Not one thing to complain about staying in this home. Well maintained home with plenty of room for the family to stretch out. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, great location

Plenty of space for 4 couples and then some. Balconies enhance the evening and morning coffee experience. Very comfortable. Just be sure to take some toilet paper. There were two or three rolls but for a group of 8 with 5 bathrooms it just wasn’t quite enough. Would def rent again.

A lot of cosmetic things need updating. The wood walkway to the beach is a huge hazard. Many of the rails are raised and nails are sticking out. The gates to enter/exit the pool are falling off their hinges and rusted. The amout of cockroaches in our house was unexceptable. They did offer to come spray when I called and complained but with a house full of children and babies, it wasn't possible to spray the inside of the house. The bedroom we stayed in had a filthy bathroom. The shower had small spots of black mold throughout it. The room we stayed in was also missing several curtain pieces and you could see right into the bedroom from the backyard. Giving us no privacy and making it so we had to change in the bathroom. Another bedrooms bed was full of sand. The hurricane shutters on one of the rooms was so loose that when the wind blew they hit the window and kept the people sleeping in that room up all night. The overall quality of the house does not match the price of the house.

Thought the floorplan and view were nice, have rented many substantial large family waterfront properties, and the furniture, bedding, etc. were among the most dated we've experienced. The unit was cleaned, just felt like the age of the throw pillows, bed coverings, and the furniture in the living area were just beyond what should be allowed in a unit renting for this price. The kitchen was fine. Also thought the age of the TV's excessively old. Wouldn't take the much to upgrade this unit, the floorplan is very workable and the beach is great.
