Muy bien el desayuno, fue una buena sorpresa que hubiera preparación al gusto. El restaurante muy bien limpio y el personal muy atento a cualquier solicitud.
Esperaba que el bar estuviera abierto hasta un poco más tarde, no pudimos mi esposa y yo poder bajar para beber algo si tener que desplazarse del hotel a otra parte de la ciudad.

El costo incluía los desayunos pero el desayuno estaba muy feo no había casi nada, lo único que tenían era huevos al gusto y chilaquiles y cuando pedimos el huevo resultó que no tenían
El segundo día ya tenían huevo pero no había ninguna variación en el desayuno que estaban muy pobres

It was ok.
These people are thieves. They charged an extra $100 US pet deposit and said at the time that it was refundable. When I went to check out they said it was not refundable. It was a fee!!! There are also a number of illegal surcharges that were charged against my card. I am looking into taking legal action against them. I am contacting PROFECO and asking an attorney to help. These people cannot be allowed to get away with such criminal behavior. All of this is illegal in Mexico's Consumer Protection laws. They will have to pay for attorney fees and fines.

Really good, simple but good
Prob to prepate eggs at thé moment as I like to eat, but I find some toast with butter and fruit

Good coffee and the bread🥐were delicious.
I expected more friendly staff at the restaurant, we stand for several minutes and no one seems to care so we walked in an took a table, then we were facing the area were a lady was making eggs she looked at us but no intention to ask if we want or need anything.

Breakfast was delicious and service was great and housekeeping service was wonderful Juanita was exceptional, she wrote beautiful notes that made me feel home, my husband and I loved it and did an awesome job keeping the room cleaned! Thank you for having kind and caring people like her.
