Located in Amagansett, this lovely house for $2,075 per night is a great option for your next break. Pool opens May 16, 2022 and closes Oct 15, 2022 No pets! A Bi-Coastal New York / Los Angeles interior designer owns this magnificent home that is fairly new to the Hamptons luxury rental market and is kept in excellent condition. This home is in a serene, quiet neighborhood away from major streets. This 2800 sq foot home boasts 10' ceilings throughout and has been re-vamped from top to bottom: new paint, lighting, furniture, Missoni and Ralph Lauren rugs and accessories. The first floor has a beautiful ship lap clad entry that leads to a fully equipped kitchen and large family room which opens out onto a new Meranti Mahogany 44' x 20' deck and in-ground gunite heated pool. Beautiful landscaping and a 6' fence by Warrens Nursery surrounds the backyard for privacy . New outdoor lounge furniture and dining set makes for wonderful evenings outdoors. The indoor dining room seats 10 comfortably. A stylish powder room is just off kitchen has been beautifully remodeled. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: 2 master suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and 1 bedroom with two extra long twin beds. The Twin and Queen rooms share a Jack and Jill bath. All mattresses are brand new Tuft and Needle brand for the ultimate comfort. All sheets are 400 thread count Crane and Canopy white cotton and fluffy down pillows are on each bed. Each room is designed beautifully with designer furniture, rugs, artwork collected by the designer while traveling and one of a kind designer vintage accessories. Baths are equipped with Turkish cotton towels and all the accessories you will need. Check in is 4pm on day of arrival. ** Pool can be heated and pool heat is charged at $4.08 (inclusive of tax) per gallon. Pool heat charge is $75 per day. You must indicate you want pool heat 1 week prior to stay. Pool guy charges $50 for impromptu visit to turn it on. A child pool safety fence can be erected for $150. This property is perfectly situated between EH and Amagansett Villages. Close to everything!! 1.2 miles from the closest beach which is beautiful Indian Wells Beach in Amagansett. Please do not ask the address- because the home is rented in the off season and we do not want people going by and disturbing them (this has happened). IGA grocery in East Hampton and Main St EH is 1.4 miles away. Citeralla Gourmet Market is 1.6 miles away. Indian Wells Beach 1.4 miles. East Hampton Main Beach is 3.4 miles. Montauk is 11 miles away. Amagansett Main St is 1.2 miles away. This home is in the PERFECT location between Amagansett and East Hampton villages. Rent bikes and easily ride into Amagansett village or to Indian Wells Beach! Driveway parking available for 3 cars. This home owner has paid attention to all details. Other amenities include: Plush Pool Towels 4 Beach Backpack Chairs Hair Dryers in each bathroom Large Flat screen TV's in 3 rooms (see details below) New Washer/ Dryer across from powder room Coffee Maker: Nespresso and Drip Coffee makers Blender Toaster All kitchen necessities (dishes, pots, pans, steak knives, cutlery, wine rack, glasses etc) Iron/ Ironing Board New Weber Outdoor Grill Dimmers for lighting throughout for entertaining Velvet hangers in each closet Yamaha Sound Bar Basic Cable TV- all 3 TV's are smart TV's so you can sign into Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc... RULES This is a non-smoking property! If cleaners smell smoke upon check out or find cigarette butts, your security deposit will be revoked. A house manager will meet and walk with you through the home upon leaving. Pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Oct 15. No young adult shares will be considered. **Pets : Everyone says their pet is well behaved but I have found out the expensive way that is not the case. Pets are no longer allowed. I had extensive damage from pets during the 2020 season that involved repair and replacement of items in my home. Bringing a pet without asking forfeits your entire deposit. You won't be disappointed with this East Hampton property!

A Wonderful Stay

East Hampton is the place to stay in the Hamptons and this house was within one mile or less of everywhere we wanted to be. Main Beach, the shops on Main Street, groceries stores, etc were easy accessible. The house was well designed and maintained and perfect for our group of children, parents and grandparents. Great spaces for privacy and group gatherings, beautiful backyard area with large pool. You cannot go wrong with this property. Jen the owner was responsive and great to work with.

Stayed for the weekend to celebrate my sister's bachelorette. The home was beautiful and is in a perfect location. This perfectly styled house has it all- it was beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture, excellent bedding, overly spacious for our family which included 3 teenagers. It felt like we were living in a home designer magazine! It is also a quick drive to both the town of Amagansett and the village of East Hampton which made it super convenient to the wonderful stores and restaurants. The beautiful pool and deck made it feel like a true vacation.

My family and I spent 3 weeks in this beautiful home. We made fantastic memories, the home is absolutely stunningly decorated while super secluded, offering guests with tremendous privacy and comfort. The owner is fantastic, extremely responsive and attentive - we received full instructions on the house prior to our arrival, and checked out most of the owner's restaurant recommendations and beaches in the neighborhood. My son is 10 years old and he had a blast enjoying the backyard and the pool. We love to cook and the kitchen is fully stacked with great appliances... any utensil you can think of. It was a perfect summer... My only regret was not renting it for a longer stay, which I certainly should have done if the home were available. I learned my lesson and plan on returning for an extended period! This house is a dream!

Amazing week!

Amazing week!

This house had it all, extremely clean, beautifully decorated, large yard and great pool. It is close enough to walk/bike to town, beach, farm stands, shopping. Very organized, easy to pop right in. The owner supplies all you need, bed sheets, towels, chairs, unlike many other places we have stayed which takes a huge burden off the travelers. Best of all the owner is super nice and responsive, even from the west coast. It was the perfect week from all angles. We reached out to her to see if we could check in early and she let us 4 hours early!!!! Huge for a Saturday arrival. She answered all my questions immediately and even got landscapers over to clean up after a storm within hours. My kids did not want to leave as well as myself. We will definately be back to this house, if it is open for next summer.

The home was beautifully decorated and offered a very comfortable Hamptons experience. Close to town (Amagansett) and not far from East Hampton. Loved the open kitchen/living room/dining room layout, and enjoyed the pool. Pool deck was great. House is in a woodsy area and is close to the LIRR railroad track, but you get used to it after a couple of trains pass by. Would highly recommend the house.

Beautiful home! Our host was wonderful and she immediately responds to all of your needs and questions. The location was prime. The stay is much much nicer than the pics and the feel of the house is so cozy and you feel clean in the house. It’s great for adults and kids!! Loved it. Thank you! Amazing job on the decoration. I wish I could stay longer but had to go back tot the city.

Wonderful & Peaceful Getaway

Quiet and relaxing weekend in a beautiful home. We had the chance to stay at this home for a weekend in the late spring. The house is conveniently located between East Hampton and Amagansett and easy to find right off the Montauk Highway. There is easy access to the IGA grocery store, Stuart's Seafood market, wine stores, and a variety restaurants. The house is beautifully appointed and in immaculate condition. We were very pleased to see that the photos in the listing are exactly what you get when you arrive. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and cooking in the fulling equipped kitchen. We spent the evenings relaxing in front of the television. It was just what the doctor ordered. Initially we had concerns about the proximity to the train tracks that run south of the property, but that proved unfounded. The train passed only occasionally and we barely noticed it. It wasn't an issue at all. Our hostess Jennifer was responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure to work with her and be her guest. She made us feel at home and we had a lovely weekend. We look forward to our next visit! Thank you Jennifer!

This was my 10th stay in East hampton and it was by far my BEST and most luxurious stay! Jennifer is an amazing designer and host. The house is beautiful, no touch forgotten. Everything you could possibly need or want is there for you. Every amenity imaginable. The beds were scrumptious and we cooked most of our meals in her kitchen which has every appliance! Check in was easy and there were instructions for everything. I can't wait to come back! Worth every penny! Thanks Jen - your home is LOVELY!!
