La localización, en el centro, cerca de calles preciosas y restauración, y a un agradable paseo de la playa. La mini terraza que da al patio interior, es un rincón muy chulo. Que estuviera bien equipada, con electrodomésticos.

Que tuviera escaleras, especialmente las que comunican salón con baño. En especial porque viajamos con un bebé que gatea y camina, pero no sabe subir ni bajar escaleras, y había una tensión constante.

Initially I was lost, as Dennia old town is a labyrinth of narrow streets....but after walking around the beautiful cafes and restaurants away from the main streets (and taking notes) I soon understood where I was located, and my walk to the port and bus station was reduced from an hour initially to just 10 minutes...a wonderful location.

The fact that I wished the interior designers had worked on my own house in Callosa d'En Sarria !!!!!!!!

Great location for the old town of Denia. We visited in late November so the area was quiet. It's on a quiet street but just around the corner from a popular area with lots of restaurants.

A few items were missing from the kitchen but we didn't need to have them while we stayed there.

Everything spotless, central bars and restaurants in next street. Owners helpful.

2 separate bedrooms, location was good. Host contacted in advance with detailed instructions on how toget in.

No air con or fans in the bedrooms made it too uncomfortable to sleep. We did not sleep well due to heat, light coming through sheer curtains & noise outside. We had to leave the bedroom doors open to get the coolness from the AC in the living room. And the noise from the street is very Audible inside. One of the bedrooms has blinds but the Second has sheer curtains so it gets bright early. Otherwise, nice host & lovely space.
