Inverloch Luxury Retreat is the perfect place for a indulgent getaway for up to two families. Spend the day at the surf beach, only a 7-8 minute walk away and then laze on the huge entertaining deck complete with outdoor setting and BBQ in the afternoon. All this accessed from the lounge room via bifold doors. Having undergone recent renovations, the house is beautifully decorated and styled. Quality linen & towels await you. The kitchen is equipped with stone benchtops, a brand new Westinghouse dishwasher, oven, rangehood and microwave. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine complete with complimentary coffee pods. The newly renovated bathroom has a shower and bath and the laundry has a front load washing machine and dryer. Whether you’re visiting in summer or winter, the split system units in the main living room and master bedroom provide a comfortable environment all year round. Visit the main st located only 15 minutes by bike or 30 minute walk via the specially designed track along the foreshore. Or just kick back at the house and have a game of cricket in the backyard with the kids or get the board games out on a rainy day. There's something for everyone at Inverloch Luxury Retreat. All linen, towels and toiletries are provided during your stay. A portacot and high chair is also available. *All guests receive a welcome gift on arrival. The space Our place provides the ultimate space for beach side entertaining. A huge deck is perfect for those summer nights, and a gorgeous new bifold door connects outdoor to indoor entertaining. Inverloch luxury retreat is a short 7-8 minute walk to the local surf beach. Bedrooms (Sleeps 11 people) Bedroom 1 - One king bed Bedroom 2 - Two x bunk beds Bedroom 3 - One bunk bed and one single trundle Bedroom 4 - One queen bed Pets Inverloch Luxury Retreat is a pet friendly home. Pets are to remain off furniture and outside of carpeted areas (bedrooms) at all times. If a pet will be staying, it is your responsibility to clean up after your pet throughly - failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges being incurred. PLEASE ADVISE IF A PET WILL BE STAYING AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Getting around We have off-street parking for two cars and plenty of street parking. Walking or riding a bike around Inverloch is easy with plenty of walking and bike tracks available. Our guest manual has lots of suggestions for things to do in the area. *Note: Our home bas a Ring doorbell installed at the front door, providing guests the ability to call us via a button. This also provides a surveillance camera over the front entrance ensuring additional security for guests & host.

The whole family stayed for a very enjoyable week. The house was clean, well equipped, stocked with the essentials and very cosy in the middle of winter. It's close to the beach and the heart of town, so very convenient to get around. Our hosts were kind, attentive and left a lovely hamper of goodies. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and so did our dogs. The yard was secure for them and the house was perfect for us. We walked to the beach and into town. Mel was very helpful.

Fantastic property in a great location. Communication with Mel was excellent and the property is very well provisioned and organised to make the stay an effortless experience. Dog friendly with a large fenced back and front yard. We appreciated the basket of provisions and Easter eggs too!

This property is a great choice for a large family, or a multi-family get together, which we were. It is luxurious without being pretentious, with lots of sleeping options to suit adults, kids/teenagers. Huge fenced yards back and front, and a great BBQ deck with inside/outside dining. Mel and Jamie are excellent hosts. Loved every minute of our stay.

Mel and Jamie’s property is beautiful, the location is close to the main town with lots of nice places to visit. My father and I stayed to visit the moto GP, we pre booked coaches to take us straight from town to the track. Very happy with my choice of location. We only stayed here for three nights but it was a wonderful relaxing break with the kids and our little dog. The house has everything you need and is modern, comfortable and immaculately clean. Fantastic secure front and back yards, great outdoor entertaining area and lots of toys and games for the kids. Only a short walk to the beach too. Would highly recommend this to a family (or two) looking for somewhere to stay in Inverloch.

Our one week in Inverloch was so lovely in this beautiful house of Mel and Jamie. Everything was there for us and we could relax, enjoy Inverloch and surroundings. The house was very well appointed, our dog Charlie was very happy of enclosed yards. We enjoyed going to the beach and be able to have a home away from home. This is a lovely house, spacious, nicely furnished and squeaky clean. Mel and Jamie are great hosts, offering early check in and recommendations for local eateries and sightseeing. The house is in a great spot, a short walk to the beach, and a longer walk to town along the beach walking track.

Perfect home to stay with family/friends, pets or even just as a couple. It was clean and beautiful. Perfectly set up for a small holiday (condiments, vegemite, jam, olive oil, salt and pepper , milk etc), walking distance to the beach and two great outdoor spaces that are great for pets, children and adults. We were so happy staying here and will definitely be back!

My husband, our 6 week old baby and I wanted a mini beach break in a clean and comfortable home. This holiday home was perfect. Exceptionally clean and tidy, very comfortable with everything we could need, great location and we could also take our dogs with us. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely look to stay in this home again. Highly recommend!

We struggled to find places where our dogs were allowed to sleep inside at night. Mel was very accommodating and the property was beautiful. We are always happy to clean up after our pooches as we want them to have a lovely holiday as well. We only wish we could have stayed a few days longer. Maybe next time. 😊

We stayed at Inverloch Luxury Retreat for almost 2 weeks & enjoyed every part of it. Mel & Jamie have certainly thought of everything. During our stay we were in Covid lockdown but having to stay at the property was a easy & extremely comfortable. Cleanliness is a big factor for us & this place didn't let us down. Loved our stay in Inverloch at Mel and Jamie's property. It was clean and had everything we needed - ensuite to the main bedroom, king size bed, spacious kitchen and dining area. The back and front yards were perfect for our dog who was very comfortable at the house. The house was also a short distance walk from the beach and we went for walks every day. Thanks for a great week away!

LOVELY HOME WITH A GREAT FEEL

We just had a fabulous 4 night stay at Mel & Jamie’s property. The home was clean & very well set up. It has everything we needed from a coffee machine to a king sized bed. The well stocked pantry was most useful & the welcome gifts on arrival were a pleasant surprise. We were unfortunately, forced to leave early with very little notice, due to a snap covid lockdown, but Mel & Jamie were very understanding. We’ll definitely be looking at visiting the Bass Coast in the future & staying at the property again.
