Very light and bright condo with all the amenities nearby (restaurants, golf, hiking, sight seeing, shopping, and much more). Condo is so peaceful you will just want to relax or take a dip in the salt water pool. Maybe sit out on the deck and take in the Catalina Mountains as you sip on a glass of wine or a fresh cup of coffee. Take a nap in the quiet comfortable bedroom. We enjoy staying at Randy’s property tucked in the foothills of Tucson. The condo is close to many of our family members, so it works well for our visits. We took a look at the pool area this visit and it is lovely.

For the price it was fine. We were visiting friends in the area so did not stay much in our vrbo. There was a fireplace, but no wood or fireplace tools to use it. The TV was not working so a Sunday football game in front of the fire did not happen. The location was great for where we needed to be and the facilities were very nice. The price was a selling point.

The condo was super comfy, had a beautiful view from the balcony which we sat on every night. Relaxing decor and included so many extras to make our trip easy and convenient. We were able to cook and relax on our weekend in Tucson. Randy was easy to reach and the check in/out process was simple. The neighborhood was quite and we were only 20 min from Mt Lemmon which was awesome! I highly recommend this condo if you’ll be vacationing in Tucson anytime in the future! We will definitely be back!

We love this condo complex which is so well maintained and managed. It's convenient to hiking trails, restaurants and sights. This condo makes a perfect to stay. We will definitely return.

Randy and his condo were fantastic! We stayed for a wedding coming from the opposite side of the country and it was the best experience! So close to great restaurants and hiking trails we definitely recommend Sabino Canyon. We would definitely love to come back!!

This Condo was very nice, clean, well equipped with everything a person might need and perfect location. The Condo Complex was very quiet and the whole experience was very relaxing. Randy was great!! He gave us very detailed information regarding, codes to get into the complex and condo and everything else we might need to know. This was a great place to stay and we highly recommend it. We will keep this on our future list to stay again. Thanks Randy!!

This place was perfect for my husband and I. It has a comfortable bed which is my #1 priority! Host was accommodating and the bathroom and kitchen had all the basics we needed for a easy stay. Thank you, Randy!

Lovely condo. I enjoyed working remotely from it. Nice complex with pool and gym. Near beautiful Sabino Canyon and other nature. Also near shopping and good restaurants.

The first night the AC went out. After 2 days of babysitting the AC repairmen, still not fixed. Owner did pay for 2 days at hotel while AC was out. Third day AC was fixed late in the day. AC repairmen left a total mess so could not stay there another night and had not cooled down. Owner agreed to refund 1/2 of my stay for one night in the place. Refunded almost 1/2 of daily rate, nothing else. Very disappointing start to my vacation.

We arrived easily with the owner's instructions for gate and front door key codes. The condo was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for a couple. All amenities worked well and the kitchen is well equipped and very easy to navigate. It has easy access to grocery and trails with stunning views of the Catalinas. There is a small, adequate weight room for those inclined, as well as a pool and hot tub. The balcony was a lovely spot for coffee and watching a hummingbird pair in their nest. The owner is easily contacted and very responsive with any questions we had. We hope to stay here again.

Condo was perfect for a pre-holiday get away. It was exactly what the pictures show. It was quiet and comfortable. The grounds are amazing. The pool is heated to the perfect temp for winter swimming and the hot tubs were great after hiking Sabino Canyon. Owner was quick to respond with questions that we had. If you’re lucky enough to find open dates, scoop this place up!!

We needed a place close to my mother's assisted living. Randy's condo fit the bill. It was clean, had a nice view and the facilities are lovely (though we didn't use them). Wouldn't hesitate to book again. The only thing I didn't like were the linens and the pillows were hard as rocks.

Really nice 1 bedroom condo. Location is great to Sabino canyon and other hiking. Randy the owner was easy to work with. He was very responsive and provided all the details you need. Condo was supplied well. The condo community was excellent, well maintained. Great amenities, pool 2 hot tubs, pickle ball, tennis, ping pong table, pool table and nice workout room. Lots a great eating and drinking options. Just a really great time! We hope to be back!

The condo was beautiful and clean and we did enjoy our stay. For a party of two adults it would have been perfect. We had 3 adults. There was only one bed. The couch was NOT a sleeper couch. We scrambled to see how to accommodate our 3rd adult. We found 1 thin foam cushion for them to sleep on the floor. There was also a sleeping bag and a pack-n-play. Listing should have been for 2 adults.

This was our first time to Tucson, so we really had no idea where to go. I trusted the listing pictures and the description and they were spot on! The location was absolutely perfect for hiking in Sabino Canyon and the condominium was clean and easily accessible and in a very nice neighborhood. We loved spending our morning sunrises on the deck with hot coffee and the convenient drive to local grocery stores and Starbucks. The price was very reasonable for the location and amenities
