The view, comfortable beds, great location
Not really

The villa is spacious with nice comfortable beds.
There is no in-house restaurant here, you have to go out for food. However, there is a nice Cafe near the coast, which compensates the inconvenience.

The Hot Tub with the view is incredible, just as you can see in the picture. The staff was also very nice and helpful and left a little gift for my partner's birthday. Really recommend.

The view from Hotel is really nice, the bedroom is comfortable and the terrasse is ok.
1. Hotel was in the not operating phase: the restaurant and coffee were closed (the information about it came after the reservation, reason: covid 19).
2. All day - from morning 8:00 till late night we needed to listen to music (k-pop or jazz) instead of nature. We communicated it with the staff but without any solution.
3. The walls of the room had not been whitewashed for a long time.

The location is nice, accessible to nearby cafes.
Very little thoughts on customers' experience. The shower head is positioned so high that those 1.5m tall can hardly reach it.
Pillows are terrible. Hotel lounge is closed. No use of the kitchenette and took too much space with no area for luggage.

The spa tub was pleasant. The view was fantastic. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. And I'd recommend adding a few more pillows to the bed.
Not enough mirrors. And the one they had was at a very inconvenient height and angle for anyone over 175cm. I wasn't too fond of the musical taste throughout the night. It was usually 70s American music. Since the temperature was pretty much set for warm, I'd need the door to the balcony opened for airflow. And so I had to welcome the music as well. I don't want to bash it or such, just it was very off-putting. Other than that it was great.

Deluxe room was large. Loved the heated floors and large tub spa/bathroom area. It took a while to fill the tub but worth it. Beautiful view of the ocean and grounds from the balcony.

In room jacuzzi - loved soaking in the warm tub with fabulous sea views and winter scape from the tub. The hotel was gorgeous. A luxurious resort feel. Great place to chill for a couple of days.
There are some food options (10 -15 min walking distance) and cafes nearby but not as many as the busier areas of Jungmun or Seogwipo.
Location can be a challenge if you do not drive.

My kids loved the pool table.

It was a nice hotel. The spa was great. The view was awesome. The employees were friendly. Especially, our evening receptionist was so helpful and kind. Thanks to her service we enjoyed our stay a lot as she help us getting food delivery and calling taxis, finding information, etc.
The location is close to great attractions of you have a car or take a taxi (if you get a taxi). However, the area the hotel itself is in is not really alive. It is more like a countryside. A little amount of restaurants and cafes. Nothing really to do near by, only a walk along the sea coast. The hotel restaurant and cafe were also shut down, leaving us only with the room (booked a spa room) and no other specials to the hotel. But the good employees tried to fullfil every request and were so friendly that we still had an awesome stay!

We let the hotel know it was our honeymoon and out of everywhere we stayed in SK, they were the only one to make a fuss of us and gifted us a bottle of wine. The hotel was really easy to find and really beautiful. The room was exceptional and so comfortable. There was a great Korean BBQ restaurant 2 minutes away plus lots of other lovely bars and restaurants. We were sad that it wasn’t warm enough to use the swimming pool but it looked great!
It was a shame that the restaurant was closed but we understand that this was due to Covid so entirely understandable!

Jacuzzi, very clean, nice staff, map with every supermarket/ restaurant provided.
Convenient store within 5 min walking distance.
English speaking stuff.
No breakfast available, it takes 2 hours to fill the Jacuzzi.
Only few restaurants close by.
Struggling to get a taxi.

everything. I paid for a room with lot facilities but nothing worked it. no jacuzzi. the room is far to 162m2 is less 60m2. it wasn’t clean. whole on the sofa.

I loved the room, loved the view, loved the spa. I like that the bus stop was close by.
The rainfall shower was defective. I had to use the other water sprayer, but it was inconvenient.
The location is great, but it is far away from everything which is why it would've been nice if the restaurants were open but they were closed (due to covid)

perfect for breakfasts outside
no cooking equipment

Cleanliness of rooms, room size and number of bathrooms in each room, location of hotel to sites like Hallasan and Jungmun Beach, walking distance to great local restaurants ... and the views from the rooms were amazing...
Not really beachfront, no restaurant in hotel...

Enormous room, like - wow. We had a room with private swimming pool and it was really fun to use hot tube and then jump into colder water in the pool (it wasn't that cold, maybe 23 C). We really liked the room with billiard.
Not many places to eat, but for 5 nights it was ok. I think that south of Jeju has kind of worse weather than north/east, but it might be just an illusion.

3rd time staying at this hotel. It's peaceful, it's cozy, rooms are incredibly spacious. Pool is comfortable, bed is comfy. Very clean rooms.
Was my engagement weekend. Made a room request which the hotel satisfied. The staff really made sure that my stay was comfortable and that my needs were met. For that me and my fiancée are truly grateful! Oh, and the views are a lot better than other hotels which are double the price. Totally worth it!
The hotel is great, but the area doesn't have a lot of food options or taxis available. If you wana do extreme things or sightseeing then it would be better to rent a car. This hotel is really for people who wana chill.

Bigger bottle of soap shampoo condition and lotion would be nice or laundry service in hotel.

Very nice architecture. Modern and luxurious feel. The ocean view was fantastic, pool was nice, hot tub was great, room was incredibly spacious, bed was very comfortable.
There is a public bus nearby that runs every 20 minutes or so and goes to an area abundant in restaurants as well as points of interest.
Hotel was great, but the area doesn't have a lot of food options or taxis available. We had to wait about 20 mins or so everytime for taxis in the area.
'Cause there aren't a lot of food options in the area, the room can do with a stove-top and a few utensils for self-catering.

Everything was really good. Maybe I'm little bit picky but in my opinion rooms have to be modernized, walls and bathroom are not 100 % clean, the table and chairs had a good life and need to be refresh. Except this I recommend, the location and view are great ! The bed is so comfortable!!

- Price !!
- 2 bathroom and private swimming pool
- Pretty clean and staff was kind
- bed and room was big and comfortable
- Staff have been nice and they even prepare wine for my birthday
- for sure i will go back there whenever i go back to Jeju.
- Really hard if you have no car.
- no facilities to cook
- if hungry you need to walk like 10mn and there is nothing in the hotel to eat.

The hot tub in the room was a nice feature, especially given the rain during my visit.
Unfortunately, the top floor/rooftop was not available for use. There was a sea view from the room, but there was not a beach within walking distance.

Property was very superior.
Far from attractions and secluded. Could be a good thing depending on your intent for visiting.

The location is pretty nice, the view is incredibly beautiful. The room is big and comfortable.
The pillows, need to be more soft.

The jacuzzi. The view and location was good. Liked the little pool room with speakers and disco ball.
Swimming pool was closed and on site restaurant for renovation.. Limited parking. Could have price adjustments for lack of amenities. They came and cleaned balcony after we checked in.

The property was very clean and spacious for a good group of us going to Jeju. I appreciated the scenery, pool, and cool activities to do that are not far from the hotel.
What I enjoyed the most is the amazing and awesome staff. They had a bottle of wine for me ready I’m the room when it was a special stay! They accommodated so much to include getting the pool ready and suggesting best locations to go to! They are the best.
