I really enjoyed my stay here. The price was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality bedding. The breakfast was charming and consistent with many fresh options which is nice while traveling. The hosts were incredibly kind. As mentioned by other travelers there is a strong language barrier however I am traveling in Italy I expect some challenges. Like many buildings to include hotels, the walls are pretty thin so bring ear plugs or a white noise machine. The location is a ways away from town but with the price, cleanliness and breakfast it makes sense. As a solo traveler I felt very safe here and it was incredibly clean.

Proprietari super cortesi e disponibili; camera pulitissima, abbastanza grande, calda, con letto super comodo; bagno pulitissimo con doccia; colazione buonissima e abbondante con dolci fatti in casa. Parcheggio interno. A 5 minuti d'auto da dove devo andare. Vicino al raccordo autostradale. Consigliato.

Sehr liebe Gastgeber! Gute Ausgangslage, um zu Fuß in die Innenstadt zu gelangen - die es wirklich wert ist! Das Frühstück- Mega! Liebevoll angerichtet, man kann zusätzlich Wünsche äußern! Wir waren nur 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise, dennoch wurde sich mit allem Mühe gegeben. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage kühlt angenehm und ist nicht störend.
Fällt uns nix zu ein!

La struttura si trova ad una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro. La stanza è semplice, ma pulita e curata. Lo staff molto gentile e accogliente. La colazione molto buona e ricca con diverse opzioni di dolce e salato.

La camera era grande, pulita, dotata di ogni comfort e calda.
La colazione è abbondante, varia e buonissima.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.
Il centro è a 15 minuti a piedi e i proprietari sono cordiali w disponibili.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - they even gave us a map with the main places to see and where to eat. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Also, they have a lovely cat.

The place is better than the photos in booking.com. We had two separate rooms which fit four of us. The host and wife were very friendly. We wish we can speak more Italian.

The property was in a great position with the city centre easy to reach on foot . The room was spacious and with good views of the mountains
There was a kettle in the room but just one teabag , a choice of teas would have been nice .

Beautiful, bright, comfortable room, very clean and with attention to details. Easy check-in process, very helpful and kind hosts. The breakfast was great, with a variety of tasty options. Great experience overall!
Slightly far away from the city center if you are on foot (10-15min walk), but there is satisfactory bus connection.

The location was at a walking distance from the town center. The breakfast was extremely good and the owner was very friendly. The pool is spectacular and the rooms have ample space. We booked the quadruple room and had the best view from our balcony!

Everything in this family hotel went just perfect ! The owners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms was super for a family with all amenities. The pool was a very nice extra. Our son loved it. Brekfast was the best far from any other place we stayed during our stays in similar hotels the last years. The secret is that the owners treat their guest as member of their own family. We will defenitely re visit them and of course super strongly recommended.
They sould provide a kind of map in their communication with the guests on how someone can reach their parking as it is quite tricky. But this was only a minor thing :-)

We had a wonderful stay, the owner were very friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean and had 2 balconies overlooking the yard and the pool. The breakfast was superb. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Rovereto
It‘s a 10-15 minute walk from the accommodation to the city centre / Mart / train station, but we knew that before and it wasn‘t a big deal.

Wonderful property. Lovely house and friendly staff. The room was fantastic too. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and the balcony was beautiful.
Breakfast was delicious. An amazing range of cakes home-baked by the property were also offered.
10/10 recommend.
English wasn’t spoken too well but we made it work so it was no problem. It was just a shame not to have a more deeper conversation with the owners during breakfast.

Perfect spacious room for a very low price. The swimming pool was perfect and host was very nice. Good breakfast.
It was quite a walk to the train station, more than expected. The host didn’t speak English so communication was a bit difficult sometimes.

Very nice and kind people, good vibe, great breakfast, we were couple +3 big boys - we got our own floor, rooms were big and clean, bathroom attached to each room
the property is part of a house where the owner lives, we were not comfortable to enter our floor through their Living room while they were having dinner and watching TV with family - but do not get me wrong: the family and hostess are super kind and great - that was only my feeling

Access a bit confusing as it is not at the address given, but on the main street parallel to the west.
The place is somewhat on the town outskirts, about 2 km from the center and restaurants. Arriving late may create dining problems.

Within walking distance to the centre of Rovereto we spent 4 nights at the property. The owners were very attentive and catered for our dietary needs at breakfast.
The property was very clean and comfortable and we had A/C in our room which was needed as the temperature outside reached 36C!
We visited Riva del Garda which was only 30 minutes’ drive from the property.
