3 bedroom, 2 bathroom secluded from passing traffic in quiet location at beach end of Cafe strip. With glorious parks and lapping water only a few steps away and a short stroll to town for all your conveniences. Kitchen: Features a fully equipped open plan kitchen opens up to the lounge/dining area. Car Parking: Undercover single carport with room behind to park a second vehicle. Sleeps 6 people comfortably Bedding: Bedroom 1: 1 xQueen bed (upstairs room with ensuite- recently renovated) Bedroom 2: 1 xQueen bed(down stairs) Bedroom 3: 2x King Singles(downstairs) Extra Features: 2x Stand up Paddle Boards Wireless Internet Gas BBQ Weber for outdoor entertainment Air-conditioned/Heater Reverse Cycle Split (upstairs and in living room) Pot Belly Fire Heater- Wood supplied over winter (June-August) Balcony that opens up from the master bedroom Outdoor courtyard with grassed area and seating for six people. HOUSE RULES NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY -Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends. No noise must be heard from the property after these hours. -Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the house. -No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed. -Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

Location is perfect, accommodation is lovely and clean and beds are very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Near beach, restaurants and shops, central to local all towns. Would absolutely recommend this property to families and groups of friends wishing to catch up! Everything you need is provided for a stress free stay and excellent communication with owner.

Great place to stay. Only let down was a lot of laundry left in the washing machine and in COVID-19 times, we weren't prepared to touch it. Fortunately we were only there for a weekend and didn't need it.
Noticed no dryer, fine in summer but in winter could be an issue.

Great place to stay. Only let down was a lot of laundry left in the washing machine and in COVID-19 times, we weren't prepared to touch it. Fortunately we were only there for a weekend and didn't need it.

Had a lovely time. Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Close to cafe, beach and walking paths. Property clean and tidy and had everything you needed for a great trip.

Loved the location, wood fire was a great touch and due to the weather spent lots of time curled up with a book. Walking distance to the cafe strip and shops and very close to the beach. Recommend to others as a great getaway location.

Great location and house. My only criticism is the pillows seriously need to be replaced. Flat as pancakes. Apart from that, we had a great time, thank you.
