Nestled in Poinciana, this lovely house for $181 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Lovely vacation home 16 miles from Disney with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a private pool. All bed linens and towels are provided. The master bedroom suite includes a king bed, tv ,and access to the pool. The master bath has a walk-in shower, a garden tub, double vanity and walk-in closet. The second master suite includes a queen bed, tv, walk-in closet and a private bath with tub/shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, tv, and a walk-in closet. This bedroom shares a full bath with tub/shower with the fourth children's room. The children's room features a jungle theme with a bunk bed, double on the bottom and twin on top, closet, and tv with Playstation 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with a view of the pool. Includes a bar and seating area. The den features two large leather sofas, a recliner, large screen tv and access to the pool. The living room has a sleep sofa and a love seat along with a circular coffee table. The dining room has a large glass top table with seating for six plus additional chairs that can be added if needed. The dining room overlooks the pool with an access door. The home features a private screened in pool with covered eating and seating areas. The pool overlooks a conservation area. Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee. There is a fully equipped laundry room and a two car garage. The home features child alarms on all doors leading to the pool, a gas grill, high speed internet and satellite tv. The house is laid out on one level making it ideal for elderly visitors and families with young children. The neighborhood features sidewalks, two playgrounds, tennis courts and a basketball court. This home is a NON-SMOKING home. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property including the pool deck. Cigarette ash gets into the pool and damages the equipment. Any evidence of smoking may result in a claim against your damage deposit to repair pool equipment. The home is also PET-FREE thank you for being respectful of these rules. This house is conveniently located 16 miles from Disney World, 22 miles from Universal Studios, 17 miles from Seaworld, and 34 miles Legoland. Old Town is 11 miles away. There is an environmental center located 5 miles from the house. Visitors can walk on boardwalks to view Florida wildlife in their native habitat. There is also an educational center on the premises.

House had enough space both in and outside. Pool was great size, rooms were greats sizes and kitchen had everything you needed! Definitely worth it!

Overall the house is very nice. The location is quiet and noone bothers you. The only downside was the pool was a little cloudy when we arrived but they came out the next day and fixed it. We had to sweep and vacuum the floors ourselves otherwise it was pretty clean.

Carpet was stained and main bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub. Contacted owner about when they were going to mow the yard and she said she wasn’t sure. The HOA came by on Wednesday and measured the yard and gave them a ticket cuz the yard was 2 ft tall in some spots. Friday morning at 8 am someone decided to mow the yard. The pool was getting cloudy by Thursday and getting green around the top of the pool. The pool was also as not as warm as it should be in July. The place was way too far away from anything. The closest Walmart was 25 mins away. The only good thing about the house was the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Also The trash can was almost completely full when we got there and had to try to cram our bags in the can cuz trash did not run til Thursday. Whoever cleans the house does a horrible job and the communication with the owners was horrible as well. I would not stay again due to the cleaning, yard and lack of communication.

Had friends meeting up with family at Disney parks. My husband had been ill, so we hung out sitting by the pool, and enjoying some of the restaurants in the area.

Everything is good but the house was dirty And the Pool was green when we arrived And very dirty. We write to the host and they taken three days to clean the Pool.

The house was perfect for our visit. We came to Florida to relax and the pool helped us do just that. The only complaints we had were the carpets could have been cleaner and the TV room furniture is not very comfortable other than that we loved the house. We would consider renting again sometime. We enjoyed our week long stay at this lovely home. Unfortunately with the unforeseen arctic blast during the week of our stay (between Christmas and New Year), we could not enjoy the pool. But the community this house is located in is a very nice and quite community where we enjoyed our walks too. The house is not that far from Disney or Universal. Gas station and Grocery stores too were not that far. Kitchen had enough utensils and everything we needed that we cooked our meals most of the day. We would definitely consider this property again for our future visits.

House was clean and just as described on the listing! Plenty of room, the kids loved it. We had an internet issue one night and I messaged the owner and she responded immediately and we got the issue fixed! Would definitely stay here again!

We felt welcome in the home immediately. We loved having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It gave our family plenty of room to spread out so we didn’t get too tired of each other 😂

This is the second time that we’ve stayed at this property and both times have been wonderful. The owners are quick to respond, the home is kept clean, it’s close to the parks & any activities. Nice quiet area. Will definitely be booking another vacation at the property again! Thank you

The house was dirty, the pool was dirty. The grass was uncut and the yard require some car. You are having a vacation in the worse house on a lovely street. I rented because i wanted a pool and i could not use the pool at all. On our second day some one came along and remove the leaves, by day 3 the pool was still dirty. First day no internet and no television, we were out most days.so day time did not matter. Called owner we tried several switch on and off. Worked for a while. Last day no internet and no television. In main room got my finger cut on broken wicker chair, literally to add insult to injury. NEVER AGAIN

Our family enjoyed staying at this home. It was very spacious and clean. We did not like how long it took us to drive to Disney so next time we will be staying closer. We liked that it had a pool but while we were there the pool was filled with pollen from the trees. We informed the owner that the pool was not clean and they quickly sent someone out to clean the pool. Overall it was a nice house!

Everything was great . We enjoyed the pool and the floor plan of the property. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, the convenience of stores and theme parks in close proximity. In addition, we liked that we had access to the property owner’s phone number, just in case we had any issues. The only complaint was that the lawn was a little overgrown and needed to be cut. However, we would definitely stay there again.

Our experience here was good. We really appreciated that the property manager allowed us to check in early since we arrived on a red eye from Seattle. The home itself was exactly as expected based on past reviews. Furniture is a little dated and worn but comfortable overall. I was a little surprised to see the lawn wasn’t mowed when we arrived (since the previous review also mentioned it). But to be fair, we did check in early and the lawn was mowed the next day when we arrived home from a day at Disney. The pool area was fine. We were so busy at the parks that we really only used it the day of our arrival. Overall, a good experience.

This is probably the best appointed VRBO house that I have ever stayed in. There was nothing that we needed that had not been provided. Plenty of towels, blankets, extra pillows, and the kitchen had all the essentials that you could need. The pool and the "Jungle" room were a complete hit with my daughter. It is a little bit older house and could maybe use some upgrades, but overall it was exactly what we needed. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. If we visit the Kissimmee/ Orlando area again, we will most certainly check availability on this property!

The community was perfect. Away from the business tourism area. The house had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their privacy. The kitchen was stocked. The pool was great. The heat only worked on one side but it was warm enough even with the pool area mostly shaded from large trees in the back. I hope the cleanliness issues will get addressed and be improved. Overall, it was a fun, relaxing vacation. We hope to return again soon.
