Wonderlful location and great views!!! Right bang in central West End, close to the theatres, shops, restaurants: you are staying in the best location in the best area: most attractions within walking distance. Soho/ Covent garden/ Picadilly/ Trafalgar square/Oxford street right at your door step. You’re on the 5th floor with splendid views. There is a modern, working elevator. The space Large for London apartment, best most central Location, right in the middle of West End/ Soho, 5th floor, great views. Charming Victorian listed building, one of London's finest 2 double bedrooms with wash basins in each bedroom. Modern power shower and WC. The bath in the main bedroom is not for guests to use. Large octagonal lounge with open plan kitchen and dining table seating 6 Flat screen TV in each room. Smart TV in the lounge. Washer, dryer and detergent provided. Luxury double sofa bed. Free WiFi. Music system with a Docking Station. Large colonial ceiling fans for noiseless cooling breeze. Very efficient central heating....you wont notice the Winter outside. Step just out the front door and you are in the middle of the best Theatre land, shops, restaurants You can simply walk everywhere, no need for busses, metro, taxis Covent Garden and Soho are the most popular neighbourhoods in London!! Metro stations Covent Garden/ Piccadilly Circus/ Leicester square/ Tottenham Court are 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Busses stops right outside to take you further afield You’ll be the only guests in the entire apartment. No other guests. We clean 10:00-14:00 however guests may drop their luggage, take the key’s and return later. Often the apartment is ready for you to check yourself in right away by using keys left in lock boxes. On departure day you may leave luggage while we clean 10:00-12:00, or use the luggage storage facilities at the nearby Charing Cross Station. You may even on special occasions stay till later for a fee however first check with the owner. Other things of note:: Please note: the BATH in the main bedroom is not for use due to previous amorous lovers and overexcited kids flooding the apartment on several occasions. Sorry. Great walk in shower provided. King size bed 150x 190cm Double bed 135x 190cm Double sofa bed 135 x 190cm Wooden floors throughout the apartment and building: expect creaking floor boards and footsteps. This is a Central City location and some city sounds can be expected. The double glazed windows minimise the sounds and earplugs are an option for the light sleeper.

We had a wonderful stay at Lenn’s place. He is very communicative and was helpful when it came to finding the place. It is located in a great area near Chinatown and many underground entrances. At night, the road noise and people noise wasn’t bad at all. The place itself it very cool, it is a bit of an older place but it is still well kept. The only thing we had a little issue with was the electric kettle, as it looked like someone left water in there for too long and there was lots of lime scale build up. Besides that, the rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. There had been some scaffolding being worked on right outside, however we only saw workers once during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and centrally located two bedroom apartment with elevator. Great quick communication with the host and easy and excellent check in instructions. We had a four night stay and loved all the restaurants, cafes, pubs and transportation walking distance from the apartment. On a busy road (which was close to everything), and being on the 5th floor kept the apartment quiet when the neighborhood was very active. Would stay again.

Great apartment, very large for central London! Walking distance Romany of the sights and great tube line options close by. It was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed it and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to stay close to the sights and theatres.

The location of this apartment is fantastic for the West End. The host is extremely accommodating and provides great communication. We were so thankful to have stayed for a late check out on our last day, this made the world of difference to us. However, the apartment itself needs quite a few minor repairs, and although we managed for our 5 days, a longer stay may have been different. Overall, we had a positive experience, which included living right in the heart of all the action.

The only issue we had was the bed was a little too small for us & the noise at night was a bit loud till late into the hours if the night. The apartment is great, but bring extensions, it has very few electrical outlets in the bedrooms.

The unit was located in a great spot to walk to many of the top attractions in London, however, the apartment was not airconditioned and was very uncomfortable in the summer weather in London. Further, the unit's flooring and furnishings need refurbishment. Perhaps a month or so from now, this will be a comfortable unit to stay in but it is a little to hot for an unairconditioned apartment in London right now.

Property needs some love and a deep cleaning. Very tired from the linens to functionality of amenities. Hair dryer went on and off and the dishwasher was very old and we couldn’t get it to work. There was dust everywhere and the sheets smelled bad. The property owner was communicative.
And there was no view at all due to the scaffolding and work being done on the building, which was loud and strange to have workmen peering in the windows starting early and then throughout the stay. I feel like we should have been notified beforehand.
The one weak shower is a buzz kill.
Pictures are misleading.
Can’t beat the location though.

This flat is in the heart of Convent Garden. Easy access to bus and tube stations. It is right in the middle of lots of actions. Pubs, restaurants, theatre, and shopping within walking distance, because of the location it was a bit loud at night.
The host was great at communicating. Fresh flowers were on the table. Tea and coffee were available to get started in the morning.

The flat is close to all the action of Covent Garden, convenient to the sites of London, Tube lines, etc.
It is an older building but very charming. On the 5th floor but there is an elevator (thankfully!). Only one bathroom but not a problem for our group of 4 because both of the bedrooms have sinks. I would stay here again!

The property is as described, clean, organized, well-equipped, beautiful. Everything we needed was supplied. The apartment (with elevator) is on an upper floor overlooking Charing Cross Rd. A Sainsbury’s grocery is within a block. Chinatown and wonderful restaurants are close by. Situated near bus stops and tube stations, all of London is easy to get to. While the area was noisy at night with activity on the street below, we didn’t have trouble sleeping. I would happily stay here again. As an older traveler, I found this apartment comfortable and I recommend others checking it out. You’ll be glad you did.

Loved the place. Perfect for our family. Well-appointed. Right in the heart of Central London. SoHo, Covent Garden, Seven Dials all right out the door. We walked to a theatre show. Bus, cab, and tube access is great. We will be back!

The house was exactly as described in the listing. I can tell from my chats that Lenn is truly a quality person. Location was awesome. Everything is within walking distance. House was clean and safe. Everything you could ever need was clearly laid out before arrival. Communication was excellent. We will be back for sure. 10+ stars is not enough. Cheers!

If you are going to London to see plays in the West End, this flat is in a great place. However, the flat itself left us flat. Every step you or the neighbor above you takes on the well worn wood floors, all the floors creak. There is one cramped bathroom. Very tight sitting on the toilet. Nice walk-in shower though. And, there are no instructions on how things work in the unit or what to see and do in the area. We had a VRBO on Maui and we had instructions on how things work. Coffee maker, TV's, washer/dryer, etc and what one should see and do. We did see a friend and two plays during our 5 night stay. Our Uber driver had a hard time finding the location and the checking in process was just a bit confusing, but we managed to finally get in the building and up to the flat. Location 5; flat 3.

This apartment was just what we needed in a fabulous location near theaters, tube stations, Piccadilly Circus (where my husband proposed nearly 22 years ago), and so much more! Lenn checked in with us prior to arriving, updating us on a shower door issue, and with very clear directions on how to get into the apartment. It was stunning with lots of antique furniture that was quant and posh. The apartment was clean and properly stocked. When we return to London, we will definitely stay here again! A true gem!

We can’t say enough about this amazing flat in London. Everything from booking, communicating with Lenn, and checking in went smoothly. The flat was beautiful and the location seriously could not be beat. Five of us stayed, 2 adults and 3 children ages 4 through 10, and the flat felt so huge! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything we could possibly need. After a long day touring, we loved coming back “home” to relax before bed. We were able to easily walk to all the things we wanted to see, and were within close walking distance to multiple tube stations for when we needed to go a bit further. Lenn gave us some wonderful recommendations on how to navigate the city as well. We could not recommend booking this flat enough, and hope to one day come back to London and stay in what our kids are calling their London home! Thank you Lenn for the home away from home and an amazing London vacation.

The flat is clean and a delight to stay in and well equipped with lovely touches added by the host. It's also remarkably quiet for such lively surroundings with only the creaky floor to disturb you but really that's the only negative which is saying a lot about how amazing this place is. It's great value for the money and I would definately book again.

What a brilliant find this apartment was!
London’s West End is a sensory overload; sights, lights, cultures and cuisines, so if being snack bang in the middle of the action is for you, then you’ve picked the perfect place!
The apartment is lovely, in a beautiful old building with huge windows which we loved having open but completely shut out the noise from the street below when closed.
It’s charming, spacious, super clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked, including a bottle of champers!
Lenn, the host is a dream to deal with and went out of his way to help us with bookings and recommendations before our trip.
We absolutely loved our 9 days in this apartment, didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back.

Apt was exactly as advertised right in the middle of a lot of bars/restaurants and close to underground host left snacks and bottle of bubbly. Couldn’t figure out how to control the heat so I messaged them and got he responded quickly with exactly what I needed. Would recommend highly

This was a great apartment, very central and comfy. There was rubbish in the bin already when we arrived that smelt a little however it did not impact us at all. The communication was amazing and I would highly recommend the apartment. Thanks you

Second stay, so it’s obvious that we like the property. Location is the key, centrally located on Cambridge Circus in the heart of the theater district, and adjacent to Soho. The property is well furnished and the only things I found lacking were the absence of a freezer compartment in the fridge, and the absence of a microwave.

I recommend this nicely appointed apartment in a great location right between Soho and Covent Garden. Only recommendation I have would be to get larger/nicer pillows and more towels available.

Perfect location but not very clean
My daughter and I were thrilled with the location of this property which is wonderful if you like the sounds/energy of Central London (we do), but the flat was too grungy - really could use a deep clean and better continual maintenance. The dryer was left filled with wet towels, we were left very few clean/dry towels for our use, very little laundry soap, very little toilet paper and paper towels, no extra bin bags, and there were no instructions for how/where to take out the garbage so it just piled up. In fact, there were no written instructions in the flat for anything, but we figured most stuff out. For the price, though, the place should have been a lot cleaner.

We walked to so many places in the London central area. And for those places we couldn’t walk to, we could easily walk to a subway that connected us.
