resort with high quality foods and great services

It was so organized, clean and family friendly. Amazing private beach with decent numbers of beds and umbrellas. The foods were fantastic and lots of variety.

Great location. Overall good but not 5 star as rated

Breakfast food selection was great. Staff friendly but but it was very disorganised for a 5 star rated hotel. No one to order from or it came twice. Complete chaos !!

Beach is contained for anyone with children. Hotel has lovely ambience. Housekeeping very good. We found the concierge lacking. Beds uncomfortable double bed was 2 single mattresses together with a big dip in the middle. Pillows flat as pancakes. No in room tea or coffee facilities. Wouldn’t rate as 5 star.

Beautiful place to relax - everything on hand!!

It is a beautiful site - the mountains surrounding the resort - magnificent view from the beach! The beach is beautiful, the buildings and grounds just wonderful. The rooms are comfortable beautifully decorated and the large terrace a wonderful bonus! We had dinner as well as breakfast included (important as it is fairly isolated) - and the food and array of choices excellent- the good on the Sardinian night was outstanding!! It is a resort that is perfect for children with young families

No facilities in the room to make a coffee or tea!

gorgeous hotel for a relaxing stay

location was great good facilities for adults and children food was lovely

any food drinks outside do half board very expensive there was a bus to take you into two and other beach’s however was not advertised or told until we specifically asked

I liked the views from our balcony and the live music 2 nights.

The first night we got there, I wish I was told that the 2nd restaurant was a restaurant that you paid separately. I was surprised that you got charged on a separate bill. The food was excellent though.

wonderful location, excellent spa, shame about the waiter

beautiful place , clean, wonderful views

one member of staff Matteo ruined it for us. sadly he was our waiter in the evening and at breakfast. very unfriendly and grumpy. He was made worse as I didn’t order enough drinks apparently? Do they get paid bonus for ore sales?. He got increasingly annoyed when he came back several times asking if we wanted more which we didn’t. I then had an ice cream from the cart which I signed for at the cart. after dinner when signing for the drinks the ice cream was on again. I questioned it to which he replied ,I cancelled the other, are you accusing me of being a thief! “. Not at all but I just wondered why I had to sign twice? The next morning he didn’t even say hello. He threw my daughter and my breakfast eggs at us in the wrong place and marched off. I also witnessed him arguing with another guest. I’d say he is in the wrong job.

Lovely hotel but felt the buffet disappointed as removed the option of choice

Excellent location, very clean hotel and friendly staff

The restaurant was closed and had not been notified therefore a buffet meal with no alternative was very disappointing as I would not have booked if I had known that this would have been the only choice.

The location is amazing.

The kids club program was very limited in comparison with other resorts. Also there was no option for kids below 3 years old. Somehow overall staff motivation seems to be low. For the price I expect great hospitality.

We love the stay and the location is breath taking the staff and the food are amazing . To discover villasimius is perf

the facilities , location and staff specially grabriel and the concierge girl amazing .

Lots of children , very loud while in the inside pool when you have a relaxing treatment at the spa you can hear them a lot not so relaxing ,this area is not my understanding to be a playground area, it should be an adult only space .More choice to eat , at lunchtime , the pizza bar . could be better .More entertainment for adults , all day and specially at night , nothing close to the hotel so it would be nice to have entertainment on site ( karaoke , wine tasting , cabaret show , cheese presentation , dancing area , live music every night , wood fire at the beach for the parents to meet up, yoga class , music painting , water gym at the beach) . Free shuttle on demand to villasimius city center / deserving the main beach of the area . The life guard could improve they presence some of them are less serious than other and it doesn’t look professional ( they all day on they phone not even looking at the water , some of them are not even present at time ) . It would be a plus to have more waiter taking care of the beach to order food or drinks .

The location is amazing, food was great, service good and its really clean and everything in perfect condition.

Admittedly we were not the target audience so therefore we can say it’s really full of small children and super crowded at all times. there’s really no real privacy and the noise level at times very high. for a family with small children this is really the place to be!

Fantastic kids clubs and staff. Service definitely not 5*

Kids club staff was EXCELLENT. Particularly Nicolò, Evelyn, Matteo and Clelia. Would go back just because of them. Location really nice. Loved the fact that it's a small resort. Staff generally (beach, restaurant etc) very friendly.

Service was not even close to 5*. On several occasions we were left waiting for ages, and had to stand up ourselves while having a meal to get cutlery, parmisan or other things!! Not enough space between beach umbrellas, sometimes we had less than 1m between our sunbeds and other people's!! Beach bar service was v sporadic. Definitely not a 5* feel. Room shower ran out of hot water too quickly. We are a family of 5 and only 2 would manage to have a hot shower if were were all showering at a similar time, which is unacceptable. Prices for extras are very high.

Beautiful location, but isolated. Service, it could really be better.

The hotel is very nice and the location excellent. The service, so so.

Organization and staff service. My son had an accident and he wounded a foot. There was no first aid kit in the hotel. The closest pharmacy was far. My husband had to take a taxi to the village to buy things to cure him, but he forgot an antibiotic cream for the wound. We asked if the hotel could call the pharmacy for the cream delivery. They said they would do it, but they forgot. On the first day, the room was not cleaned until 4. The hotel is beautiful, but they don't have good service.
