We had an excellent stay at the Zavalas condo over the Thanksgiving weekend! The condo was exactly as described in the photos and description. Very clean and spacious for our two families. Ariadnas communication was great from the first moment I made contact. We had an issue come up during our stay and she responded and resolved it immediately. We would definitely recommend booking this condo and would not hesitate to stay again!

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family trip and the owner was super responsive. We had some issues with the bathroom and she sent someone over right away to fix it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. Only thing we had trouble with was the front door was tricky to lock and the main sliding glass door is also hard to open.

This is what I wrote to the owner or the manager of this property about all this issues since day one we stay on this property 4 DAYS !! Till this day she haven’t respond back to me Hello Ariadna We have few issues with the property Main front door is not locking any body can twist the door knob and they can get in and is cracked On one of the rooms is a big ball of hair on the drain On Same bedroom is having A leaking on the roof Between the shower and the sink Also the sliding gloss door is really hard to open or closed The water on the Jacuzzi is not heating properly One.more thing the refrigerator start working good this morning before the guy show up so he don’t do anything One of the toilet knows is broken on one of the bedrooms Wifi never works Please take care this issues for me Before we check out we talk to the cleaning person about all this issues She even mention that already notified to the management or the owner of the property An they haven’t do anything about it

Beautiful resort and condo. We’ve rented several different ones at Bella Sirena and we loved all of them. This condo beautiful and clean and manager very responsive. We will be back

Very clean Great place to stay

Our group had an incredible experience with this rental. Having rented in Rocky Point over 30 times, I will share that this was the most spacious and kitchen stocked unit I have rented at. Two drawers full of silverware and two stacks of plates made the kitchen experience amazing. Unit was spotless at check in. Would gladly stay again.

We loved the location of the property. The view and condo was gorgeous. The only thing I would recommend the owner to do is maybe start the hot tub before guest arrive. It took one night of our 3 night stay to heat up. Also we were asked not to use bath towels for the pool but the host only provided 2 pool towels for 10 guests. Resort does not provide pool towels. But other than that we loved the place and would use it again.

We had a great time at Bella Sirena! It is a very pretty resort. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner with live music. Right now they have two heated pools. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. The views are gorgeous. Highly recommend!

The place was awesome. Pictures dont do it justice. It was beautiful and the resort was very nice, swimming pool was just the right temperature and swim up bar had good tacos and drinks. Beach was close and and some locals set up massage tables on the beach, my wife loved it and don't forget to ride the banana boats.

Bella Sirena is very clean & safe!

What a great place! I've been to RP many times and this has been my favorite place. There were 9 women and we all loved it. It had everything we needed and the place was clean. We never went out for breakfast, lunch, or dinners. I look forward to another girl's getaway at this beautiful place with the million dollar views! Thank you for sharing it with us!

My group of nine fit comfortably in this penthouse with room to spare. The view is incredible and we had everything we possibly needed. The resort is beautiful with four pools and friendly staff. Check-in was hassle free and quick. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again.

9 of my good friends rented this beautiful condo for a few nights. The view was spectacular and so was the inside. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I am definitely keeping this condo in my favorite list and recommend it.
