Not the best, not the worst

A pleasant stay, but the location is not as good as I saw written in previous reviews. Next to the complex of villas (since there are several villas in the same courtyard), there is a derelict and untended plot of land. I appreciated the pool, but this too can only be used according to a standard and very rigorous program. If you want cleaning, it is done on your own, because this service is not included. At the same time, for clean sheets and towels, it is necessary to call the host and have them bring you appropriate ones. Overall ok, but I wouldn't choose the location for another vacation.

Ideal for family vacation!!!

Excellent location, very close to the beach, taverns, mini market and hike at the hill. Very clean and beautiful! Ideal for vacation with multiple friends or big families!

Great place for family vacation

The villa is equipped with everything you need in a house to live in and the location is close to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool (which is shared with 2 other villas). We did like the fact that is was very quiet, for half of our stay we were the only ones there :) The host was very friendly and helpful. Every morning the poll area was being clean and the flowers were watered.

The pigeons on the roof and geckos are not ideal, but at least geckos are cute. To us personal the bed pillows were a bit too hard.

Great place for family vacation

The houses, the pool, the location in Siviri - everything was excellent. The weather was mostly sunny, but not that hot as later in August, so the vacation turned out excellent too. The pool is shared by the currently used houses (in our case - 3) and was cleaned every day. It is not small and not too big, but keep in mind that minimum depth is 90cm and goes up to 1.8m, so definitely not for small kids without parent supervision. Siviri is a nice little town and there are other great towns (Afytos to name one) and locations (Sani Beach - high profile resort, its wetlands - nice place for photographers, turtle lake) nearby for sights and walks, if one wants to. Siviri is usually preferred by families with kids, as its beach is sandy (including in the water) and mostly shallow waters, though this year the winter storms had eaten the beach sand a bit - the first row of unmovable wooden umbrellas were at the water edge.

The beach was overcrowded this year (probably due to COVID-19 restrictions being lifted everywhere during the summer) but that's not the house's fault. And the pool was still there as a backup if we couldn't find sun beds on the beach.

Great location, great villa, totally worth the money!

The location was great, very close to the beach. The host was very nice and prompt, everything was very clean. We will definitely come back.

The air conditioner up stairs is only one, on the hall way and its not enough for both bedrooms. One machine in each bedroom would be great. Also maybe a few more cooking pots would have been useful. We were traveling with my little girl that has celiac disease and we had to cook every day, its difficult with only one pot to cook for 5 persons every meal, lucky we brought with us everything we needed it because otherwise it would have been a challenge. Other that this, everything was great, we had a beautiful time.

Exceptional

Everything in this place is perfect! Super clean and spacious place. House is build with real stones outside and inside so it is cool even during hot days. Pool is well maintained and was cleaned every morning! All equipment is new and every item is top brand only. Our host was very friendly and assist us immediately with helpful information before and during our stay. We definitely will come back again and again :)
