Wir waren eine halbe Stunde dort und haben dann leider wieder ausgeheckt und uns etwas anderes gesucht.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich

Es war schon sehr veraltet. Die Anlage war sehr ungepflegt und unsere Pool Villa war ebenfalls außen ungepflegt, der Pool wurde nicht sauber gemacht und draußen roch es nach Abfall.

After moving to city center we went to other placed to enjoy. Fortunately trip was not ruined. But the hotel should not

Staff were helpful

Hotel was in a very bad location with nothing around in the middle of nowhere. Pool was in green colour. The walkway wad like a hill. Choosing the hotel was a terrible mistake. However the reception staff helped us to move to another hotel owned by them in city center. But we had to pay the same amount of money even though it was not worth it. Just because we have already booking.

That tgere was little pruvacy in the suite we stayed in as tge public stairs looked into our place and we were right next to the resturaunt.

We enjoyed our stay.

The room was big enough for 2 people, the shower a good size, the private pool a big bonus since we arrived in a heat wave (10-15 of May). We stayed in Villa 4. The bed was big and the mattress very comfortable. The breakfast (choice of three options) was plenty. As I am a creature of habit and of European origin (I just can't stomach a cooked breakfast) opted for the Continental Breakfast every morning, my partner due to being vegetarian and coeliac (has to live gluten free) for the Asian breakfast. Third choice would have been American. Every single person working at the resort was professional, very friendly and helpful. The resort is hilly, possibly not the best option if somebody has some mobility issues but the view from the restaurant terrace makes up for the struggle to climb up stairs in the heat. We only ate dinner twice at the restaurant. Plenty of dishes, Asian and Continental to choose from. The portion of my choice of meal was a bit on the smaller size so the second time I ordered an additional salad. It is further away from the main street so you have to always take a tuk tuk, taxi or hire a moped/scooter. It was our choice because we wanted a quiet stay. The towels and pool towels got changed daily. It felt almost decadent considering all the other places we have been to within Australia and Europe, asking guests to use one towel for up to three days. So all these water saving is ingrained in us and yes I do think it's a good thing but this one time I forgot about saving the world for 5 days. I will make up for it somehow. Promised. The WiFi was excellent.

As some other reviewer mentioned the shower water was somewhat cold. We did read it before we booked. We solved the problem in turning the air con off before jumping in the pool and have a shower after. That way the room heated up fairly quickly and the water temperature was almost welcomed :-) I didn't know that the beach at the resort was so rocky. Perhaps it had been mentioned in a review but at one stage one has to stop reading reviews and make up once mind. A bit further down the beach is sandy.

The private pools nothing else.

The only good thing about the property is that they have really nice private pools. The staff is friendly and cooperative.

The location of the property is a bit away from Chaweng Beach. You will need to rent a motorcycle or a car or keep taking taxi trips if you want to visit Chaweng. The beach of the property is non-existent. Its a rocky beach with rough waters so not worth visiting. The furniture and bathroom fittings are old and run down. The property needs renovation. If you want only want to have private pool time and that is your only consideration at finalising a property then you can consider staying here otherwise there are can be better options near Chaweng that might be slightly expensive but worth the money spent and experience.

Very disappointed, misleading photos, not even a 3star, well out of town with no free shuttle as advertised the costs st

pictures of the property are not true to date it is old and tired as a property with no maintenance staff where not friendly not able to get in touch with reception as phones and QR codes don’t work room was not cleaned to a 4 star standard. place wasn’t inviting common arrears where falling apart breakfast wasn’t what was on the menu always had bit missing no free ride into town as lead to believe laundry came back with missing items and no follow up from the host. towels were old and falling to pieces wallpaper hanging off the wall tv didn’t work pool lights didn’t work mould in the shower toiletries not replaced stains on the pillow under the pillow case stairs are quite steep to the rooms no mini bar as per photos no help with luggage when leaving no lobby no drink on arrival no one to greet just the care taker

nothing about the property but be careful with scooter renting. we rent one with a flat wheel and almost hab a bad accident with it. the staff will claim that they are not responsible even if they are renting damaged and dangerous scooter so really be attentive and CAREFUL

Amazing, perfect in every way!

We loved everything! From the lady in the reception, the rest of the staff, our villa with private swimming pool, the beach and the breakfast! Unfortunately we stayed just for one night, we wanted to stay longer

The breakfast was excellent as well as most food at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and really nice and gave us the privacy we wanted.

Food services other than breakfast times were a bit slow. Wish there were more services offered at the hotel, like massages. It is a bit far from everything, not walkable at all. The beach also had a lot of garbage that could have been cleaned

The villa was pretty big and nice pool

there was a dead cockroach. i guess the staff were lazy to remove it from the floor. just in general lots insects,but understandable.

big room with amazing view, nice breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The place needs a lot of maintenance. The wallpaper is peeling, safe doesn’t work on one room, bad smell, rust in bathroom utensils, Worn parquet.

Really amazing

Pool Villas are simply amazing. Great amount of space and comfort, well decorated and kept. The pool is just bliss… it’s almost easier to get out of bed and walk into the pool than into the shower. Staff was also fantastic; really friendly and helped organise transfer and also motorbike rent (recommended). Also check out the Restaurant next door… delicious. In one word… bliss.

A middle class hotel for good money. OK but without any highlight as expectable for a 4 star hotel

The hotel has a good price for the type of room (Pool Villa) that we have booked. Airport transfer is very efficient and included in the room price. Good breakfast (tasty scrumbled eggs).

The hotel room is quite badly maintened: light in the bathroom was not working, the pool water was not very clean, etc. Gratis transfer to the city center is not well organised, a scooter or a taxi is the best choice. Breakfast choice is very limited (no buffet). Beach at the hotel is horrible: full of plastic rubbish.

PERFECT! the villa staffs were very helpful!

The location was not exactly very near to the city but the hotel provided free shuttle to the city (central festival area) to and fro hotel which was a bonus! transportation in Koh Samui can get pricy hence this was very much appreciated. We also requested breakfast in room on the day that we got a little lazy and the villa actually got that arranged for us, beyond our expectations! The free shuttle to and from airport makes it very convenient for us as it can get confusing getting a cab at the airport and not forgetting to mention, its pricey!

nothing much really, it was a fantastic stay for me.
