Very good

Alright for a couple of nights,good price,good location. Friendly staff

Noise travels,so unfortunately if you have other guests on their phone at 3 am you hear her full conversation ... Think I was unlucky most people are asleep at this time on a Sunday night!!

Exceptional

Very good value for money & lovely staff. The beds & etc. are comfortable. Vibe is nice: like grandma could be hanging out with her pals - a really lovely thing.

It's good enough for a couple of nights

It is a quiet place, at least when I was there, but then there weren't many other guests. It's in the center of town. They have laundry service. There's hot water in the shower.

The breakfast was, well, not much of a breakfast. Considering the cost of the room the breakfast definitely needs to be improved - Please, get rid of the crappy instant coffee and prepare real coffee.

A relatively cheap base in Arica

Location was good and room adequate, but not to the standard I had been expecting.

They have a couple of parking places in the street outside the hotel overseen by a camera at the front desk. My car was not damaged but I would have preferred to leave it somewhere more secure. I saw no sign of meals being served other than breakfast, but there is a restaurant at the main Amaru Hotel just down the road.

Great breakfast. Close to the center

Front door is locked. You always have to wait for reception. Smoking is allowed on the main terrace where all rooms open up to (including the windows)

Clean hotel close to the center.

The location for this hotel is excellent for access to the center of town. Walking to many sites is possible from this hotel. The breakfast is basic but decent including breads, meats, cheeses, fruits and drinks. The room was very large and clean. Patricia, a member of the staff, was very friendly!

The hotel seemed to be in a process of renovation. Our room seemed to be in a bit of an unfinished state and needed more furniture. The pictures do give an accurate description of the property. Light and noise came in from the street. It may have been expensive for the area, but it seemed there was limited options in Arica.
