Beautifully updated and fully stocked patio home conveniently located just steps from shopping and dining, but very private. World class amenities are very close by. Large picture windows and sliding glass doors open to the lovely warm south facing patio. This home features two master suites one encompasses the entire second floor with a balcony featuring fabulous mountain views. The other master suite is on the first floor with a sliding glass door to the patio. Downstairs there is another guest suite with views to the entry courtyard and guest bathroom. Great room and dining room can accommodate a large crowd. Enjoy fresh citrus from the trees in the lovely yard. The community has two pools (one heated year round) spa and tennis courts. This is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Brendas home was clean and inviting if we go to tucson we would stay there again….. Perfect

Our only disappointments were the grill was not clean and rusty, we couldn’t use unless we cleaned first. Bathrooms didn’t have bath soap

Some of the pics were a little dated. Our stay was even better than expected. The area and home were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was very enjoyable to stay in a well-loved home filled with beautiful art, fun serving pieces, and a pretty and comfortable courtyard, dining area and living room. The king bed upstairs was very comfortable but the queen in the downstairs master was not. The condo was nice and roomy.

The home was as advertised. Brenda was very helpful and responsive. Location near Sabino Canyon, restaurants and grocery stores was perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped.

When looking for a property I always need at least one first floor bedroom for my parents. This had two master suites and a third bedroom that had its own bathroom. My parents said that this is probably the best house that we’ve ever rented for a holiday. It was clean and well organized and easy to stay in. Any time I contacted the owner they immediately got back to me for anything I needed. Both of my parents said they would stay here again if we ever needed to be in Tucson. Check in with probably the easiest I’ve ever had in a situation like this and the directions on how to do so we’re clearer than most places.

A Property with Good Potential
This property has the potential to be a first-class rental. The location is excellent - convenient to all the amenities. The development is upscale. The home itself is suitable for family groups or groups of friends. The decor is tasteful and the kitchen is equipped with new appliances. We did need to replace some small items (iron, some kitchen utensils). A comfortable armchair is needed as those currently in the house are either broken or long past their useful life. The agent for the house was very responsive to our needs. A deep cleaning of the carpets and tile floors is strongly recommended.

This location was so ideal to get to so many restaurants and activities in Tucson. The place has a beautiful small backyard for sitting outside. The neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of space for the four of us.

Property was as described. The kitchen was well-equipped with many food items such as spices. The orange and grapefruit trees provided fresh fruit. Terrific location with only a 15 minute drive to Sabino Canyon. Safeway 5 minutes away. We had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. There were fruit trees in the back yard and we were able to have fresh juice every morning. What a pleasant surprise.

It was a perfect arrangement -- each couple and our single son had their own bedroom and effectively their own bath. The townhouse was large and well-outfitted so we were easily able to have other family members, also in town for the wedding, over for drinks or dinner. It helped make the wedding a family reunion. A great experience!

Quiet comfort.
Quiet, easy access. Couch does not face TV....weird. Upstairs toilet was turned off. Otherwise a decent value. Wouldn't automatically stay there again but wouldn't rule it out.

What a Marvelous Place to stay!
I can’t tell you how great this property is. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a nice pool. There are pickle ball courts and tennis courts that we enjoyed thoroughly. It’s very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. We used the BBQ too and just had a wonderful time. Barbara was also very gracious to us because we had major car trouble that prevented us from leaving and we had to extend our stay. She was so so kind. We were there for our daughters engagement and will definitely book this house for the wedding.

Beautiful Place
Our family had a great time in Tucson. We enjoyed the patio, the pool, and the hot tub and the view of the mountains. I loved it that there were spices and misc things. Some VRBO's are EMPTY. It was perfect for us because we each had our own bedroom and our own bathroom. Parking in the garage was a bonus too. The only thing I wish I would have done is pick a grapefruit off the tree and eat it. I forgot. 5 stars!

We had at wonderful time during our stay at Catalina Del Rey. The house was very well equipped for all our needs and thank you Brenda for the new BQ. The house is conveniently located to stores and restaurants. We would recommend this house and would stay again on a return trip to Tucson. The beds were very comfortable also. All in all a great experience!
