Nice hotel just 5 minutes from the beach.

Everyone is nice to guests. Rooms are clean. Location is just 5 minutes away from the beach. The breakfast was also really good. Totally recommend!!

Unfortunately in the rooms that are seperated with a door the noise passes very easily. So once new guests arrived next door we could hear them while trying to sleep. The breakfast was really good. Please also provide meat items (salami, ham etc) with poultry and not just pork.

Skvělé umístění hotelu. Velmi blízko ke všem turistickým místům. Vše velmi čisté. Balkon přímo nad bazénem.

Very good

The location was perfect within close proximity to shops, many restaurants and the kings mall it just 5 minutes away. In addition central to good transport links.

Nothing l can't ask for more just perfect.

Wouldn't go back

The bar is the best part of the hotel. Staff are great, and the place was cold when the front was open

Check in was poor. We booked all-inclusive but weren't given wrist bands or any information on the times, what was included etc. We were given the room key and when we girls to the room it wasn't ready and the cleaners were still in. We waited an hour and a quarter before we eventually found out we could get in. The all-inclusive food was bang average.

Had a great stay, would recommend.

Location was great, near plenty of restaurants. Plenty of room to park for free. Our room was big and comfortable, as were the beds. The pool is nice, plenty of sunbeds and toilet/shower outside. Separate kids pool with small seating area in the shade (most of the day). Breakfast was great, lots of choice and enough room to sit.

Reception personal not super friendly.

Wonderful hotel, very clean. It is near to the center of the Paphos. Recepcioner is very approachable. Beautiful view. There is a lot of content around. All recommendations, I hope to come back again.

An average, unremarkable, three-star hotel

Breakfast is good enough for an economy class hotel. Cleanliness, order in the room is maintained perfectly. Good, convenient location for traveling around the island by car. The beach, two volleyball courts on the beach are located a few hundred meters from the hotel.

The size of the hotel room was misleading based on the photos - it is significantly smaller than it appeared. The room is very small and offers limited space for movement. Additionally, at the "see side view" building there is no available wifi connection. There is no internet at all (!), not even slow or intermittent. The wifi signal and speed are only available at the reception, so we used personal mobile data on the balcony and in the room to access the internet. If you require a reliable internet connection for work or leisure, we do not recommend booking a room far from the reception.

Ground floor apartment were easy excess to go back garden and there were nice and guiet.

The mini fridge made night time loud noise.

Superb

Excellent location with lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. ATM just across the street and also the beach and a couple of archaeological sites very near by. Easy and free parking on the street just next to the hotel was also nice and convenient. My room in the separate block was modern and clean, with microwave oven and fridge etc. the possibility of a very early check out was appreciated too.

Great location, nice view from terrace, yummy breakfast

Princessa Vera Hotel is in a perfect location if you want to explore Pafos. Breakfast were really nice. Hotel was really clean, every day our room was cleaned. Nice view from our terrace to the pool and seaside, we loved it. Recommend!

The wall to the next room was really thin and first night our neighbors arrived at 2am and woke us up. Also some pigeons were trying to get in our room but it was kinda funny. Still loved the experience and would recommend to anybody.

Nice apartment in a great location on a beautiful island. Breakfast could have been better

The apartment/hotel is a nice place to return to after a long day of exploring/relaxing. The beds are comfy and pool refreshing. The bar is nice and it's surrounded by very good restaurants and bars. It's fantastic value for money considering all the expensive places to stay on the island. Paphos is also a great place to get the bus around the island. The balcony was a nice touch and the cleaners respect when to enter the room and when not to. The bakery next door is AMAZING.

The breakfast was pretty bad in my opinion. The cooked segments were tasteless and eggs super runny. The fresh fruit was really dry. The croissants where good though. The staff weren't very friendly either. Usually ignoring us as we say good morning and not fully assisting us with our queries.

Wonderful couple of days in Cyprus

The hotel is centrally located. The Royal Tombs are a 15-minute walk away, and the port is also 15 minutes in the other direction. But the bus stop is also within 50 meters. Local travel agencies pick up passengers from here for organized trips. We arrived early and were able to use the luggage room and have a coffee or drink at the bar. Our room was clean and well equipped, as described. The bed mattress was very comfortable. The pool and its surroundings were clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, plentiful and varied. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We felt like we were in a family-run hotel. I would gladly recommend it to everyone.

Needs to be more friendly, no atmosphere.

well placed for walks and access to harbour and bars/restaurants, and busses to places of interest.

apart from the cleaners staff were ambivalent with a distinct lack of smiles. Room safe was in inoperative and despite 2 requests to have it reset remained so all week.

Superb

Clean room, air conditioned, we liked that there was a balcony too. Versatile breakfast and great location, lots of restaurants and a mall nearby. There is also a bus stop next to the hotel (bus 615). We liked the pool area as well.

We had poor wifi connection in our room. Maybe 2-3 more dining tables could fit on the terrace. It was very crowded during breakfast.

Very comfortable swimming pools, especially the small one for babies. Many choices for breakfast. Great location.

The inner side of the window in the bathroom was at the outer side,so we couldn't lock the window. When we noticed it, we took it out and installed it properly. (it was big enough for someone to enter the flat).

Remarkable place to stay during your holiday with your children and family

Location of the hotel was remarkable as it was in the vicinity of beach, various dining establishments shops market and any other facilities like bus stops or car rental companies. At the same time the hotel itself has a quiet and peaceful vibe. This is a great place for families and couples that can experience some calmness. No music on the balcony no pseudo DJ's with loudspeakers or irritating hecklers that can completely distract and destroy your holiday time so this is a great asset and advantage for the hotel and its guests. Everybody respects each other which is much appreciated. There are two swimming pools and one of them is divided into two parts and the first is dedicated to small children that can't still swim and can have a lot of fun there. Rooms are cleaned every day by lovely cleaning operatives that are doing amazing job to keep the rooms uncluttered and as tidy as they can.

The only thing that can pose an unpleasantness is bar located on the other side of the street that has loud music during nights 7 days per week however if you are tired after whole active sunny day it will not be disturbing and you will sleep easily. This in comparison with the all above mentioned strengths of the hotel is a minor drawback.
