The location is fantastic. We found the beach one of the very best on the island with a couple of little restaurants nearby – Muses being by far the better of the two. The rooms were capacious, very clean and modern. Very much as described on the website. The receptionist was efficient and helpful particularly getting the paperwork we needed for return. The breakfast team are also very smiley.

Similar to other reviewers the hotel has been sanitised to an extreme extent which really makes it rather soulless. They have done their very best modernising a drab 70s building, but unfortunately the design is all the wrong way round with the swimming pool effectively in the car park and the more recent rooms added on the front have ruined the feel – we would recommend demolition urgently it would transform the way the hotel functions. We were struck by the complete absence of any chitchat or real welcome when we arrived… Getting to a Greek island is always challenging and a brief "how was your journey, welcome to our hotel" and a glass of lemonade wouldn't hurt… Everyone else does it.

Beautiful modern resort with a nice beach & swimming pool - located in a quiet area some 15 min away from the buzz... friendly staff & great fish tavern just next door !

Everything was perfect

The breakfast was very good, a nice selection and very pleasant setting. A nice deep pool suitable for swimming and the beach is very close by.

Location was very remote and despite the property listing a pool bar etc there wasn’t a pool bar or infact any place to eat an evening meal at the property. The closest place was a lovely little restaurant called tarentello which is a 10minute walk. If you’re looking for a quiet stay away from people then I’d highly recommend this place. Limited interaction and very antisocial with no bars/restaurants close by.

Partially renovated, proximity to the beach.

Noisy laundry machines and water pumps near rooms. Old air conditioning. No local products in breakfast. I can get the same breakfast anywhere in the world.

The access to the sea/beach, the room, the quietness.

The lack of food options for dinner and more generally the lack of facilities for being a 4-star hotel. Also, the lack of information from the staff when checking-in.

A very nice hotel far from the crowd, in front of the Provatas beach, which is probably not the most astonishing in Milos, but it is shielded from the wind and in Milos this can be a plus the most of the days. At walking distance there are only two tavernas, then you need a car or a scooter to explore and eat. The hotel is new, clean, the pool is so wonderful that we step by for an additional dip even after a whole day of baths in the Aegean beautiful sea. It is the right place if you want a cozy and refined place where to relax.

The hotel was excellent and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

the staff were amazing. We had a last minute room requirement and it was all sorted on email very quickly before we arrived. Then there was a strike with the ferries and they deducted our room costs as it wasn't our fault we had to leave early. Fruit in the room one night and a bottle of wine another. Great pool complex. Decent breakfast. Right on the beach as well, very quiet area (need a car!)

food in the beach bar wasn't super but it was certainly ok for a quick bite. Not all rooms are like the photos on the site (bathrooms for example), they do oversell it a little

Staff was barely present - no tour of property or explanation of how property was laid out & guest amenities... We went to the pool (not one guest present). & asked the girl at the bar who was standing next to a pile of towels- if we could have a pool towel & she said “you need to go back to the front desk & check them out”. There was a strange distant weird vibe....needless to say we did not hang out at the resort. I think it could be a really Cool place if the energy was up & some customer service training was given to the staff. Maybe music playing - something was just off about the property. The restaurant or bar at the beach was sketchy - dirty dishes & garbage piled up.

Wonderfull view on the sea from the balcony! Chill and relaxed atmosphere.

Because it was end of the season - perhaps too quite surrounding.
