- الشقة واسعة ونظيفة جدا - الأسرة مريحة - بالنسبة للشقة الي اي اخذتها مناسبة جدا لعائلة مكونة من زوجين وطفلين - الفطور منوع وحلو، مكان الفطور عاد البصر واسع - فيه بركة سباحة كبيره واسعة ومناسبة للاطفال - موقع الفندق بعيد عن الزحمة وقريب من الخدمات - الاستقبال متعاونيين وفيه عربي يسهل التخاطب، بس بشكل عام جميع الطاقم يتكلم الانجليزية

The hotels location is on the main street and it is easy to get in and out of the hotel. The rooms are large and clean and the breakfast is a good buffet. The shower area is spacious.

Until the end of May, the hotel did not turn on the cold central air conditioning, as my daughter’s room had a window towards the city and the heat of the sun filled the room all day, which affected my daughter’s health because she suffers from asthma. Note that before we traveled to Riz, we were in the city of Ordu, and the air conditioning was working in the hotel. Where we stayed, I do not know what the policy of some hotels is in not leaving the room for the guest, whether he wants or not, to operate the air conditioning and control it from his room. We discussed the matter with the receptionist about our desire to change the room for two days, and it was not changed until there was an employee who spoke the Arabic language and he helped me. My daughter changed her room and gave her a room with a balcony facing the sea, and he is grateful for that

Location is good. Parking is free and easy in & out. Great view. Lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are very beautiful.

مكان الافطار كان جيد وواسع ومتنوع لكن مشكلة في وقت الافطار ينتهي الساعة 10 صباحا المفترض يكون الساعة 11 الى 11:30 كباقي الفنادق العالمية

انتظارنا في الدخول حتى الساعة 3:30 رغم وصولنا الساعة 1:45 ظهرا المتفرض تسليمنا الغرفة الساعة 2

Отель расположен рядом с основной трассой, удобно заехать на машине, есть большая территория для парковки. Выглядит внутри очень красиво и с размахом. На регистрации была русско-говоряшая девушка, которая очень нам помогла. К сожалению не запомнил её имени. Большой номер, подошёл для двоих взрослых и двоих детей. В ванной комнате был и душ и ванная. Большой тренажерный зал. Есть заказ еды в номер.

Кажется цена отеля не соответствует уровню. Отель немного в стороне от основного города. Завтрак не соответствует размаху отеля, но в то же время всё, что нужно было. Не всегда пополняли быстро, если что-то заканчивалось. (За два дня так и не попробовали пирог на десерт, его разбирали и новый не приносили). Соки на завтраке ужасного качества. Кофе и чай разносят в термосах официанты - для кого-то это плюс, для нас - минус. К сожалению не работал детский клуб. Бассейн небольшой о неглубокий, больше к развлечение для детей. Требуют обязательно надевать шапочки для плавания, если нет, то продают ( вроде 20 TL) Хаммам был выключен, но работала сауна и паровая комната.

Kahvaltısı çok çok zayıftı. Dışarıdan otele girince buz gibi bir Lobi sizi karşılıyor. Odaya girene kadar üşüyorsun. Oda da içeriyi ısıtmak için ekstra bir ısıtıcı koymuşlar. Kapatırsak içerisi soğuyor. Açarsak havayı kurutuyor. İklimlendirme çok gürültülü çalıştığından kapatmak zorunda kaldım. Duvarlarda ses yalıtımı sıfır. Yanımdaki odadan veya bir başka oda öncesinde bol gürültü = (+18) ardında horlama sesleri ile zor uykuya daldım. Sabahın 8 inde yan odada açık olan televizyonu kafamın içinde duyarak uyandım. Verdiğim puan bile fazla ama neyse. Hata bende.
