Located in James Island, this charming house for $2,243 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Property Description Located at the far east end of the island, Creekside is situated on a tidal creek with phenomenal views of the marsh, ocean and the Morris Island Lighthouse from any of the four decks that this home offers. With beach access a few steps away, it's just a short walk with your surfboard to practice your surfing at Folly's famous Washout where you can experience some of the best waves on the South Carolina coast, or just find a spot for relaxing in the sand. At high tide, you can take a kayak trip down the creek straight from the crabbing dock in the back yard. On the first floor you are greeted with a bright open plan with hardwood floors throughout that includes a comfortable living area with flat-screen TV and features a billiard table to keep everyone entertained! Additionally, you'll find a grand dining area which seats 12, and a fully stocked kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and an eating bar that seats 4 for plenty of entertaining. The spacious screen porch offers plenty of space to spread out and is a favorite spot to gather for a cocktail at the end of the day and take in the views of the marsh and tidal creek. Just off the living area is the first of 3 master suites, with a King bed and its own private spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower (newly updated in 2017) and access to the front deck for stunning views of the beach. Upstairs you'll find the other 4 bedrooms. Two more master suites, both with KINGS beds and updated en-suite bathrooms and have access to the second floor rear deck with some of the best views of the Marsh available on Folly Beach. On the other side you'll find two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and its own en-suite bath, and a kid-friendly room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a bathroom to share. With plenty of space for 12 people and activities for all, this is a perfect spot for a relaxing trip to the beach! You'll also find a hammock for lazy, quiet afternoons. Creekside includes a stack washer dryer, a spot for grilling and plenty of off-street parking. Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you'll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. And, should you need any recommendations during your stay, our team can provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions. NOTE: Creekside is a FAMILY FRIENDLY house and parties are strictly prohibited. Every home in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the Town of Folly Beach. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and if in violation, guest will incur fine of $2,500. Creekside is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions. Access Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well. Interaction Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one! Notes Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions. We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November). At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking. Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Violators will be charged a $2,500 fine. This property may use NoiseAware technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine. Minimum rental age is 25. Optional & Additional Fees $50/hour Early Check In Fee. $25/hour late check out fee. The house amenities, and proximity to the beach, the views, and so many bedrooms ... I could keep going. It really was a dream of a house if you don't mind being ~30/40 min from Charleston. It was July and we wanted to be CLOSE to the beach, and we couldn't have gotten closer. It was across the street and the pool was a dream. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and there was so much room for everyone. I would go back in a second.

Home was very comfortable for our group of 9. Ample space for all and four decks facing ocean and marsh. This property is not ocean front and there is very little ocean that can be seen from the front decks. A large home is under construction across the street that blocks any view of the ocean. Beach access is not directly across the street since that is now a construction site. Though the home is well appointed, it is in need of a good cleaning. The front screened porch was so dirty, anyone who walked out there immediately had black dirt on their feet. I arrived as the cleaning crew was leaving- there were no beach towels and the floors inside were gritty. We thoroughly enjoyed the back decks for sunset parties with views of the marsh and lighthouse. Not sure I would book this property again. I expected a higher level of service for the price.

The house was perfect for our extended family of 9! The fav was the pool and hot tub. The proximity to the beach was great as well! The house is amazingly stocked with pretty much anything you need! Lots of games, kitchen equipment and even had some beach toys. The only downside to the whole trip we’re the mosquitoes…definitely bring bug spray! We would definitely come love to come back!
