Located in Quarteira, this lovely villa for $513 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Casa Oakdene is a luxury, fully fitted out villa located in the Old Village area of Vilamoura in the Algarve. 150 Yards to Bakers and Old Village bars restaurants, shop and excursions/hire Desk. It underwent a full refurbishment internally and externally in 2017 and we ensure our high standards are kept up by investing in improvements year after year. Sleeps 12. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 (which can be made up as king size or singles to suit your needs). It has a beautiful open plan living area with sofa seating, smart TV, modern kitchen and dining area. Its has fast Wi-Fi too. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, ovens, family fridge freezer and all the equipment you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. There is an attached utility room containing another fridge-freezer and washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The lower ground level contains a games room with table tennis table, TV , Nintendo Wii and x-box 360 consoles. It can also sleep up to 4 people on 3 beds plus a sofa bed. Ideal for kids/golfers. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, common areas and in the lower ground Externally there is a fully landscaped garden & pool area. A terrace with seating for 8 - 10 people with BBQ area, sunbeds by the pool, plenty of shaded areas and additional lounge seating by the pool area. There is a hot tub available (at additional cost) and should you wish to stay during the cooler months, pool heating is also available (at additional cost). The property is secured with electric gates with ample free street parking plus 1 secure parking space on property. The villa is safe for families with young children, with fitted stair gates, a pool safety fence on request and we also provide 1 cot and high chair should you need one free of charge We are located 150 yards from the Old Village with shops, restaurants & cafes. There is a supermarket where you can get supplies including British papers. There are great places to get breakfast, lunch & dinner all open late. Bars which show sports when on. The villa is a short walk but far enough away that you won't be disturbed by any noise. It is a 20 minute walk from the beautiful Marina. There are 100's of restaurants to choose from, bars, clubs, cafes & shops. You can find something suitable whether you are a big group of golfers or a family. The Vilamoura road train pulls up 100 yards from door which stops at the Marina, the beaches, mini golf & other places through the Vilamoura areas. Golf courses are ample and very local as is the Tennis and Paddle Club The beaches are down by the Marina and served by the Vilamoura road train which stops at multiple places along the way. The beach is beautiful and sandy and has some lovely restaurants. You can rent sunbeds on the beach for about 5-8 Euros each. Our villa is run and maintained by our very helpful management team based just in the old village square only a few minutes walk away and are available at any hour if needed. Casa Oakdene was the first of 3 villas we now own and rent in the area. Having stayed at disappointing rental properties in the past We try to provide everything our guests would hope to find and more. The villa was great we had the pool and hot tub included. Lots of towels provided! The pool was warm and we used it throughout our stay. Since it was January all the restaurants in old town were closed. The bar and convenience store were open. Also the little tourist train was not running but we had a rental car and used the taxi service recommended by the owner. The Marina has lots of restaurants and Quarteria beach as well. Boat tours were limited in January but we had a wonderful tour that left from the Marina. The owner has gone the extra mile to have Netflix and English Channel. The wifi is great ! Continente is a large supermarket grocery store with everything you need. Coming from Canada we are used to a gas barbeque which is not provided. However there is a large outdoor grill that takes charcoal. Everything worked heaters ovens dishwasher etc. and the owner has a top notch company looking after his property for any issues. They respond immediately. I would definitely return and recommend this as a wonderful place to stay!

We had extremely pleasant time in Vilamoura, a nice, friendly and quiet town. Everything is within walking distance from the villa; restaurants, activities, beach, food stores... And if you don't fancy walking there's always taxi. I strongly recommend.

Stayed for 3 weeks over summer holidays with family Youngest 5yrs - 50yrs So much space both inside and outside Villa is immaculate. Perfect quiet and uoscale neighbourhood Nice walk to local shops and bars Ubers are suoer cheap too. Host and management team were instantly responsive to anything and everything. 100% recommend Thanks for an amazing stay

Brilliant base for playing golf - kitted out with everything you could need. Villa was immaculate in terms of cleanliness, beds comfortable (even those in the basement). Really nice location in the old village, close to plenty bars and also very walkable to the marina. Communication from host was also spot on. 10/10 hope to return soon.

We were four guys playing golf mostly in the Vilamoura area. This property was perfect for us. We each got rooms with en-suite bath. The washer and dryer were handy to we didn't have to bring too many clothes. The pool and hot tub were a welcome relief after long days at the course. We had a great time!

The Oakdene Villa was superb, beautifully equipped and exceptionally clean . The hot tub and swimming were excellent and we had great fun playing table tennis. The location is perfect within easy reach of golf course and beach. I would certainly recommend this villa . We hope to return.

Great Villa for a Workcation

We stayed for almost 3 weeks at the property working remotely, WiFi was able to support 4 of us working simultaneously. The heated pool, hot tub, and bbq were great amenities and the house itself was cozy and well appointed which was great as we did not leave the property much. The property manager reached out a few times to update us on the changes in local restrictions which was appreciated, overall communication was great and check in/check out were very efficient. We hope to be back in the coming year!

The villa is beautiful both inside and out and has all the amenities you could need. It's a short walk down to the marina which has 100's of bars and restaurants and local shops are less than a 5 minute walk. Would definitely recommend!

We have just had an amazing time at this villa Our family of 10 ranged from 5yrs - 70yrs and without a doubt every one had a fantastic time, the villa was exactly as described although I don’t think the pictures did it justice It was a perfect size for us all and plenty of space to spread out also having the pool heated in February meant the grandchildren spent most of their time in the pool Would definitely come again if possible Dan the owner replied really quickly to any questions we had and very he
