The room with view to the beach was great and breakfast was good.

It was tooooo cold in the restaurant!!! The airconditioning was so cold!!!! and they didn´t change it...it was freezing and the staff at the restaurant wasn´t kind....Pool was a bit dirty. The dinner was buffet but it wasn´t good....few variety

1.Staff in the front desk didn't use masks following the protocol for covid 19. 2. There was no mini bar, just water in the freeze. Also no hair dryer, slippers,... everything had to be asked for. 3. Poor recreation program for little kids compared to other hotels.

Old style 5 star from the 70’s (before the Japanese-style sad look) with a pleasant dolce-vita atmosphere. It actually needs some maintenance, anyway still looks great. They charged me half day for late check-out, that’s not fair because the hotel was almost empty. Food is great, really great: the best grilled meat we had in the whole trip, at a great value for money. Staff is kind, accurate and friendly. A nice stay.

I think it used to look really good, but now it looked quite updated…needs a renovation

Some things were falling apart, like in our room the wallpaper was peeling and around the hallway the walls needed some fresh paint, peeling stucco

Excelent service at the breakfast place, Salon Verde. Friendy Staff at this restaurant. Breakfat time is always important!

Cleanliness in some details at this resort can be improved. For instances, removing some bugs in the hallways and left over in the room, from previous guests.
