The house is stunning, the location is fantastic, From the first moment that we arrived we loved being here, with a welcome Charcuterie platter and bottle of wine It far exceeded our expectations. The house is spacious, comfortable and quiet, with amazing mountain and sea views, great little pool, splendid homemade red wine made by the hosts family, available to buy, our host Vito was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Kotisina is beautiful with so many areas to explore.
You must walk up to the Botanical Garden, drive down the hill and walk through the woods to find the unspoilt beach of Nugal or drive to the lovely Velika Duba beach where it’s easy to park next to the beach and it also has a little beach Bar.
Our Favourite adventure was the amazing skywalk, It takes your breath away, book your ticket at sunset for stunning photos.
We ate great pizza at Basta gourmet bar with harbour views in Makarska. Had tasty local Squid in a restaurant on the main square, cooked a couple of great BBQ’s at the House.
Nothing!

Beautiful and peaceful location. Backyard with dining and grill area awesome! Private pool always clean.
Roof terrace perfect for sunbathing and evening drink!
The housec is equipped with everything you need.
The owner of the house made everything to make our stay comfortable. He was always in touch with us.
Creaking bed in the 2nd floor. Windows should have more effective blinds - it was too bright in the morning.

House and Owner of the house :) A beautiful observation deck on the roof of the house. The perfect place to ask one of the most important questions in your life.

Beautiful location in a nature park. Extremely quiet and peaceful. You get the feeling that you are alone among the nature. Host Vito is very friendly and can organize anything for you (he helped us to appoint a visit at doctor's and also helped us to buy local olive and wine). Vito also cleaned the pool twice for us. The pool itself is perfect, with warm water. There are a lot of amenities in the villa, like sunbeds, grill, big outdoor table. The views from the balconies are amazing!
The villa has two parking spots right next to it.
If you want to go to the city center, you will definitely need a car.
The kitchen is very well equipped, you don't need to take anything with you.
Awesome place for a couple, it would also be great for 4 or 6 people, because it's very spacious.

Really fantastic spot. Old Croatian village with stone houses. Amazing terraces and the views from the house. Close to the mountains, and also to the Makarska city and an Adriatic sea. This is great place to go around whole Dalmatia. We have been to Zadar, Sibenik, Trogir, Split, Hvar and Brac islands, and even Krka Park, and Dubrovnik were not too far (although one day trip). The hosts are also amazing, we have been greeted with a bottle of wine, and we have received some nice good bye gift. And the house has couple of floors, everyone can find a place for yourself there. With nice, clean and warm pool included :) Highy recommended unique place.
It is a bit dark inside, as this is an old stone house, which is great when it's really hot. However in a colder days the windows are not big enough to bring enough light. Anyways, this is really small thing, just for you to be aware. And it is better to have a car, as there is no shop/restaurand/bar in the village. But lots is really close by in Makarska.

This is the best house I have ever booked for holiday! I definitely recommend it! The host is very nice, he suggested us what to see and he was easy to contact with. The house itself is amazing and I am in love with it :) I felt there at home or even better, the house is perfectly equipped, there are a lot of gadgets and things to make your stay more comfortable. There is a tranditional kitchen and big dining room on the ground floor (plus toilet). On the first floor there is living room that can be closed with doors (very comfortable if someone wants to sleep there). There is also one bedroom with private bathroom. At this level there are also 2 terraces, one small in front on the house and one very big with barbecue. On the second floor of the house there is second bedroom and another bathroom. There is also another terrace with the pool at this level. Above the house, there is one more terrace with spectacular view to the sea and mountains. Everything is very well equipped and decorated with many nice details that makes you feel at home. The location of the house is on the hill, very close to the national park. You will need a car/ taxi/ bike to go to the center but it is worth it. Location is very peacefull and quiet and you can hear nature sounds all day and night, at the same time enjoying a great view. It is truely relaxing! All is as you can see on the photos or even better.
