Lovely little room. A few minutes walk from a dlr station, buses and water taxis but in a fairly quiet location. The pub downstairs is very welcoming. The bathroom on the floor isn only shared by very few rooms and it's clean and has a lovely bath and shower in it. A fantastic value option for the O2.
For the money paid, nothing! It's a shared bathroom but they can't do anything about that!

I booked a while ago and reviews at the time were mentioning grumpy and rude check in. All changed now and we were warmly welcomed and our two bags were carried upstairs to our room for us. Room spacious and had a sink and a fridge. Continental breakfast supplied which was adequate. One other room occupied (there's only 3) so shared bathroom no problem. Nice pizza downstairs.
There are 2 flights of stairs, just saying. Room a little bit hot and a little bit of road noise but both bearable. Price is fair and we would stay again

It was a nice friendly place located near public transport easy to get to London Canary wharf only a few mins on the bus very clean fantastic atmosphere and the staff were so so friendly and helpful I will go back in the near future

As expected from an Inn in a Victorian house, but the staff was lovely, the bed was comfortable, I had to leave early in the morning, they have option for breakfast so in the room they have cereals, coffee machine, tea&coffee, fruits, yoghurt and water, amazingly helpful.
The water pipes 😅 someone decided to have a bath at 3am it wasn’t a pleasant sleep.

Great value, lovely room and the staff were so nice. If you don’t mind sharing a bathroom, it’s a really nice place to stay in a beautiful bit of London.
It’s a shared bathroom; but if you’re cool with that then no problems.
There are a lot of stairs and no lift, so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Local pub offering basically three rooms for stay, so be aware this is not an hotel, but the room is still very good.
Comfortable room, breakfast in room, helpful staff and well located, close to the DLR and the pier.
Shared shower so you may have to wait (you know what you paid for). Luckily with only 3 rooms it won't take too much of a wait.
Steps to the rooms, no elevator. Don't bring heavy luggage here unless you want a good workout, also obivously not accessible. (Just one floor though).
Service is limited to pub opening times.

The price was really fair for new year period.
A pair of towels were not provided. When asked for it they gave to us only one and only a few hours later.
The room was not very clean.

The staff was efficient and trustworthy.
The check-in time was after 4pm and it was not be able to change. There was no staff, so the door was closed until 3:47pm.

Easy check-in and check-out process. The room had everything I needed including breakfast, coffee maker (Nespresso style), toaster, fridge, room heater and fan. The staff at the Front Desk and housekeeping were friendly and helpful.
I didn't get the chance to try the Pizzas at the bar/restaurant, though I could smell it along the corridors upstairs. I hear they are quite good and well-known in the area. Will have to go back sometime to try it. 😊
1. The TV remote control was not working, so I had to manually turn the TV on and off, switch channels, volume control, etc. The remote control itself seems to be "working" as it had Duracell batteries in them, with the lights flashing on the on/off button on the remote, but the remote control is not synched with the TV, both were of different brands. 2. Also, the room could use a small waste paper basket.
3. The bathroom could use an anti-slip rubber floor mat and bath mat, etc. One floor mat on the floor next to the bathtub, and maybe one in the bathtub itself.

Lovely location, good transport links, shared bathroom was spotless, excellent breakfast - kitchen amenities and breakfast provided in the room gives guests total freedom. Really appreciated the 24 hour access to the property for guests (as the pub closes at 12pm). Generally this property is great value for money and exceeded my expectations
Though spacious, the bed was a little on the firm side.

Very nice breakfast provided in the room. Bathroom (shared) was very clean. For a London property very fair priced! I would definitely stay here again.
Could do with some minor repairs / updating. Bath robes and towels in need of replacing due to wear (were perfectely clean though). Overall still a very nice experience and as stated before I would stay here again.

The room was nice, bed was enormous and had all facilities such as kettle, toaster and coffee machine. had your own little fridge. Bathroom which was shared was nice. Staff/Cleaners were very nice and welcoming. Happy to answer about a million questions we had about london since we had never been before.
There was a lot of items broken when we arrived such as TV and some fixtures. Could not use wardrobe. Breakfast was disappointing as only got given couple slices of bread and a jar of cornflakes which tasted like they had been there for a while. Bathroom was nice but shower was not great, as it kept turning off or going cold. Had to have a member of staff come and take a look and had to wait for boiler to be switched on etc. After a long and tiring day you dont want to be doing that.
