*For your re-assurance our apartment, linens and towels are professionally & hygienically cleaned before arrival - including the use of disinfectants* This stunning townhouse is situated in the heart of Los Cristianos, at just a few minutes walk to the beach, town centre and port. The property is ideal for family holidays with children or grandchildren. The property overlooks the complex swimming pool, with terraces both back and front of the house, in addition there is a roof terrace with jacuzzi where you can relax in the warmth of the all year round Tenerife sunshine. Within easy walking distance you will find everything you will need to ensure your holiday is one to remember i.e. Supermarkets, restaurants, sports & entertainment bars and the beach. The villa cannot be rented for stags, hens and to young people (under 25) as the community comprises of people of all ages who also like to sleep.

The house itself is lovely. It’s a very large property with plenty of space for everyone. The house is very well presented with everything you need. The communal areas are very well kept and the pool looks lovely however it was freezing & could do with pool heating. The roof top hot tub was a lovely touch. The house would benefit for a few paper bins and defiantly bathroom bins. It would also benefit from bedside tables in bedroom 2 & 3.
The only problem (which was a big problem) were the neighbours 2 dogs who are left out side all night and bark constantly. In addition we couldn’t use the back terrace due to the smell from the dogs. It is a real shame as if it wasn’t for that I would defiantly book again. The property managers are lovely and have tried all they can to sort it out but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. If the dogs move out I would defiantly book again. In addition I would defiantly use Lupain who own the property to book other trips or maybe a long time stay 😜

Our stay was wonderful. The villa was lovely .the location was near to everything.the only downside was the pool was so cold so couldn't use it .but it didn't take away the wonderful time we had .

The appartement was super, nice and quiet, spacial and super clean. It was big with room enough for families. It was cool without aircondition (nice without the noise from the air conditioner). The view was great and the neighborhood was great but only a few restaurants. The supermarket was close with good quality food.
We had a lovely time here with only a few suggestions for improvement like slat and peber, soap for dish washing and wipe up clothes should be standard inventory for renting out a flat like toilet paper, towels and tea towels. The singlebeds, though could use a replacement and there was no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. Great with more than one bathroom.

House was great plenty of space and really clean we thourouly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. We also really appreciated the welcome pack.

Fantastic Holiday
We all had a fabulous week staying in this gorgeous town house as a party of 4. We all said this was the best property we had stayed in as it literally had everything we needed. The house itself is very spacious, clean and decorated well. Comfy beds and sofas. We loved both the front and back terraces and spent plenty of time on both!! It was great to have the lovely comfortable chairs and sofas to lounge on from early morning to late in the evening. There is also a roof top terrace which housed a lovely jacuzzi and a couple of sun beds. Another bonus was the TV which had all the English channels. This was important for the World Cup and Love Island ha ha. The complex was really quiet whilst we were there (which was lovely) and a lot of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The only downside was the pool had no sun beds.
Location wise it was great. Literally 5 mins walk to a large supermarket which enabled us to stock up on all the essentials. Also there were plenty of bars and restaurants within the 5 mins. To get to the seafront was around 20 mins (down hill going but easy to get a taxi back) prices to eat and drink out were really reasonable and we would recommend the Olive Tree which is located just above the super market.
We did have a couple of issues which were resolved really quickly by the lovely owner Joyce. Nothing was any trouble for her (thank you Joyce)
The only thing that would have been handy is a list of recommendations for bars and restaurants, taxis etc.
In summary though BOOK THIS HOUSE, you can’t go wrong x

Great house really clean and welcome pack was really appreciated.
House was great plenty of space and really clean we thourouly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. We also really appreciated the welcome pack.

We have just returned from Tenerife and townhouse was fantastic, the owner could not do more for us, she came and fixed the t.v.channels, the safe when the batteries when done and also when the alarm went off accidentially she dealt with these things immediately. The townhouse is in an an excellent situation and very quiet. The bus station is not far either. We do hope to return some day.

This was the first time using HomeAway and I found the whole process easy and would have no hesitation using them again. The house was very clean and the location was good - far enough away from the main part of the resort but everything was quite convenient. You could walk to the nearest beach in 10/15 minutes and to the port area in 15/20 minutes. The living space was very good and the outside patios to the front and rear were lovely. The only downside for us was the the size of the double room which really was on the small side and it needs heavier curtains to block out the light. The showers were decent although the bath was on the small side but wasn't an issue for us. The swimming pool was too cold for us and unfortunately the weather was a bit mixed which didn't help. The TV was a bit temperamental and froze on a couple of occasions but was sorted for us. I think the house would benefit from having some information/maps, restaurant recommendations, and perhaps some cards or board games for when the weather is poor. The nearest supermarket was about 5 minutes walk and stocked almost everything you need. There are several restaurants and bars within 5/10 minutes walk including our favourite restaurant - Locanda Italiana - where we ate on 3 nights and would highly recommend a visit. The main bus station is nearby and we used the service to get to La Caleta which really is well worth a visit. It's only about 8/9miles - about 30 minutes on the bus which cost 1.50e each way.

We had a very enjoyable stay in October 17. There were 4 adults and 2 children under three.
The townhouse was spotlessly clean and well equipped, with seating at the front and rear which lets you choose to be in the sun or not. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage, there was plenty of hot water and the washing machine came in very handy.
The pool is unheated but was a pleasant temperature once you're in. The Dialprix supermarket is 2 minutes down the hill, lots a of restaurants round about and 10 minutes to the beach.
Jeff and Sonya were very helpful and accommodating on arrival and departure. The welcome pack was bigger than normal.

Excellent Location for a holiday
Very impressed with this villa as its in a great location and very good value for money. Having stayed in this area many times over the last 10 years feel that this property was the best in fact already inquiring about returning again. Valerie

Spacious well prepared accomodation
After an initial difficulty finding it the apartment was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, well outfitted and with a generous welcome pack of wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms fine. Location was just a little outside the main areas but only 5 or 6 minutes walk from good amenities and maybe 15 minutes from the front. If you come on holiday to watch TV in the apartment the advertised Sky channels were sort of there (once you worked out how to access them) but reception was poor (maybe due to high winds ?) but really you should be out and about ! Overall though no major complaints at all and definitely recommended for anyone who wants spacious and quiet accomodation for up to 6.

Great apartment & location
Stayed here for a week with my family (4 adults & 1 child) - plenty of space & could easily have had 6 as there was plenty of room. Booking was simple & hassle free - owners couldn't have been more helpful. Apartment was spotless & in a great location - 5 mins walk to nearest shops bars & restaurants & only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

New Year Break
The accommodation was very good - spacious, well kept and well-equipped. The only minor irritation was the sky signal. We had three young men who wanted to watch some football games and movies in the evening but the signal was very poor. It was in a gated complex with a pool which was very quiet when we were there and secure.
Personally, I did not really like Los Cristianos so the location was not great but that was the location we had chosen as very little was available for the New Year week. Also, the house was up a hill which would make it difficult for some people.
Overall though the accommodation was very good.

Very nice townhouse with all the amenities you could need.
The property is about 20 mins walk to the beach and town centre and can be quite a climb back home for those less able. A good location tho and ideal for families/group.
The reason I gave this 4* instead of 5* is only because the baby pool was in bad need of a clean but this was done near the end of our holiday and my daughter loved it.

Immaculate townhouse
We are just back from staying in this townhouse. It was really easy to book , with the owners insisting on personal touch which mafde everything go smoothly. The property was very spacious, and well laid out..the decor and furnishings, were of a high standard and the owners provided a generous welcome pack which meant we could leave shopping til next day. Plenty of towels were provided and there was a handy washing machine which meant we went home with clean clothes. Help was at hand if needed, full alarm system provided.
Owners were very helpful , did their best for us to have an enjoyable stay..
Within 5 mins walk, plenty restaurants, supermarket, entertainment..only short ride from airport. Slight problem with the pool, we used facilities of nearby complex. Overall we had a very enjoyable holiday, sorry to be home..return of safety deposit was very quick ..

Lovely spacious accommodation
A beautiful, well-appointed property with 3 good size bedrooms and a lovely top floor area with day bed.
Very well furnished and equipped and excellent customer service from the owner and team. Outside living areas were private.
Secure and quiet complex - only drawback was the non-heated pool which was freezing. In the Summer months this would not be an issue as the sea would be warm, but outside of these times it's not really usable. That's why it has 4 stars not 5. Based on the accommodation alone I'd give 5.

An excellent and comfortable Town house
The house was immaculate. There was so much space , the bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was great fun. We appreciated the welcome goodies. The location was quiet and private. The pool had been under maintenance and looked a bit cloudy so the kids didn't really want to use it. However we were only 20 mins walk to the beach, passed lots of bars and restaurants. And the supermarket was only 5 mins away. Communication with the proprietors was excellent. I would highly recommend the holiday let to all my family and friends. A definite winner. The kids were impressed as it also had British TV channels and WIFI. We visited Siam Park (water park) via a free bus,, excellent fun. Visited Mount Tiede via bus excursion, and Lora Park via bus (long journey from this side of the island to the other). Public transport was reliable and the bus stop was right outside the complex. Ideal location, excellent value for money. Thank you Joyce, Victor and Eirlys for a brilliant holiday.

Wonderful Place to Holiday
We stayed here and loved the peace and tranquillity of this property. One thing we enjoyed is the size of the villa which is very big and all our family had their space and slept in comfort. Also the location being so central to Los Cristianos and the beach was a big plus. Thanks to the team at Lupain Properties for making this holiday a memorable one
