Very clean & comfortable. Great check in ….my flight was in at 11:00a.m. & my room was ready so I was able to check in. Then I had an appt next day at 12:30 & discovered checkout time was 12:00 so that was great. I stored my car in the heated underground parking for a minimum fee & with our Northern winters, it’s great to return to a warm snow free, frost free car( I stayed at Marriott travelling to & from my Xmas holiday).
Perfect stay

Looked fairly new. Nice beds and decor. Secured underground parking.
Downtown PG has a lot of homeless people wandering around downtown. Felt a bit like an episode of the Walking Dead

everything
when entering door to check in at 9 pm - door to hotel was locked in atrium, front desk staff left me waiting after a long journey. She knew I was there but took her time with a gentleman who was conversing with her about not much (I heard the continued conversation afterwards/he was not in midst of checking in) she could have easily continued talking to him and pressed the button to let me in. perhaps more staff at the front desk in the evening is needed.

The bed was perfect. Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on, heck even better than my one at home. The room overall was perfect with a large bathroom and full size walk in shower. Nice day sofa as well that the wife could curl up on and chill out. The cleaning staff were friendly with a good morning or good afternoon every time we passed. Front staff were also great and informative making you fell welcome. Also checking in was a breeze. The hotel close to the craft brewery and some good restaurants as well which was perfect.
Not something I hated but the underground parking was pretty tight for a full size pick-up when it was busy. Also not something I hated as being right in downtown PG is good for the close proximity to some excellent restaurants and the craft brewery but the addicts hanging around directly outside the building is a little sketchy. There was a huge {%99 sure human} turd right on the sidewalk in front of the entrance doors to the lobby when checking in. Yeah I laughed but not the most attractive thing to see before walking in to get room keys. Might have been a bit overprotective but I wouldn't allow my wife to walk around outside un-attended. Only other small issue was lack of pressure from the shower. Could be because we were top floor. Seriously thought of removing the flow restrictor but it wasn't my shower.

Perfect hotel for the one night stayover in Prince George on the VIA Rail train from Jasper to Prince Rupert. The room was clean, spacious, and well organized with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine replete with K Cups from Tim Hortons [how much more Canadian can you get]. The lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes for breakfast were amazing! This hotel was the most affordable hotel stay I had on my recent visit to Western Canada. Also, notwithstanding the extensive smoke from the massive forest fires outside, the room had no smell of smoke and I had a great night of sleep. Highly Recommend! Taxi ride from the train station to the hotel is about seven Canadian dollars.
Downtown Prince George is filled with "homeless" people [many of whom I have been told are habitual drug abusers] and there is no police or military presence to monitor these people. I recommend taking a taxi to and from the train station to avoid any potential altercations with drug addicts. The hotel has everything you need, including a small bar and restaurant for dinner, as well as a small market for snacks and sundry items, so there is no need to leave the hotel at night. If I was going to the region for an extended holiday, I would search for a hotel or inn outside of downtown Prince George.
