Cala D´or town centre is a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is next to the Cala Ferrera Beach, and is close to all amenities, bars, shosps etc. This apartment has 2 bedroms, Bedromm 1 has double bed and 2 wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a single wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, wc and basin. Lounge, dining area with a sofa- bed, ready for one person, and doors leading to the balcony . The apartment has modern funrnishings thouhout, with air conditioning. The Kichen has an electric hob, microwave, fridge, Kettle and toaster. In addition there is a washing machine. There is a dinning table with 6 chairs, plasma tv with dvd player. situated in quiet area, beautiful place (you may hear occasional noise) surrounded by pine trees and gardens. Sea views. Sunny terrace, access to a shared swimming pool, a private south facing garden and patio area with sea views. Situated in Cala Ferrera. Cala D´or centre is a 10 minute walk away. One minute from beach and supermarket to restaurants, It is quiet resort, children's playgrounds, etc. Ideal for families and groups of friends . , The Cala Ferrera beach has facilities and services that give it Blue Flag. Clear waters and white sands. The complex El Pino is ideal for relaxing and forgetting about problems. There are another 3 beaches 5 min. complex has a communitary swimming pool that is cleaned up two times a day. Cala D'Or is pretty little town with lots of shops and restaurants with every type of cuisine from Spanish to Thai. A wide variety of shops catering for everyone, also nearer is Cala Ferrera where there also a wide variety of shops and bars. The apartment is 10 minutes walking to centre Cala D´or.Cala Ferrera ,The area is make up of Calas (coves) Cala Ferrera, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Serena with sandy beaches and beautiful clear blue sea. Cala Ferrera is a great location for everyone. The Sunday morning market at Felanitx is recognised as being one of the best in Majorca. Also the fruit and produce markets at nearby Santanyi every Wednesday and Saturday mornings. A local bus can take you into Palma for the day and local car hire/money exchange places can organise trips to many of Mallorca's attractions. Very nice flat in close vicinity to a beautiful bay. Pitty though, the beach has been plastered with commercial deck chairs. But the flat will satisfy most anybody. One bedroom is rather small and has no window to the open, but a small opening to the living area, not ideal when it's hot. It's very "basic" but will do, as most of the time is spent on the very nice terrace, embraced with sunshine from early morning to late afternoon. We were there in late October, and my wife and daughter started every morning with a swim in the bay. They became "addictive" to the warm, salty water! Communication with the landlord is efficient, quick and very friendly. Ruby will stretch very much to please and service the tenants. We shall most certainly come back.

Fantastic little apartment in a great location, seconds from the beach, and a short walk from restaurants,bars and shops. Really not overlooked like some apartments, so felt quieter and away from the hustle of town, although it was just around the corner.
Whilst bedrooms and bathroom are small, the beds are comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to keep warm in the chilly spring nights during our stay.
Kitchen is really well equipped with all the appliances needed.
Rubi was a great host and was available at any point should we have needed her.
Check in and out was super simple.

We had an amazing week at this property. Rubi was excellent and checked on us midweek ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is a stones throw from the beach and a short walk to the bars a restaurants. The apartments balcony gets the sun all day and with a 2 year old this was perfect to top up the tan whilst the little one had the odd nap. We will certainly be back.

The nearby Restaurant Cala Ferrera is excellent, so you can avoid the noisy, over-developed Cala D'or town centre, and there are also several convenient supermarkets close by. Rubi was a great host. She met us on arrival and departure, and also allowed us to check out late on the final day.

We a wonderful time. The location of the apartment could not be better, maybe 50 meters walk to a gorgeous bay. The place itself is very complete for a wonderful stay. My favorite part was the balcony with a view of the bay. neighbourhood was very pleasant as well with some restaurant options and a small convenience store within walking distance. By car in maybe 5 minutes you have easy access to big supermarkets and lots of restaurants in Cala DÓr. We certainly hope to return and stay in the apartment again. Rubi was very responsive prior to arriving to make sure we could find the place and went out of her way to make our stay as good as possible.

Perfect place for holiday
Rubi is a brilliant host, very fast responsive. The view from apartment is breath taking. Even better than on the photo. An accommodation is spacious and very clean. Rubi is a very hard working person. All restaurants and bars within waking distance. The beach was very quiet, which we loved. Because of COVID-19 most of bars and restaurants were shut. We had the best time ever with 6 years old and 8 years old. Water in the sea very warm. We thought the pool was heated, because of temperature in the pool. Marina 15min walk from apartment or taxi 5€ . Taxi to airport 70€. We went for dinner every evening. Cala Ferrera (bar Maria), Spice of India and Florida( more for drinks). All recommended and the best. Unfortunately we didn’t have much choice because of COVID-19. I truly recommend this place. 1 min to the beach, you feel like you are on the beach.

Wonderful stay
Rubi met us at the property. She was very helpful and the apartment was very clean and exactly like the photos. We couldn’t believe quite how close the beach was! The pool was lovely but quite busy at times with all nationalities, we always got sunbeds though. Cala Ferrara is nice but it is pricey to eat out as are the local supermarkets. It cost about 100 euros for 4 of us. Luckily the kitchen in the apartment had everything you needed so we cooked at home occasionally after shopping at Lidl in Santanyi or Felanitx - you can combine the shopping with the markets in these places - Santanyi on Wednesdays and Saturdays is lovely but beware it’s not cheap! Felanitx on Sundays has more bargains! We had a lovely relaxing, quiet 2 weeks and would definitely revisit! Thanks Rubi!

Lovely apartment
Rubi was an excellent, attentive host and was on hand to answer all our questions. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Good sized terrace with great view. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would hughly recommend.

Nice appartment in a small complex
We had a really nice stay in this appartment. The kitchen has all.. pool was super as is the view and nearby beach. The owner is helpfull and reacts straight away. Thanks Rubi

Great location and view, perfect for a family of four.
Easy communication and meet up with Rubi. The apartment was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Easy walk down some steps to the beach which was safe enough that we could let our 9 & 11 year old boys go on their own. The apartment pool was also very popular with the boys and a great place to sit on the loungers and catch the evening sun. The apartment is compact - a double & twin with two singles but was perfect for our needs. The balcony is also great for lunch. We will definitely be back.

Fully equipped, clean apartment with a fabulous sea view.
Rubi the owner was very attentive, friendly and welcoming from booking to our stay. She can't have done more. The apartment was lovely, well equipped and immaculately clean. The view over the bay is absolutely superb. The location is good but access to the beach is by quite a few steps and to the nearest, busier bits of town although can be accessed if you are willing to walk round the road way otherwise by the steps. This was fine for us though. We found the cheapest supermarkets were Suma and Eroski. The local spars seemed more expensive. We ate often in Andys bar and found the selection of food and wine good. The waiters were absolutely great and the food very good and reasonable. Overall a fab holiday. Highly recommended. Thank you very much to Rubi the owner.

Wonderful stay in lovely apartment
We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday at this apartment, Rubi was a great host and made sure we were well looked after for our stay, also the apartment was extremely well cleaned! The views out to sea were amazing from the balcony and as a family of four we found we had more than enough space with loads of storage available.
It’s in a great location next to the beach and a short walk into the main centre, thanks again Rubi and we will see you in the future

All good, the on,t thing lacking was some information , a folder with local details, taxi, emergency doctor, restaurants, direction to shops, buses, markets, boat trips etc. Very necessary I feel

Perfect place to escape to. What more could you want?
We were greeted by Rubi and given a run down of the apartment which was great. Everywhere was so clean which is so important to me so this didn't go unnoticed.
Lots of kitchen items and was always enough of everything we needed.
Loved that the pool was just down a few steps and in the morning it didn't get busy until aboht 10.30am and even then it's was only about 5 people. Heaven.
The beach is literally just across the road and really lovely. We went for a week to just really relax, enjoy the sun and read and this was the perfect place but you can walk into the town (15 mins walk) if you want lots of nightlife and good places to eat so best of both worlds? Couldn't have enjoyed our holiday more. Thank you Rubi.

Nice flat with a beautiful view to the bay of Cala Ferrera
We stayed in this nice flat for 9 days and enjoyed it very much. The flat is big enough for 2, 4 if you are used to living close together. The kitchen is well functioning for preparing small meals and the facilities for dining in- and outdoors are very good. The terrace, with a beautiful view to the very nearby bay, is big enough for eating and relaxation. Free TV and Wifi. Lots of towels for bath and beach. Free change of linen to your liking. Private pool is spacious and kept clean, nice to have when the beach is crowded! Lots of shopping facilities in nearby community. Despite the fact that we arrived at a very late hour, our host Rubi was very kind, hospitable and informative as to our stay. Nice of her to present us with cold water and fresh fruit for a midnight snack. We will abolutely not hesitate to recommend this flat and will surely come back.

Just had the most amazing 10 days here, the apartment is lovely, the bedrooms are not huge but once you have found a home for all your belongings it was fine, Wi-Fi worked well which was great with two 15 year olds, tv had all free view channels, shower hot and nice and big, plenty towels provided. Ruby was there within minutes of us arriving and was very informative and friendly. The pool and gardens are well kept and lovely, and we never struggled to get a sun lounger no matter what time of day we went. The beach which is down some steps is lovely but was very busy , as were most of the coves, but this is to be expected. Nice café on the beach, where staff were lovely. Watch out for the jelly fish in the sea
Have to finish with the view from the balcony, it was absolutely stunning, the cove is busy with sail boats, yacht's , jet skies etc and I loved to sit with a cuppa and just watch it all, the sliding doors are the full length of the room to make full advantage of the view and it was just beautiful . Rubi really does take care of the apartment and everything is thought of. Excellent value for money
Rubi was there to welcome us at 1am with fruit and water so we had what we needed until the morning. She showed us where everything was and made sure we had everything we needed. We were surprised at the excellent location and the stunning views for the price we paid. It really is outstanding value for money. We were far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk to everything. We couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend this property.

This is a lovely , little quiet apartment ,just up some steps from a beautiful sandy cove .The apartment is well placed for accessing the rest of the island.

Great appartment and location
We can highly recommend both the apartment and location which are both ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxed beach holiday.
The apartment is modern and extremely well equipped with a great balcony with sea views, the shared pool is clean and a good size for use by adults and children. The beach is literally a couple of minutes away and is great for swimming with very calm and clear water and is also very safe for children.
There are numerous restaurants and small supermarkets all within a few minutes’ walk of the apartment. Rubi is an extremely friendly and helpful and is available to ring if you have any issues.
