Perfect verblijf op top locatie

Het verblijf was perfect. De ruimte waar we verbleven was erg mooi en erg schoon. De buiten douche was erg fijn en de airconditioning werkte goed. Maar wat misschien nog beter was, was het personeel. We zijn enorm goed geholpen door Donny en zijn collega’s. Echt een aanrader om hier te verblijven! En de vriendelijke begroeting elke ochtend en avond door kat Martini werd ook gewaardeerd. Bedankt mannen!

De douche werd niet warm, maar dat was ook niet nodig met de temperatuur op het eiland. Het was juist verfrissend.

A szállás a kapun belépve meglepően kedves, barátságos. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Nagyon finom, bőséges reggeli. Nagyon közel a part. A szálláson kerékpárok, amik ingyenesen használhatóak.

Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation was beautiful, really clean and spacious. A comfortable terrace to chill out on and nice outdoor bathroom. Added bonus of a pool! Walking distance to plenty of bars and shops. They also rent bikes which is handy to get around the island. Very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Would definitely recommend

Alles in allem tolle Unterkunft und freundliches Personal. Das Essen war der Hammer.

Der Service, das Essen, die Ruhe, die Lage war ok, der Pool und das Zimmer mit Garten.

Die gelben Flecken an der Bettwäsche. Wenn’s nicht zu bleichen geht, dann keine weiße Wäsche nutzen. Auch wenn’s sauber ist, wirkt es nicht hygienisch.

짐갖고 도보로 착아가기엔 다소 어려움이 있는 위치. 해변가나 섬을 둘러보기엔 괜찮아요. 에어컨이 문제가 있어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

Dony and Martini the cat were the highlights. False advertising, rundown & owner/management absent

The only things I liked about this place was the staff. Dony was really lovely and great to talk with. I didnt see any management. The cats were sweet especially Martini.

This place is VERY budget accommodation. False advertising. There is no terrace with Sea Views, there was no hair dryer this is not normally an issue but because of New Years I wanted to style my hair, no mini market at the holiday park, the pool does not have a view. Pool is very small. There is NO Wine / Champagne provided which is the thing that sold me as I thought WOW this must be a nice establishment to provide Wine and Champagne as I have never heard of that before so it sold me the place. Advertisement made me think that I was paying half price as being advertised as normally $200 AUS. The whole place is small and enclosed with high cement fences with no views. The owner obviously doesnt care about the property as he is never there and it is very rundown but the staff are really nice and do well with what they have to work with. The curtains are very thin which lets in all the light and there is alot of light coming into the rooms at night, the bathroom floods with water when you take a shower, the walls are paper thin and where its situated it is VERY noisy. Breakfast is just 2 options of eggs anyway or pancakes. I feel bad for the staff as its obvious the owner does not care about the place but they are good workers. The call to prayer is loud but thats ok as I expected that but its all the other noises coming from people walking past and music from other establishments. I wouldnt stay here again but Dony and the other boys are great with what they have to work with. If I paid half the price and knew it was budget I wouldnt complain but for the price I paid $110 AUS a night, it is only worth $40 AUS

Really nice place, feels like home

Easy walking distance to everything, nice staff and felt cosy and cool outdoor bathroom made it feel nice

Some dirt comes off the bungalow ceiling, it’s not too bad and staff do clean regularly but it is kind of like sand that falls during the day

Incroyable

Le personnel top , les bungalows avec la douche en extérieur top , le petit déjeuner top , l'emplacement à l' abri du bruit de la foule top . Je recommande vivement et en plus il y a un service de laverie , et un frigo dans les bungalows ! Tout était parfait pour nous . Un grand merci au personnel très souriant et très disponible .

Bel endroit mais qui manque de propreté.

Le personnel est gentil. L’endroit est charmant.

Ils ne passent jamais faire la chambre, et étant une île sableuse la chambre est vite sale malgré nos précautions. Étant des chambres en paille, ce qui en fait le charme de cet établissement évidemment, l’isolation n’est pas la meilleure. Réveillé tôt par l’agitation qui se met en place.

We had a wonderful stay for a full week here. The staff are lovely and respectful guys. across the road is an amazing Italian restaurant you can get delivered to the pool. it has beautiful rooms, a lovely deck to lounge on and the small but lovely pool is never too busy. The negative reviews you may occasionally see are likely just fussy people who want a 5 star experience and accomodation whilst in a 2 star facility. This is our 3rd time to Gili T and our favourite property. previously we have stayed on the beachfront but this property wins. Special mention to Donny who was so wonderful with our daughter :)

Good

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they organised a snorkelling trip for us for the next day. Location was ideal- very close to the beach/main street but not too noisy. Breakfast was nice and convenient, with a few options to choose from. Very cute cats also came and slept on our porch every night! Overall a good place to stay.

Villa had a lot of termites that left dust on the edges of the room and one day we found actual termites in the bed. When we told the staff they cleaned it straight away. Room doesn’t get cleaned daily so the floor gets quite dirty as the bathroom is fully outside with just a cover. The walls are also very thin so you can hear every noise from the adjoining rooms.

Superb

The guys are so sweet and they are there always to help. I really have had a pleasant and relaxing time. Thanks for all. I will recommend this place if you are looking for a hotel close to the busy area but also you can have a relaxing time once you are at your room.

Lovely stay in Gili T

Beautiful and comfy bungalow, nicely decorated (loved the outdoor bathroom!), great mattress. Lovely swimming pool area, perfect to relax. Ideal location, 2 mins walk from the beach front and just in front of an amazing restaurant. Very good breakfast served by a friendly and welcoming staff.

It could be cleaner.

The A/C did nothing for the room. It was extremely hot. The people next door to me yelled and screamed at each other the whole time and weren't told to leave until the last morning.

awfull and overpriced, we’ve moved 300m for half of their price and with much more services, comfort, space etc…

location and bed

no hot water, but didn’t advise about it in booking.com. they tried to compensate by providing bicycles during one afternoon. the staff seemed lazy, just hanging out all the time where there is a lot of cleaning to do. the table clothes in the breakfast area are dirty, the cats sleep on them, the family of the manager co/live with the guests, little kids, grandpas, etc… not professional. more than a hotel seems a house. the bathrooms are filthy and the room with a bunch of termites that throw their “disposals” on top of the bed. more over when we complained about not having hot water and the fact they also advertised a second indoor pool in booking.com, they told us that if wee were not happy we should pack our stuff and leave, (while traveling with kids) and in New Year’s Eve.

Hidden paradise!!

The Unzipped Lumbung is a boutique hotel tucked away behind the beach. It’s amazing quiet vibe and friendly staff make your stay soooo relaxing!

Great place, great people, book it!

Staff was so friendly and it was clean, bed was amazing and aircon worked wonderfully! i recommend staying! easy walk to all the things or renting a bike.
