uncomfortable beds. unreasonable check in procedures. also rude attitude towards the guest in respect to cleaning. I have paid for cleaning. why do I have to remove garbage, recycle, clean dishes with the threat of a fee of 50 euros when I am a paying guest????

The flat is well located and is cozy. The terrace is great. Communication with Gaia was good.
The bed is really awful, we almost haven't slept.
