Valerie was so very accommodating in check in and out. Responsive if we had questions throughout our stay. Consists of 5 levels including the rooftop patio! The high climb could be difficult if challenged by stairs. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. Very clean, comfortable beds.

Great location in the heart of the old town in Antibes.
We stayed there late July during the heatwave but it was comfortable with the AC.
Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and great view from the terrace. Valerie was very helpful!

The house had all we needed and its location close to the beach and at heart of old town were excellent. One small item. The double bed is hard to get out of and require a deeper mattress that is level with or bigger than the bedframe.

Perfect location
The property was excellent in all it provided - spacious, immaculate, well furnished - not loads of clutter. The only thing that was a slight challenge was getting to roof terrace - access was steep, but view from there was amazing.

rooftop villa
The apartment was in a good location for town, we thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio, and 'the key lady' was entertaining. The living space is small and the stairs are narrow but it worked well for our group.

The perfect location in old Antibes!
Alisa’s apartment is a wonderful place to stay in old Antibes. The location couldn’t be better, in the heart of old town and steps from the water! I think the only comment we have that would improve on this apartment would be to have a high table and stools on the roof deck. While the description of the property is very clear that many of the wonderful views from the deck are while standing, you could enjoy them while sitting with a glass of wine with the simple addition of high stools instead of the low table and chair set that is there. That’s our only complaint, though. We highly recommend Alusa’s apartment!

Nice location in close proximity to the beautiful market of Antibes and the sea. The beach and the old town are at the door. The roof terrace is a pleasure. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are very good, also the bathrooms.
The care by Valerie as Key Lady is very professional and extremely supportive.
Only downside: the walls could be repainted.

Lovely apartment; though very vertical
Lovely apartment in Old Antibes. Was pleased that Jane was able to get up to the roof terrace three months after getting a new knee as it was lovely to enjoy the spring weather and views of the bay.
Position near the market suited us very well.
Valerie, the 'Key Lady' was very helpful.
Place was clean and beds surprisingly comfortable.

Charming townhouse with excellent location
If you are looking for a place to stay in Antibes in an excellent location where the locals live, look no further. Our family of four spent 9 nights at Alissa’s place and we had a wonderful time. It was our first home rental from VRBO/Homeaway or any other company or person. We were uncomfortable doing it as we have traveled in a lot of places but stayed in hotels. Alissa made it so easy to work with her, answering all questions and concerns that we have. Sure, it is not as luxurious as staying in a hotel but you gain the experience of being entrusted with somebody’s home and have more space to cook simple meals (not spending more time in kitchen than necessary). In Europe, the hotels seldom have quadruple rooms so you are forced to take two rooms if your family is more than 3. Renting Alissa’s place make it more reasonable to stay in a beautiful city like Antibes. We did quick trips to Juan Les Pins, Nice, Monaco, etc. A little bit of a walk to the train station but we enjoyed it. The house has spiral staircase which makes it challenging to bring up suitcases but our teenage son didn’t have a problem bringing it up and down at departure. It was also part of our exercise routine as we ate lots of yummy gelato and macaroons. The excellent food market is very close and the Sunday market where they sell everything is great too. The house has a terrace that overlooks the water but since the steps were challenging for my husband, we didn’t use it. It’s nice to know that you can have breakfast or a drink there if you want to watch the sunset. We highly recommend Alissa’s place but if you have problems with steps or looking for a modern home, this place is not for you. My husband already requested a schedule from Alissa for next year and that’s the recommendation that an owner would want is to have a high percentage of return visitors. Thank you Alissa and thank you Sabrina for checking us in late. Looking forward to next summer.
Cheers,
Julie & Blair

A beautiful house in a perfect location!!
Thank you for an amazing holiday. The house is immaculate and perfectly located, 2 mins away from the town but just far enough out for peace in the evenings. We had 6 lovely days of sunshine on the beach and lovely meals in the evening topped off with a final glass of wine on the sun terrace each night. Just perfect and will be coming back next year if we can.

Fantastic as ever! We're returning in 2019.
Another brilliant stay — our twelfth in as many years! Alisa has made lovely improvements, including the sofa, coffee table, roof terrace, and dryer. As always, the house was spotless and comfortable, especially with the whisper-quiet and efficient air conditioning. And of course, the building, location and charms of Antibes never change!

Lovely house in the Old Town of Antibes
Perfectly positioned house, steps away from the Provençal Market, favourite restaurant the Comptoir and minutes walk from two beaches. The house is very comfortable and ideally located to enjoy everything Antibes and beyond has to offer. The crowning glory is the roof terrace, a perfect spot for a sunny breakfast and later in the year an early evening glass of rose. Lovely long weekend with old friends.

Gorgeous French house in old Antibes
This lovely, very French, house is in the perfect location in Antibes. Just a short walk from the wonderful covered market, and equally near the sea where you can sit and watch the boats zip across the bay. The house is 4 storeys high with a lovely light sitting room/kitchen on top floor and a welcome surprise is the roof terrace from which you can see the sea. It is quite small, but big enough to enjoy breakfast al fresco, and a lovely spot for some local wines pre-dinner.
The house is well equipped, and beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are lovely, and the kitchen has everything you need.
From the house you can walk for miles along the sea front, stopping off at the odd cafe or bar. Or stroll a few hundred metres from the house to the Picasso Museum, or into town to the many shops, restaurants, market etc. There's also a marina where you can admire the luxury yachts, and a lovely town beach.
Antibes is such a fabulous place to visit, and this house couldn't be better placed to see all is has to offer.

Lovely comfortable house to stay in
The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need to take and full advantage of all the delicious local produce available in the nearby Provençal Market. Also, close to the beach and all local transport, enabling you to explore the coast. A great place for a weekend or a full on holiday.

very comfortable and great location
lovely 2 week stay in Alisa's house which is situated in Old Antibes
It's a fab location as you are 5 mins away from the local beach and 12 mins away from the other beaches in the cap d'Antibes. You can see the sea and beaches from the roof terrace. It is also close to the market and supermarkets.Lovely restaurants and bars are all in stumbling distance!
It's a roomy ,down to earth house with everything you would need for a self catering stay in France. The stairs upto the roof terrace may be of concern for people with mobility issues or young children and you would have to bear that in mind.
it's very well located for Antibes and exploring the riviera as about a 25 minute walk to the station where you can get trains to Nice,Monaco and cannes.
This is the second time we have stayed in Alisa's house and it feels like home from home.
The french contact Sabrina was also very helpful with queries such as finding a local taxi firm and if the tv lost channels

Wonderful house in the old city, all shops and restaurants are near, the beach and the provancale market just two steps. Clean and comfortable house with all facilities and the terrase with sea view. Helpful and lovely owners. We are happy and shall come next year! Thank's a lot to Alisa and Sabrina!

A characterful home from home full of charm in the most idyllic location
Living the french riveria dream in the most delightful townhouse that oozes charm and character set in the most idyllic setting. Nestled in the old town close to the vibrant market, Picasso museum and inbetween two beautiful beaches, you couldn't want for more.
The house even provides a most relaxing roof terrace with the state of the art roof, so you can enjoy late dinners in the closing sunshine with the most romantic view. A house fully equipped from a fully loaded kitchen to beach ready equipment. We thoroughly enjoyed our late summer family vacation with early rises to late night swimming polished off with a game of boules. A few day trips by train to Cannes allowed us to explore the wonderful coastline. Alisa has provided endless information in the house and Sabrina has a lifetime of knowledge of the area if you're stuck for something to do or need help locating anything. Fully recommend, Catherine, who Alisa recommended to us for easy hassle free transfers to and from the airport. A wonderful home from home beautiful house that we just absolutely adore.

We've been coming annually since 2004, so that tells you how terrific the house is. Nice improvement of the roof access this year. Alisa is the perfect hostess.

Quirky town house in a superb location at the heart of the Old Town
My wife and I have just spent 4 nights at this delightful house and the perfect location for exploring Antibes and its surroundings. The property is clean, comfortable and has everything that you could wish for during a stay. The layout of the house is great with the living areas upstairs providing the views over the old town and the sleeping areas in the cooler lower part of the house. The roof terrace is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine or cold beer while watching some of the world's largest mega-yachts cruise the local waters of the Med.
There are many local restaurants in old town Antibes and no shortage of places to drink. The daily covered market is almost on the doorstep for those who prefer to buy fresh and eat in.
Public transport is very accessible and reasonably priced. We took a bus along the Cap d'Antibes one day and a train to Monaco another day. All in all Antibes is a great centre for exploring this part of the world.

We had a fantastic stay in Antibes. The townhouse was in an ideal location and within walking distance to both beaches, restaurants and shopping. The townhouse layout provided ample space for our family of 4 including our 10 and 12 year old daughters. The stairs are steep and will need to be used frequently so the townhouse is not suitable for guests with impaired mobility. The linens were adequate including beach towels and of good quality. We appreciated the use of the beach umbrella as it was hot and sunny during our beachtime. The apartment was clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked to allow us to cook some of our meals at the house. A few more plastic rather than the metal utensils such as spatulas would be helpful to use with the good quality nonstick skillets to maintain the integrity of the nonstick surface. The dishwasher is not mounted and this causes the racks to tip during loading. The owner is aware of this and hasn't been able to find a solution to this issue but the dishwasher worked fine. The wifi worked well and had good strength. There were some board games that we enjoyed playing. Our host, Sabrina, was very helpful orienting us to the house and giving suggestions for restaurants and local sights. If our travels ever take us back to Antibes we would stay here again.

We've just spent Easter here, and the location was perfect for our family of four. The weather was divine and we had a blissful time!
Thank you for the lovely welcome and the helpful information that you provide - all our questions were answered in 'the black folder', which makes for an easy holiday!
Easy walking to the morning market, the harbour, the square and most importantly, our favourite boulangerie! We loved being amidst Old Antibes, and wandering the back streets. Not to mention being a stones throw from Musee Picasso...
The townhouse is equipped with all you need, and we were super-comfy. We reluctantly had to leave... well before we were ready to, and now wonder how quickly we can return!

Fabulous house - fantastic location
Right in the heart of the old, walled city of Antibes, the house is ideally located for exploring the city and trying out the restaurants and bars. The facilities in the house are excellent, with two bathrooms and a large lounge area. We also took a number of walks from the house right round the Cap d'Antibes to Juin les Pins and on to Antibes. We had a brilliant stay.

Perfect house, perfect location.....
Ahhh Antibes... So good to be back. The sun was shining and the house is located perfectly for all kind of outings. The lovely Picasso museum and the market are barely a 5 minute walk
I love walking around the Cap d'Antibes when the sun was setting it was amazing ...and so quiet. The market was as colourful and friendly as ever. We had some fresh oysters delivered to our table in a little restaurant next to the market on Sundayaccompanied by some crisp local rose...delicious! It was very funny when staff and quests started dancing....
Monaco is worth a trip and very easy to get to by train which stops right next to the harbour. We had some fab lunch on the rock near the palace in one of those narrow streets.
We also did some "home cooking" in the very well equipped kitchen and will all the fresh local vegs all tasted much better then at home. Breakfast and late night dancing on the lovely roof terrace .... Beds very comfi and new towels very nice.
Bus or taxi to the airport very easy..
Antibes is nice in every season, I could very easily live in Antibes....
I will definitely be back!
