Very good

I was graciously upgraded to a private suite by the management. The room was very spacious and Very clean with a nice view of the water. Nice art decor all around the hotel. Serene environment

Breakfast was only for 1 person not 2 as is usual when you book for 2 adults in most hotel

POOR SERVICE AND NOT ACCEPTABLE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROOMS

The facilities like swimming pool area and the gym were ok.

The main problem is the service and the staff. You need to train them well and to improve the quality. And for sure, is not acceptable the poor maintenance of the rooms and the cleaning. Once again: train your people better, please.

Good hotel, good , tasty breakfast

1. Comfortable bed with very nice pillows. 2. Nice breakfast buffet with very tasty food. 3. Good location . Wish I had more time to spare and take walks along the street. 4. Nice staff. 5. Clean toilet with very hot water 6. Internet enabled TV. Watched YouTube all evening. No NETFLIX app. Just Google. I guess if you are really desperate you can watch Netflix thru Google, but I don't advice that on a public network. A generally nice hotel

1. They asking me to pay for half day when I asked for a late check out by 1 hour. Never heard such nonsense from a hotel before. 2. Sheets are old and smell old. Nothing too offensive but a dash of fabric fragrance could have helped 3. Toilet flooring needs changing. Looked like the whole toilet was covered in stains though it wasn't. 4. Not a good selection of cable channels. 5. Very old hotel living for its past glory but I could see that it was classy in its hay days.

We left the hotel after the first night

the breakfast was average, with nothing special.

Th room where old and un kept. We where told that its now under new management and the will be refurbished and renovated, in the future.

Will stay again but hopefully receptionist will be a better person

Breakfast was good. The garden was excellent. Had a chat with proprietress and saw other facilities available in the hotel, including a lovely efficient travel agency.

The reception was poor and could have sent you away if not patient enough. The Bar changed its prices but did not publish all new prices, yet refused to sell a the published old rate. There was smoke in the adjacent room coming into my room and the corridor was with an awful smell of smoke, more like weed. When report was made, staff seemed helpless. Parking space was limited.
