The appartment is very close to city center. Everything was 5 to 10 min walk. The host responded quickly to our requests and we had a good communication.
It was very cold in the appartment. We needed almost a whole day to heat it.

It was very clean, every room has an air conditioning, it was very spacious and the host was incredible nice and polite. There was a shop in the nearby.
It was a little dark in here, windows had view on another wall with window.

The apartment is quite nice and reasonably clean. Easy to arrange baggage drop off, timely response of the host. Reasonably close to the interesting areas.
Not the best sort of neighbourhood, odd nocturnal activities.

newly renovated, air conditioning in every room, close to city center and to the main train station, nice lady handed to us the keys and the communication with the host went very smooth in english.
the cleaning was not 10/10: some hair was on the floor and the bad sheets were washed but stained. but all in all a clean apartment.

It was a spacious apartment with all the comforts.
It could be a little more clean and use new bedsheets. When you check out, the landlady appears and asks you for an extra fee 2euros per person. I think that she said "tassa communale", municipal tax but without receipt.

everything was just perfect, feel like in your home. Cleanliness was perfect, everything was shining. I'll go there again. recommended 10+

The apartment was comfortable and with a unique possibility to enter the roof top. We could meet the NY there and have some fun. The location is in 10 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the main train and bus stations. The host is very friendly and provided any towels, bed clothes, some food and advices before the arrival.
The air conditioners are a bit noisy in the night. Also, the house is located in the district with the colored people which are usually friendly.

Good place to stay and visit Catania, it's near Taormina, Syrakuzy, Etna and center of Catania where is a lot of good places to eat something. Very good place to travel Sicilia.

The staff was very nice even though the elderly woman only spoke Italian. She explained and showed us everything. There was coffee, tea, pasta and some croissants waiting for us in the apartment.
The apartment was very cold and the heating was off or broken. But most of our trip we spent outside the apartment.

Flat was okey. Reasonable price.
Area quite dodgy, lots of girls looking for a company in the evening if you know what I mean.
It was raining outside when asked for an umbrella the lady answered they don't have any.
When right behind her there was at least 5 of them.
