Great location, excellent staff.

Spacious rooms and super clean. but most importantly the front desk staff notably Phearom and Phearith who went above and beyond to help me in my time of need, just want you need when travelling alone.

Exceptional

Best place to stay near the riverside. Nice restaurants/bar in the direct area. Staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are superclean and comfortable. After a trip to Koh Rong I will stay here again!

Great little hotel with amazing facilities

The hotel is located right on the riverfront with a large covered balcony so you can sit and watch the world go by. The room was very modern with every facility and the bathroom was also a very high standard. All of the staff were exceptional and could not help us enough. Underneath the hotel is a cafe which serves good food, coffee, drinks etc. which seems to cater for tourists. The hotel is a short tuk tuk ride from the busies areas of the city which only costs 2$ to get there.

awesome experience with fantastic staff! miss this and you’re an idiot!

everything! staff were immensely helpful! my original booking was compromised as the penthouse had been flooded so they moved me to another room which was lovely. great bed, facilities, bathroom, room was huge and a lovely balcony. FRESH coffee and a cafetière! that’s the way to start the morning! Deffo coming back here!

the hotel was super nice. The room was clean, spacious and well furnished. the views of the city and river were amazing! the staff was accommodating and eager to ensure my stay was comfortable. helped us secure a ride in the city!!

Solo stay at Tao Riverside

Fantastic location to see all the tourist spots in Phnom Penh. A lot of the locations are within walking distance which is even better. Staff were kind and very helpful. Even provided a map of where the accommadation was in comparison the sights. This was really helpful. The room waa clean and comfortable and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again

Minor issue, but the hot water only lasted 2 minutes and then would turn luke warm/cold. I managed but it would be an issue if more than 1 person was staying in the apartment. Slight smell coming from the aircon units. They just need to be cleaned. Dispite these things i would still stay here again 🙂

The location is great. There are many food options around. We were greeted by super friendly staff. In fact, even month before the trip, once we booked at the hotel, the manager contacted us to ask us about our arrival information. Everything was prepared nicely. The room is spacious and clean. We love to chill on the balcony. Definitely recommending anyone to stay here. Thank you again and see you next time!

Comforts of home

Spacious suite with lovely view of the river. Perfect location to access many good restaurants. The hotel really offered many of the comforts of home, and the staff is top notch. We would enjoy staying here again.

fantastically large rooms with all creature comforts

it has excellent service you hope for. Every staff is polite, helpful, the way staff handles my request make me feel comfortable, housekeeping keep the room tidy and neat. The facilities and the room are clean, modern and spotless, Wifi is superfast . I Booked for executive room they gave me an upgrade room in the Loft room with no charge. I was so surprise the room just fully renovation the new color look on the wooden furniture, room facing to river with the big balcony and window. Hopefully I return someday soon.

Next time I will book AirBNB because the photos of the view from my room are more accurate.

Our favourite hotel in PP. Would not stay anywhere else. Absoultely stunning hotel and amazing staff

Amazing, beautiful hotel with incredible staff. The room was very clean and well-kept. Overall, fantastic! Excellent location centrally located in Phnom phen. im some new update room I would be back to try the new look of the room on river view.

Large, comfortable, quiet rooms in a central location - but way above the city's average prices

Excellent location, just off the riverfront, but on a fairly quiet sidestreet. (Balconies at the front give a limited view of the Tonle Sap/Mekong rivers.) Large, comfortable room. Pleasant, helpful staff.

They don't make the best use of their large balconies since there is no comfortable furniture out there - only a small, absurdly high coffee table with a pair of bar stools. Wicker loungers would be more appropriate. The mini-bar has an unusually wide selection - including bottles of gin and whisky - but I can't imagine who would use it, since everything is priced at two or three times as much as you'd pay in any nearby convenience store. In a room of this size and price point, you'd expect there to be a comfortable seating area - but there isn't one. The blackout curtains aren't very good, leaving gaps around the edge of the windows. There are no other facilities - bar, restaurant, spa, business centre. Wire coat-hanges?! That's a really strange one for a would-be upmarket venue - especially as wooden coat-hangers are plentiful and inexpensive in Cambodia (just about every other place I've stayed here, even quite cheap guesthouses, has had wooden coat-hangers). It's a very nice boutique hotel - but really expensive by Cambodian standards (especially for the off-season!). I was eager to try it once; but I really don't think it's any better than other places I regularly use that cost half as much.

Very nice staff. Clean rooms and very good hygiene. The view from the room was great. And also great location, location, location.... would recommend but not too much because I am scared you will book my room already when I go back to Phnom Penh lol. If you can stay here, no doubt go for it!
