Located in Henley-on-Thames, this charming condo for $260 per night is a great option for your next trip. A ground floor studio apartment for up to four people (best suited for either a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children) providing guests with a contemporary and spacious living area. Included are a memory foam super king size bed, a double sofa bed, both dining and coffee tables, iron, an en suite bathroom, bathtub & shower, bidet shower, linen and towels. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential crockery & utensils, a washer/dryer, microwave, grill, oven, cooker, dishwasher and a fridge and freezer. Luxuries include a full-sized bath, shaver point (240V & 115V), hair-dryer and a 32” SMART TV with a Blu-Ray player. Sky Satellite TV is also provided with Sky Sports HD included. We also provide wireless fibre optic broadband. APARTMENT IS SITUATED A TEN-FIFTEEN MINUTE WALK FROM THE TOWN CENTRE, TRAIN STATION AND THE RIVER THAMES, accompanied by the Mill Meadows park and River & Rowing Museum. It's also a 10 minute walk from the local Leisure Centre and swimming pool. Town centre includes many famous restaurants, pubs and cafés, such as Hotel Du Vin, Maison Blanc, Villa Marina, Loch Fyne, Spice Merchant etc. There are also many shops and supermarkets, and a cinema and theatre. Henley-On-Thames is a prestigious and historic town, in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is also renowned for it's internationally known Royal Regatta and Music and other festivals. It's easily accessible, having rail/bus connections with London, Reading, Oxford and nearby towns. It's also a thirty minutes drive from Heathrow Airport, and is just of the M4 and M40 motorways. (London 50 minutes, Oxford 35 minutes, Reading & Windsor 20 minutes). Cooking necessities such as herbs, oils and spices are provided. Free parking Space for one car. The apartment is attached to the main house but has an independent access. Pets are not allowed except for guide dogs.

Very clean with the 3xtra mile gone with extras such as tea, coffee and biscuits plus toiletries. Not usual in self catering, would definitely recommend.

Came for the regatta. Studio is fully equipped though we really only used it to sleep, we didn't utilize the kitchen. Great walking distance to downtown (~10 minutes). Would definitely stay there again, given the opportunity.

We stayed one night and it was just what we needed. Shahid is an excellent host, great communication, well equipped apartment and full of info about Henley too. The apartment has everything and is in a great location for getting into Henley.

The accommodation was extremely well equipped and generously stocked with all sorts of helpful and welcome food items, toiletries, cleaning products and kitchen equipment. The apartment was immaculate, with good quality fixtures, all in top condition, such as a wonderfully comfortable mattress. Most of all, it was thoroughly clean throughout. The addition of parking for our car right outside was a big bonus too.

We had a Lovely warm welcome from Yasmin. The apartment was one of the best equipped we have stopped in, absolutely everything had been thought of. The fridge was full of everything for a full English Breckfast, crossonts, yougurts, fresh fruit and much more, so very kind of you. Thank you so much.

Our host was very helpful and the apartment was very well stocked. We enjoyed the breakfast goodies and coffees and teas. Very convenient to our daughter’s house in Henley-on-Thames and great parking spot.

Roomy, comfortable and exceptionally well supplied. Owner provided a selection of breakfast items; juice, milk, coffee, tea and an assortment of breads, as well as biscuits, cheese, fruit and more. Exceptionally comfortable and high quality king-size bed. Good location in Henley with easy access off-street parking. Highly recommended.

Where do I begin? Henley-on-Thames is a beautiful town on a winding river, filled with kind people, historic sights, plentiful shopping, an abundance of flowers, and delicious food and beverage offerings. (The Ale Trail is pretty fun, too!) There is plenty in Henley to keep one occupied, but with some time and wanderlust, the traveler is within easy reach of London, the Cotswold, and many other places of interest. We did some wandering and loved coming back to our home each evening. The studio apartment is impeccable-clean, well-appointed, and stocked with everything the traveler needs for a comfortable stay. Really-everything! We were treated to a wide selection of breakfast options, with all the ingredients and tools we needed to dine in luxury. The bathroom is stocked with accouterments. And then there's that mattress-better than any I've slept on in my life. Along with the pretty wood floor, full kitchen, and tasteful decorating, we felt quite spoiled. The location is also perfect, providing just a 10 minute walk to the town center. Best of all are hosts Shahid and Yasmin whose warm and generous hospitality make this the only place we would think of staying in Henley. Thank you Shahid and Yasmin for a wonderful vacation, and for welcoming us into your family.

We really enjoyed our stay. From what we had read in advance, we were anticipating good things - previous reviews had been good, the description of the accommodation seemed to be just what we were looking for – but I have to say that our expectations were exceeded. The accommodation matched up to its billing; I guess that is to be expected, but it’s not always met. The “wow factor” came with the standard of specification (the studio apartment is well laid out, nicely furnished and has all the features and appliances you could wish for), and the extras that were provided. The owner provides all sorts of food, condiments, toiletries and kitchen necessities that make a stay so easy, it’s just like being at home. It’s clear that much thought and planning has gone into making this not only a comfortable and well-spec’d studio apartment, it really is a mini “home from home”. Ideal for a short stay, it’s only a short stroll from the centre of Henley (10-15 mins max); and we’d happily stay again. Thank you!

Myself and three friends had weekend tickets for the Rewind Festival, we have camped in previous years but wanted somewhere we could have a clean toilet and warm shower without having to queue for ages. This property was amazing!! Although it's only a studio apartment it has everything you could ever need and was certainly more spacious than a tent and accommodated the four of us perfectly for three nights. We were so relieved to be able to have a warm shower and dry our hair after standing in the rain for hours on the Sunday evening. Couldn't imagine going back to a damp tent with nowhere to hang our soaked clothes. On that note the hairdryer was fantastic! Not like some you get when you're away where you could dry your hair quicker by blowing on it yourself. The kitchen had so much food in it, more than my own at home!! We all had a filling breakfast every morning, there was lovely bread in the bread bin, an excellent full fruit bowl, croissants, pain au chocolate, fruit juices, bacon, sausages, eggs and so much more than you would ever expect. In the bathroom there are lots of different types of shower gels, shampoos, conditioners etc. The bed is a Tempur, super king size and is so comfortable you can't help but having a restful nights sleep. The sofa bed is a double size and was quite hard which suited two of us who prefer a firm mattress. The owner Shahid is a really lovely man who was so helpful with advice on directions to where we needed to go and provided us with anything we needed, i.e. extra towels, toilet rolls etc. nothing seemed too much. The house is situated in a quiet road and is a 10/15 minute walk into town. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again Shahid and family😊
