Keep this as last option if you are looking for family stay.

Breakfast was really good with many options and enough seating.

Room was stinky as well as very old,had to ask for room freshner. Provided room was not having good view,no ventilation etc. Checkin time was 2pm however upon arrival at 2.40pm I was asked to wait till 3pm since the room was not ready. 10% discount on F&B not provided as mentioned on booking.com until I fought for it.

Exceptional

Umesh ji was really helpful. He guided us in detail on things to do, how to reach, and what route we could take. He also advised us about Nepal's local kitchen with a culture program.

ThumbsUp to all the staff.Lived up to the 5 stars rating. Well maintain hotel and rooms are clean.

Everything was pleasant the moment you enter the lobby with welcoming staff to greet you.

Not that I can recall.

A place to stay back again and worth every second spend here. And adorable view of landscape.

Breakfast was completely awesome and location is extremely good as it's near airport... and accessible to anywhere.

Nothing to complain.

It was a good stay in the Everest hotel

Excellent staff and location

I was under the impression that the price was inclusive of all tax and Vat but it was not. Final payment exceeded my budget. Please share us the rate inclusive of everything so that we can budget. Also exchange rate applied was too high

I have received the quotation of 70$ but your staff took with me more... I paid 22k for 2 night by booking.com and for the last night quatation has been given for $70 and they took 12k plus with me.

For the price, it was amazing.

Great location. Near everything. Food was great. Staff were great. Manager Umesh was good. The staff make sure that customers are happy. The staff helped us even find a transfer to the next hotel.

Hotel needs upgrades. The hotel needs a kids room. The hotel needs more facilities

first of all ac was not working and it was so cold in the room afterwards heater was provided but not so useful.I had have to call lots of times to fix it but not worth of it.food was so cold then sent it reheat.and during breakfast I ordered it but it took 1 hour for just single order and I can see restaurant was not so busy and waitress giving explanation she just have just one chef and it’s busy and told me what why it took 40 minutes so long. it was not worth of it staying i request for a refund

Party was on during the bedtime. This is a hotel and purpose of should have been satisfying the customer but unfortunately, party with a loud noises was on till 2 am in the morning

Hôtel was good but I have not come across a 5 stars hotel where you have to pay during check in. May be Hotel Everest doesn’t trust Nepali clients😁. However staffs were good.
