We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect.. and the staff were amazing.

Its a perfect property if you want to spend quality time with your pets. However if you dont have
dogs then i wouldnt recommend that you stay here as you would find better properties with the same
or better facilities.
Having said that the staff is good and well trained and do try to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
We were charged 14k for a couple for a new years eve gala dinner (without alcohol) which was extremely disappointing. The singer couldnt sing to save his life. The stated that a lucky draw will be held which wasnt held. That could have been better organised or made optional.

Absolutely fantastic - will be using this property often in the future too.
Always room for improvement but that's not to say something was bad.

The villa is very well appointed and maintained - it is large sized, has superior interiors and amenities and just what you would expect in a high class property.
Food unfortunately is not upto the mark and is just about average. The big disappointment was the NY function which was hugely overcharged for almost nothing that was provided in terms of entertainment

The seclusion, the nature, the plunge pool, the architecture, the birds chirping throughout the day and of course the size of the rooms. Love how cozy it can be on a cold night.
The staff, the constant nagging on the phone, the over explanation of things, the unruly manager who loves to gaslight and manipulate, Ms Chaula Mazmudar, who doesn’t really get the concept of hospitality or empathy for that matter. Highly unprofessional staff. For starters, apparently calling for a cup of cappuccino to the room is not a very good idea as per the restaurant manager because “the froth might go away” then when you call up the spa to enquire about the spa and bath services, the lady is oblivious to the services available and refuses to provide any because of the shortage of therapists. then after speaking to the manager on duty the services are arranged and the staff is still very uptight, doesn’t greet and slams the door in the face in reply to a thank you.Despite the staff knowing we were napping, we were in the spa, there were constant calls from the staff for something or the other. Paying 2500 plus taxes to fill up the plunge pool and sprinkle some table salt and rose petals just did not make sense especially because the water wasn’t even hot. We literally got out of it within 10 minutes, waste of water, money and resources and then in the night there were constant loud noises because of some shadi around which was totally not expected in the middle of nowhere. We slept well but due to feeling a bit under the weather, we woke up at 10 and made the call to the restaurant requesting them to wait as we reach, apparently the breakfast that gets wind up around 10:30 was done way before that. We requested them to provide us something to eat at our room or at the restaurant on chargeable basis which was said to be 700 plus taxes (just to serve per person at the room) but they denied that and asked us to order a la carté where way before this we had order like 10 things from the menu of the breakfast which could have easily totalled up to a big amount and of course it was just not done since it was barely10:20 by the time this had happened.

its pool. the dedicated staff who was appointed for us during our stay.
poor approach road, no cleanliness, too away from tourist attractions, poor bed, pricing too high for the type of property.

Like the food preparation
Not enough facilities as compared to price charged. No morning tea available before 7:30 am. No kids activities area or facility. In-room dining is ineffective as distance between rooms and dining area is huge therefore you get only cold food.

Beautiful property, very well maintained, amazingly clean!
The photos of the spa & garden villa show a pool, but its just an outdoor bathtub.
Staff need to he trained better, definitely not 5 star level.

We stayed at personal pool double bed room villa for 3 days; I must confess from hospitality of the staff to ambience/sanitation of the villa were exceptionally impeccable. Rajnish was our personal assistant-staff, who ensured we were tended through and through. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Though we are departing from the resort, we are carrying ravishing unforgettable memories of a splendid experience.
A highly recommended stay to whosoever is planning a rejuvenating experience at private pool villa.
