This is pretty good choice for its price: you have pretty big rooms, restaurant downstairs, a playground for children and enough parking space.

Really, I'd love the rooms were better at noise isolation. So if you plan to stay ay this hotel try to reserve rooms with the windows looking on the opposite side of the road.

Breakfast wasn't included, and the restaurant on premises didn't serve until 1000, so we were only able to partake once It was very good. We ate dinner there 3x, it was excellent. No coffee machine in the room. We could borrow an electric kettle from the desk. Communication was difficult since we speak no Ukranian. Room wasn't cleaned 3 days in a row, but I think they just didnt understand me.

Very good pressure of the water supply system, easy to adjust hot water in shower.

The room is big but empty.

While the whole region was blacked out due to russian missiles attack, this place had electricity, water and wifi. All rooms are on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, but the hotel informed us about it in advance. Clean room, nice staff, clean area decorated with pumpkins :) So sweet :)

The hotel is located on the highway. It was a bit noisy, but it is what it is.

Sound isolation does not exist between rooms. The walls are maiden by gypsum and I was listening loud the conversation in the next room. The same when people were in reception. Taking into account that I was traveling by car and I was tired it was not pleasant experience to listen the conversation of the neighbor room and being difficult to sleep.
